Description

The present invention relates to an apartment house having a common area in an internal space.

Generally, the outer peripheral wall that separates the internal space and the external space of a building is required to have waterproofness and fire resistance. Further, Patent Document 1 describes an apartment house including two dwelling units and a common area including a common corridor, stairs, etc. In such a type of apartment house, the common area is surrounded by two dwelling units. Furthermore, the common area can be made into an indoor space by covering the top floor with a roof including the common area and partitioning the common corridor on the first floor and the outside with a watertight door or the like.

As a wall as a fireproof compartment in a building (for example, a partition wall capable of clearing a one-hour fire resistance test), as described in Patent Document 2, for example, a plurality of gypsum boards are attached to both sides of a steel stud. Is common.

Utility Model Registration No. 3119045

In the partition wall that divides the common part and the dwelling unit part formed in the indoor space, when the structure is the same as the outer peripheral wall, that is, the exterior material having waterproof and fire resistance is arranged on the common part side. In this case, there is a problem that the partition wall has excessive performance, the degree of freedom in selecting the finish is reduced, and it becomes difficult to give the common portion decorativeness and design. Further, when a wall as described in Patent Document 2 is applied to a partition wall formed in an indoor space that divides a common portion and a dwelling unit portion, the thickness of the stud and the thickness of the gypsum board are used for decoration. In addition, at least the thickness of the decorative layer and the thickness of the base of the decorative material are required, resulting in an increase in the overall wall thickness and a large area loss.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and in a partition wall formed in an indoor space of an apartment house to partition a common portion and a dwelling unit portion, while maintaining fire resistance and suppressing the wall thickness.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the common portion has a recess in which a wall body including the same configuration as the first wall portion continuous with the partition wall is recessed toward the dwelling unit portion in a plan view.
It is preferable that a meter is installed in the recess.

As one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable to provide a door that can be opened and closed to partition the recess and another area of the common portion.

As one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the door is decorated in the same manner as the second face material.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the partition wall, the first wall portion having the first face material and the first base material to which the first face material is attached provides fire resistance (necessary as a fire protection section). Since the performance to withstand heating from the first base material side) is guaranteed, it is not necessary to give the second wall portion a fire resistance. Therefore, the degree of freedom in selecting the face material of the second wall portion is high, and it is possible to give decorativeness and intention. Moreover, since the fire resistance is guaranteed by the configuration of only the first face material and the first base material, another face material or the like is interposed between the first base material and the second base material. There is no need, and the thickness of the entire partition wall can be reduced.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in order to secure the fire protection performance of the partition wall, it is not necessary to interpose a member having fire resistance between the door and the first face material, which is a simple method. It is possible to secure the fire protection performance around the door on the partition wall. In addition, a shadow is formed on the side wall surface of the common portion of the partition wall, and the door is difficult to see from the common portion side, so that the luxury and design of the common portion can be enhanced.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The same reference numerals are given to the common configurations in each figure. The housing complex 1 described below has a plurality of floors, but for convenience of explanation, the first floor will be exemplified as a representative unless otherwise specified.

FIG. 1 is a first floor plan view of the apartment house 1 as the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the housing complex 1 has an outer peripheral wall 2 that separates an internal space and an outdoor space. The outer peripheral wall 2 has, for example, an external finishing layer formed by continuously providing an exterior panel material made of lightweight cellular concrete (ALC) having a coating film formed as a waterproof layer on the surface side, and for example, phenol foam or the like. It is composed of a heat insulating layer formed by continuously installing the foamed resin-based heat insulating panel material along the inner surface of the exterior finishing layer, and a finishing material such as a gypsum boat and a wall cloth attached to the surface of the gypsum board. It may be provided with an internal finishing layer, but is not particularly limited. The outer peripheral wall 2 may have at least predetermined fire resistance and waterproof performance.

Inside the outer peripheral wall 2 of the apartment house 1, that is, in the internal space, a common portion 3 and a dwelling unit portion 4 composed of a plurality of dwelling units 4a are provided. The common section 3 is provided with a folded-type common staircase 32 that connects the common corridor 33 and the common corridors 33 on each floor. An opening 31 that connects the common portion 3 and the external space is formed in the outer peripheral wall 2 facing the common corridor 33 on the first floor, and the common entrance door 34 is provided in the opening 31. The upper part of the common part 3 on the top floor is covered with a roof, whereby the common part 3 on all floors is separated from the external space. The common portion 3 may be provided with a mechanical elevating means such as an elevator, or may be further provided with a stairwell.

The common portion 3 and the dwelling unit portion 4 (each dwelling unit 4a) are partitioned by a partition wall 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the partition wall 5 includes a first wall portion 5a provided on the dwelling unit portion 4 side and a second wall portion 5b provided on the common portion 3 side.

The first wall portion 5a is made of a columnar light iron stud material having a substantially U-shaped cross section or a substantially square cross section, and is erected at predetermined intervals with a first base material 54 and a double-layered reinforced gypsum board. The first base material 54 is provided with a first face material 51 attached to the first base material 54 by a fixture such as a screw. The lower end and the upper end of the first base material 54 are positioned and connected to each other by the lower runner material fixed to the floor surface and the upper runner material fixed to the beam or the floor slab on the upper floor. The reinforced gypsum board constituting the first face material 51 is a gypsum board whose fire resistance is reinforced by mixing an inorganic fiber material in the core material portion, and one of the reinforced gypsum boards has a thickness of 21 mm and is adjacent to the reinforced gypsum board. The joints (joints) with the gypsum board are attached so that they do not overlap on the inner surface side and the outer surface side. The first wall portion 5a is a partition wall having a one-hour fire resistance stipulated by laws and regulations such as the Building Standards Act, and in addition to the one-hour heat irradiation test from the first face material 51 side, the first wall portion 5a is the first. The irradiation test of the thermal heat from the base material 54 side of No. 1 is also cleared.

The second wall portion 5b is composed of a second base material 55 made of a columnar light iron stud material having a substantially U-shaped cross section and erected at predetermined intervals, and a second base material made of two layers of gypsum board. A second face member 52 attached to the 55 by a fixture such as a screw is provided. The lower end and the upper end of the second base material 55 are positioned and connected to each other by the lower runner material fixed to the floor surface and the upper runner material fixed to the beam or the floor slab on the upper floor. One of the gypsum boards constituting the second face material 52 has a thickness of 12.5 mm, and the joints (joints) with the adjacent reinforced gypsum boards do not overlap on the inner surface side and the outer surface side. It is affixed to.

In such a partition wall 5, the fire resistance is guaranteed by the first wall portion 5a having the first face material 51 and the first base material 54 to which the first face material 51 is attached, so that the second It is not necessary to give the wall portion 5b fire resistance. Therefore, the degree of freedom in selecting the second face material 52 is high, and it is easy to provide decorativeness and design. Moreover, since the fire resistance is guaranteed by the configuration of only the first face material 51 and the first base material 54, another face material is placed between the first base material 54 and the second base material 55. It is not necessary to intervene such as, and the thickness of the entire partition wall 5 can be reduced.

Further, the first base material 54 and the second base material 55 stand between the first face material 51 and the second face material 52 in a substantially staggered manner in a plan view, in a state of being separated from each other. It is installed (see FIG. 10). Since the first base material 54 and the second base material 55 are arranged in a staggered pattern, they are less likely to interfere with each other, and the first wall portion 5a and the second wall portion 5b can be brought close to each other. , The thickness of the partition wall 5 can be further reduced.

Further, between the first wall portion 5a and the second wall portion 5b, there is no wall component such as another face material, and a hollow portion 56 is formed. The cavity 56 is filled with a filler 53 made of a flexible fibrous material such as rock wool or glass wool. The filler 53 is excellent in fire resistance, sound insulation, and heat insulation, and can delay the arrival of thermal heat to the first base material 54, for example, when a fire breaks out from the common portion 3 side, and the partition wall 5 The fire resistance of the Further, the filler 53 also contributes to the sound insulation between the common portion 3 and the dwelling unit portion 4 and the improvement of the thermal environment of the dwelling unit portion 4. Further, since the first base material 54 and the second base material 55 are arranged in a staggered manner in a plan view, even if the thickness of the entire partition wall 5 is reduced, a narrow portion is generated in the cavity 56. It is difficult to do so, and it is possible to suppress performance deterioration due to crushing of the filler 53.

Further, by utilizing the surplus cavity portion 56 between the filler 53 after filling the filler 53 and the first face material 51, a power cable, a communication cable, a gas pipe, a water supply pipe, a hot water supply pipe, etc. can be used. It is possible to pass equipment / information related wiring / piping. As a result, it is possible to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the common portion 3 and protect the wiring and piping from the heat and heat from the common portion 3 side.

A moisture-proof layer 58 is formed on the surface of the first face material 51 on the dwelling unit 4 side by a moisture-proof film such as polyethylene (see the broken lines in FIGS. 2 and 3). Further, on the surface of the moisture-proof layer 58 on the dwelling unit 4a side, an interior finishing layer 59 composed of a gypsum board as an interior member and a wall cloth attached to the surface of the gypsum board is formed.

A wall cloth as a finishing material is attached to the surface of the second face material 52 on the common portion 3 side for finishing. By combining the wall cloth with gypsum board, which is the second face material 52, the interior restriction regulations stipulated in the Building Standards Act and other laws and regulations (walls and ceilings are finished with semi-incombustible materials or materials with higher performance. It meets the restrictions). In selecting the second face material 52 and the finishing material, any material should be used as long as the finishing material alone or the combination of the second face material 52 and the finishing material satisfies the above-mentioned interior restriction provisions. For example, bricks, ceramic tiles, metal plates, glass, stones, mortar, plaster and the like can be used alone, or gypsum board or the like can be used as a base. Further, the second face material may also serve as a finishing material. It is also possible to provide a portion having a concave-convex shape, a curved surface shape, or the like on the surface. As described above, since the second wall portion 5b has a high degree of freedom in the selection of the finishing material and the degree of freedom in the form, the common portion 3 can be finished with high decorativeness and design. Further, without modifying the first wall portion 5a (that is, while maintaining the fire resistance performance of the partition wall 5), only the processing of the second face material 52 and the finishing material is performed, and the wall-embedded switch, outlet, and wall are used. It is also possible to easily install attached lighting fixtures and the like.

An opening 6 serving as an entrance / exit to each dwelling unit 4a is formed in the partition wall 5 including the first wall portion 5a and the second wall portion 5b, and the dwelling unit entrance door 7 is provided in the opening 6. Has been done. The dwelling unit entrance door 7 is a so-called "fire door" having a predetermined fire prevention performance, and constitutes, for example, a specific fire prevention facility stipulated by a law such as the Building Standards Act. The dwelling unit entrance door 7 has a door frame 71 and a door body 73 attached to the door frame 71 via a hinge 72. The door frame 71 is formed by combining, for example, a long hollow material formed by bending a steel plate in a rectangular frame shape. The door body 73 includes, for example, a rectangular frame member 73a made of steel and two face members 73b and 73c fixed to both sides of the frame member 73a made of steel plate, respectively. A heat insulating material for enhancing heat insulating properties, a reinforcing material for increasing rigidity, and the like can be provided in the hollow portion inside.

In the opening 6 of the partition wall 5, the opening dimension of the first wall portion 5a including the first face material 51 is smaller than the opening dimension of the second wall portion 5b including the second face material 52, that is, the first The edge of the face material 51 of No. 1 protrudes from the edge of the second face material. The door frame 71 has a flat surface on the dwelling unit 4 side as a surface on the common portion 3 side at the edge portion (a portion protruding from the second face material 52) on the opening 6 side of the first face material 51. It is in contact with the door and is fixed with a fixture such as a screw. That is, the dwelling unit entrance door 7 is continuous with the first face material 51. With this configuration, in order to ensure the fire resistance of the partition wall 5, a member having fire resistance is interposed between the entrance door 7 of the dwelling unit and the first face material 51 (for example, the first face material). It is not necessary to provide an additional surface material having the same fire resistance as 51 so as to be wound in the direction of the entrance door 7 of the dwelling unit), and the fire resistance of the partition wall 5 can be ensured by a simple method.

Further, the surface of the door body 73 on the common portion 3 side is the surface of the wall cloth which is the finished surface of the partition wall 5 on the common portion 3 side (the thickness of the wall cloth is less than 1 mm and is extremely thin, so that the second face material is used. It is installed retreating to the side of the dwelling unit 4 rather than (which almost coincides with the surface of 52). More specifically, on the surface of the door body 73 on the common portion 3 side, the partition wall 5 substantially coincides with the center position of the thickness (about 220 mm in this embodiment) including the finishing of both sides, and the partition wall 5 It is recessed by about 110 mm from the finished surface on the common part side of. With this configuration, a shadow is formed on the side wall surface of the common portion 3 of the partition wall 5, and the entire entrance door 7 of the dwelling unit including the door frame 71 is difficult to see from the common portion 3 side. And the design can be enhanced.

Further, at the peripheral edge of the opening 6 in the partition wall 5, an additional surface material (that is, a double-layered gypsum board having a thickness of 12.5 mm) 52a having the same configuration as the second surface material 52 is placed in the direction of the entrance door 7 of the dwelling unit. It is entangled, and the gap between the edge of the second face material 52 and the door frame 71 is covered with the additional face material 52a, and further, with the finishing material (wall cloth) of the second face material 52. It is finished with the same finishing material. With this configuration, the high-class feeling, design, and decorativeness of the common portion 3 can be further enhanced. As the additional surface material 52a, another plate-shaped member may be used within a range satisfying the interior restriction regulation. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C, an embedded lighting fixture 8 such as a downlight can be provided in the portion of the additional surface material 52a (the portion where the wall surface of the common portion is involved). In FIGS. 2 to 9, what is indicated by reference numeral 71a is the finding surface of the door frame 71.

In the present embodiment, the additional face material 52a and the second face material 52 form 90 degrees in a cross-sectional view, and the form of the additional face material 52a is as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c). It may be anything. That is, in the opening 6 provided in the partition wall 5, the opening dimension of the second wall portion 5b (second face material 52) is further increased, and the angle formed by the additional face material 52a with the second face material 52 is set. The door frame 71 and the second surface are set to an obtuse angle (for example, 135 degrees) (that is, the frontage dimension or the height dimension gradually increases from the common portion entrance door 7 toward the common portion 3 direction). It may be attached so as to close the gap between the material 52 and the material 52. This configuration can be applied not only to the left and right vertical frame sides of the door frame 71 but also to the upper frame side, and the angle formed by the additional face member 52a and the second face member 52 in each direction is 90. Any angle of more than 180 degrees can be set, and for example, the angle can be changed only on the upper frame side or left-right asymmetric. Further, this embodiment can be adopted not only on the entrance door 7 portion of the dwelling unit portion but also on the peripheral edge of the region including the receding wall portion 9 described later. In this way, by providing a portion where the angle formed by the additional face member 52a and the second face member 52 is an obtuse angle in the cross-sectional view, the common portion 3 can be provided with novelty. Further, for example, by applying this configuration to the hanging side of the entrance door 7 of the dwelling unit, the door body 73 can be opened wide, and the convenience when people come in and out and luggage can be taken in and out can be improved. ..

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c), the additional surface material 52a is hooked in a plurality of stages (the frontage dimension or the height dimension is gradually increased from the common portion entrance door 7 toward the common portion 3 direction). It may be formed to bend (so that it becomes larger). Also in this example, the same action and effect as the example shown in FIG. 5 is exhibited, and various combinations are possible.

As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, a receding wall portion 9 can be provided at a position adjacent to the dwelling unit entrance door 7 (opening 6). The receding wall portion 9 is provided in a region where the second wall portion 5b is partially removed, and is thinner or closer to the first wall portion 5a than the second wall portion 5b, and is provided by a face material. It is configured to cover the surface of the wall portion 5a on the side of the first base material. The surface of the receding wall portion 9 is closer to the dwelling unit 4a than the surface of the partition wall 5 on the common portion 3 side, and is substantially aligned with the surface of the door body 73 of the dwelling unit entrance door 7. For example, a nameplate, a post box, an intercom entrance slave unit, an umbrella stand, a lighting fixture, or the like can be provided on the receding wall portion 9. The receding wall portion 9 may be provided on both the left and right sides of the dwelling unit entrance door 7 or may be provided on the upper frame side. Depending on the combination of these, it can be formed into a hook shape or a gate shape in front view. By providing the nameplate or the like on the receding wall portion 9, it is difficult for the nameplate or the like to protrude toward the common portion 3, so that it is possible to prevent the passage of residents or the like passing through the common portion 3. Further, by providing the receding wall portion 9 on the side where the door body 73 opens (the side opposite to the hanging source), the space for retracting the body when the door body 73 is opened from the common portion 3 side is expanded, and the dwelling unit 4a can be reached. It will be easier to get in and out. Further, the surface of the receding wall portion 9 can be given the same finish as the dwelling unit entrance door 7, and in this case, the appearance of unity with the dwelling unit entrance door 7 can be enhanced.

Here, FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a connecting portion between the boundary wall 10 and the partition wall 5. The boundary wall 10 is a wall provided at the boundary between adjacent dwelling units 4a for the purpose of preventing the spread of fire between a plurality of dwelling units 4a adjacent to each other, and is defined as a partition wall by a law such as the Building Standards Act. It has a predetermined fire resistance (for example, one hour fire resistance). That is, in addition to the one-hour thermal heat irradiation test from one dwelling unit 4a side, the thermal heat irradiation test from the other dwelling unit 4a side is also cleared. The boundary wall 10 is composed of a pair of face materials 10a and a base material 10b as a base for fixing the face materials 10a. The face material 10a is formed by stacking two gypsum boards having a thickness of, for example, 9 mm. Further, the base material 10b is made of, for example, a light iron stud material erected at predetermined intervals along the extending direction of the face material 10a. The base material 10b is provided for each of the pair of face materials 10a, and the base materials 10b are separated from each other. Further, the hollow portion in the boundary wall 10 is filled with a filler 53 having sound insulation such as rock wool.

The boundary wall 10 is connected to the first face member 51 of the first wall portion 5a of the partition wall 5 at one end. In the partition wall 5, as described above, the first wall portion 5a having a predetermined fire resistance is formed on the dwelling unit portion 4 side, so that the end surface of the boundary wall 10 is the first face material 51 of the first wall portion 5a. Since the fire resistance performance at the connecting portion between the boundary wall 10 and the partition wall 5 is ensured by a simple method of contacting the surface of the wall, the workability is high.

Here, as shown in FIG. 12, the common portion 3 is provided with a recess 3a in which a wall body including the same configuration as the first wall portion 5a continuous with the partition wall 5 is recessed on the dwelling unit portion 4 side in a plan view. May be good. Specifically, the partition wall 5 is bent so as to be partially recessed toward the dwelling unit portion 4, and the recess 3a is formed in the common portion 3. Meters for gas and the like of the dwelling unit 4a on the same floor are intensively installed in the recess 3a, and are used as the meter installation unit MS. The second face material 52 that constitutes the second wall portion 5b in the meter installation portion MS is composed of a plywood provided on the inside and a gypsum board provided on the outside. The plywood functions as a base when fixing the meter to the second wall portion 5b by fastening means such as screws.

In the opening of the recess 3a used as the meter installation portion MS, a door 3b for covering the meter, the pipe, and the like is provided so as to be openable and closable along the second wall portion 5b around the recess 3a. The door 3b is composed of a door frame 3b1 and a door body 3b2 attached to the door frame 3b1 via a hinge (not shown). The surface of the door 3b is decorated and finished in the same manner as the second face material 52 of the second wall portion 5b around the door 3b. Further, by installing the door frame 3b1 so as to abut the end surface of the second face member 52 constituting the divided 5b, the protrusion of the door 3b to the common portion 3 side is suppressed, and the finished surface of the door 3b is suppressed. Is substantially the same as the finished surface of the second wall portion 5b.

Since the door 3b is provided inside the outer peripheral wall 2 having a predetermined waterproof property, it is not necessary to provide the waterproof property as in the outer peripheral wall 2 like the partition wall 5. Further, since the fire protection section between the common portion 3 and the dwelling unit portion 4 is secured by the first wall portion 5a having a predetermined fire resistance performance, the door 3b has the same fire protection resistance as the second wall portion 2b. There is no need to have. Therefore, as with the second wall portion 5b, the degree of freedom in selecting the material and finish of the door 3b is high, and it is relatively easy to improve the design and decorativeness of the common portion 3. The recess 3a may be provided so as to straddle two adjacent dwelling units 4a.

The housing complex according to the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and can be realized by various configurations without departing from the contents described in the claims. For example, as the first face material, a lightweight cellular concrete (ALC) panel having a thickness of 50 mm or less may be used instead of the two-layer reinforced gypsum board.

Further, although three dwelling units 4a are provided on each floor of the apartment house 1 of the above embodiment, the number of the dwelling units 4a can be any number of 1 or more. Further, the floor plan is not particularly limited, and it can be appropriately designed according to the form of the site, the given conditions such as laws and regulations.
