Description

The present invention relates to a building structure in which the floor plan of a dwelling unit can be changed in an apartment house, and more particularly to a fire wall structure provided in an opening.

An apartment house constructed assuming a floor plan change is known as an SI (SKELTON & INFILL) house. As described in Patent Document 1, an outer frame fixed to a housing opening of an apartment house, It has been proposed to adopt a structure in which a sash frame holding a wall panel, a window, a front door, and the like is incorporated so that the layout can be changed according to personal preference and lifestyle changes.

However, the conventional floor plan change is performed in a single dwelling unit, and it is not considered to change the floor plan including adjacent dwelling units.
The wall provided in the housing opening of a conventional SI house is usually a fire-resistant wall structure in which a calcium silicate plate wall panel is held by a sash frame and attached to the outer frame of the housing opening.
The fireproof wall provided in the opening must have a fireproof structure that complies with the standards, but the sash frame that holds the wall panel and the outer frame of the chassis opening that attaches the sash frame to reduce the weight. Since it is made of aluminum, its fire resistance is not sufficient, and in the event of a fire, these are deformed by heat in a short period of time, causing the wall panel to fall off, and there is a high risk of the wall panel and the boundary wall separating and spreading. It was.
In addition, the wall panels are continuous on both sides of the door wall, and sound may leak through the wall panel to the adjacent door, which has a problem in sound insulation.
Therefore, the present invention provides sufficient fire resistance of the fireproof wall provided in the opening and has sound insulation.

In the fireproof wall structure of the present invention, an inner frame that holds the first wall panel is attached to an outer frame fixed to the housing opening, and a fireproof and sound insulating property is provided inside the first wall panel. The second wall panel is held independently of the first wall panel by a steel fitting fixed to the housing opening, and the second wall panel is located at the position where the door wall intersects. A steel fitting that is divided on both sides of the boundary wall and has a small gap between the opposing end faces that blocks vibration without reducing fire resistance, and the door boundary wall is fixed to the housing opening. It is characterized by being held in.

In the fire wall structure of the present invention, it is desirable that rock wool is filled between the first wall panel and the second wall panel.

According to the fire wall structure of the present invention, the outer frame fixed to the housing opening, and the inner frame attached to the outer frame and holding the first wall panel are made of a material such as aluminum having poor fire resistance. Even if the fire resistance of the first wall panel is poor, the fire resistance and sound insulation held by the steel fitting fixed to the housing opening inside the first wall panel Since the second wall panel has been arranged, in the event of a fire, the outer frame and the inner frame are softened and deformed in a short time due to heat, and the first wall panel falls off, or the first wall panel itself In the event of burning, the second wall panel held by a steel fitting fixed to the housing opening can prevent the intrusion of flames and smoke for a long time, reducing the risk of fire spread. be able to.

Moreover, since the 1st wall panel and the 2nd wall panel are attached to the housing opening part and it is set as the double wall structure, heat insulation and sound insulation can be improved. Furthermore, since the second wall panel is divided on both sides of the door boundary wall at the position where the door wall intersects, and a minute gap is formed between the divided end faces. It is possible to prevent sound and vibration from being transmitted through the wall panel.
Moreover, by filling rock wool between the first wall panel and the second wall panel, fire resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation can be improved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of the first embodiment. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a fire wall structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a horizontal sectional view thereof. A fire wall structure applied to an opening of an SI apartment building housing will be described.
The fire wall structure 1 of the present invention shown in these drawings is applied to an opening formed in a side surface of a housing 2 of a building. In addition, the dimensional ratio of each part of these figures is for demonstrating a concept, and is not drawn with the exact ratio.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper side of the opening is formed by the lower surface of the beam 2A of the housing 2, the lower side is formed by the upper surface of the convex wall 2C rising from the housing floor 2B, and the left and right sides of the opening As shown in FIG. 2, the two sides on both sides are constituted by two struts 2 </ b> D adjacent to the housing 2.

An aluminum outer frame 3 is fixed with anchors A and mortars M in rectangular openings composed of these four sides. An inner aluminum sash frame 4 is incorporated inside the outer frame 3, and the sash frame 4 is detachably fixed to the outer frame 3 from the outside of the opening of the housing 2 by fixing means such as screws. Is done.

The sash frame 4 holds a fireproof panel 5 as a first wall panel. This fireproof panel 5 is a calcium silicate board. The sash frame 4 is provided with an exterior panel 6 for preventing rain on the outside of the fireproof panel 5.

On the other hand, a steel fitting 7 is fixed to the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the housing 2. The mounting hardware 7 is directly fixed to the housing 2 and holds the fireproof panel 8 as the second wall panel inside the fireproof panel 5 described above.

In this embodiment, the fireproof panel 8 is a calcium silicate plate similar to the fireproof panel 5 described above. Further, a space is formed between the fireproof panel 5 and the fireproof panel 8, and this space is filled with rock wool 9 in order to improve fire resistance, heat insulation and sound insulation.

A hard urethane resin layer 10 is sprayed on the inner surface of the fireproof panel 8 and the inner wall surface of the housing 2. In addition, a plurality of interior base materials 11 are provided in a vertical orientation between the cabinet floor surface 2B and the cabinet ceiling surface 2E along the inner surface of the hard urethane resin layer 10 at equal intervals in the horizontal direction.
An interior board 12 is attached to these interior base materials 11. The interior board 12 constitutes an indoor wall surface between an indoor ceiling 13 provided below the enclosure ceiling surface 2E and an indoor floor F provided above the enclosure floor 2B.
In the present embodiment, the fire resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation are enhanced by using the interior board 12 as a gypsum board.

As shown in FIG. 2, the indoor space formed inside the housing 2 is partitioned by a door wall 14 arranged to intersect the fireproof panel 8 in a T shape. The door wall 14 has a double wall structure in which a pair of fireproof boards 14A are integrated with a spacer 14B interposed therebetween, and a pair of separate members from the above-described mounting hardware 7 holding the fireproof panel 8. It is individually attached to each side surface of the mounting hardware 7A made of a steel square pipe material.
The fireproof panel 8 is divided into two on both sides at a position intersecting with the door wall 14, and a small gap S of 0.5 to 1 mm is formed between the opposed end faces, and these fireproof panels The vicinity of the opposing end face 8 is individually attached to each of the pair of attachment hardware 7A. The minute gap S blocks vibration propagation and makes the vibration medium discontinuous, and is desirable from the viewpoint of fire resistance to make it as small as possible.

By providing this minute gap S, the sound and vibration of one room separated by the door wall 14 are prevented from being transmitted to the other through the fireproof panel 8. Furthermore, in order to improve sound insulation, rock wool 9A is filled between the pair of mounting hardware 7A.
Each of the fireproof panel 5 and the exterior panel 6 arranged on the outside of the fireproof panel 8 is also provided by separately dividing the door wall 14 on both sides.

<Construction procedure>
The construction procedure of the fire wall structure 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In addition, the following construction procedures are examples for constructing the fireproof wall of the present invention, and other construction procedures can be employed.
As shown in FIG. 3, the outer frame 3 is assembled to the opening O of the structure housing from the outside, and the four sides are fixed to the inner periphery of the opening O by the anchor A and the mortar M, and attached to the opening O. The hardware 7 and the mounting hardware 7A are respectively fixed. The mounting hardware 7 is disposed on the outer peripheral portion of the range where the fireproof panel 8 is installed, and the mounting hardware 7A is disposed at a position where the door wall of the opening O is installed.

A pair of L-shaped frame-shaped fittings that match the vertical width of the opening O are used as the mounting hardware 7, and are fixed to the inner edges of the upper and lower sides of the opening O of the housing 2. On the other hand, the mounting hardware 7A is a steel square pipe having a length corresponding to the vertical dimension from the housing floor surface (not shown) to the housing ceiling surface, and is opened side by side at the position where the door wall of the opening O is installed. It is fixed to the inner wall surface of the housing 2 at the vertical position of the part O.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the two fireproof panels 8 are installed between the mounting hardware 7 </ b> A and the mounting hardware 7 from the left and right directions inside the opening O, and are attached to both the mounting hardware 7 </ b> A and the mounting hardware 7. A pair of window sashes 15 are provided on the left and right sides of the opening O where the fireproof panel 8 is not provided, with a small gap S provided between the opposing end surfaces of the fireproof panel 8 and fixed with fixing means such as screws. The sash frame 4 holding the fireproof panel 5 from the outside of the opening O is incorporated into the outer frame 3 and fixed to the outside of the pair of fireproof panels 8.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the rock wool 9 is filled into the space formed between the inner fireproof panel 8 and the outer fireproof panel 5. In addition, the exterior panel 6 is attached to the sash frame 4 outside the fireproof panel 5, and the door wall 14 is installed so as to intersect the opening O in a T shape. The door wall 14 is opposed to the inner surface of the end portion of each of the fireproof boards 14A in a state in which one surface of the intermediate pillar 14B between the pair of fireproof boards 14A is in contact with the opposing surfaces of the pair of mounting hardware 7A. It attaches to each side surface of the attachment metal fitting 7A. Before attaching the door wall 14 to these fittings 7A, the rock wool 9A is filled between the fittings 7A.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the sash frame 16 is attached to the inside of the window sash 15, and a hard urethane resin layer 10 is formed by spraying a hard urethane resin on the inner wall surface of the housing 2. After installing a plurality of interior base materials 11 on the inner side, an interior board 12 is pasted on these to complete.

FIG. 7 is a horizontal partial cross-sectional view of a fireproof wall structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The fire wall structure 1A shown in the figure is constructed by attaching an end portion of a door wall 14 and a pair of fire panels 8 with channel steels facing each other as attachment hardware 7B. The mounting hardware 7B has a length corresponding to the vertical dimension from the housing floor surface to the housing ceiling surface, similar to the mounting hardware 7A of the above-described embodiment, and the housing at the position where the door wall of the housing opening is installed. It is fixed on the inner wall.
In this embodiment, the structure is simplified by replacing the pair of mounting hardware 7A described above with one mounting hardware 7B.

The mounting hardware 7B is installed with the opening side facing the indoor side, and the inner surface of the end portion of the fireproof board 14A constituting the door wall 14 is attached to both the left and right side surfaces thereof. Each end portion of the pair of fireproof panels 8 is fixed to a flat surface opposite to the opening side, and a minute gap S is provided between the opposite end surfaces of the fireproof panel 8.
Furthermore, in order to improve fire resistance, heat insulation and sound insulation, the rock wool 9B is partially inserted into the interior of the mounting metal 7B from the opening end and filled between the pair of fire resistant boards 14A. The other parts have the same structure as in the previous embodiment.

FIG. 8 is a horizontal partial sectional view of Embodiment 3 of the fireproof wall structure of the present invention. In the fire wall structure 1B shown in the figure, a mounting metal 7C using a pair of channel shape steels is arranged with the opening sides facing each other with a gap S therebetween, and a wide channel steel mounting metal 7D is provided. The pair of mounting hardware 7C is arranged with the opening side facing the opposite side.

Each of the pair of fireproof panels 8 is fixed to the side surface of the pair of mounting hardware 7C opposite to the mounting hardware 7D. Further, the flat surface opposite to the opening side of each attachment metal 7C and the both side surfaces of the attachment metal 7D are aligned on the same surface without any step, and these surfaces are respectively provided with a pair of fireproof boards 14A. The inner surface of the end portion is abutted and fixed.

Moreover, in order to improve fire resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation, the rock wool 9C is filled between the opening ends which a pair of attachment metal object 7C opposes.

In the fire wall structure of the present invention, the mounting hardware for holding the second wall panel and the door wall is not limited to the structure of the mounting hardware 7, 7A, 7C, 7D used in the above-described embodiment. However, it may be made of steel that is fixed to the housing opening and can hold the second wall panel and the door wall in the housing and has fire resistance for at least 1 hour.

Moreover, in Examples 1-3 mentioned above, although the fireproof panel 8 of a 2nd wall panel is a calcium silicate board, a 2nd wall panel material is not limited to a calcium silicate board. Any material can be used as long as it is made of a fireproof material having the required fireproof performance and strength.

The fire wall structure of the present invention can be widely used as a wall structure for buildings of various uses constructed by the SI construction method in addition to the SI house.
