Description
特許文献1(国際公開第2017093497号)は、相対的に旋回可能な二つの結合手段を有する医療器具を開示している。旋回は、他方の結合手段を固定したまま一方の結合手段を弧状軌道に沿ってスライドさせることによって行われる。脊柱安定化処置中、二つの椎弓根スクリュは、それぞれの椎体に固定されている。当該医療器具が当該椎弓根スクリュに対する結合を用いて整復を行うとき、当該二つの椎体は相対的に回転する。
上記から集約することができるように、本発明に係る前記脊柱復位器具は、椎弓根スクリュに直接的または間接的に結合するように適応させた第一の結合体、および別の椎弓根スクリュに直接的または間接的に結合するように適応させた第二の結合体を含み、当該脊柱復位器具は、脊椎復位のための第一の移動を行うように、かつ、前記第一の移動からは独立した整復のための第二の移動を行うように構成され、前記第一の移動下では、前記第一および第二の結合体が、当該結合体に結合されているときの前記椎弓根スクリュ間の距離を変化させるようにそれぞれ移動され、前記第二の移動下では、前記結合体が、当該結合体に結合されているときの前記椎弓根スクリュの長手軸間の角度を変化させるようにそれぞれ移動され、かつ、同期機構または伝動装置が設けられ、当該同期機構または伝動装置は、前記二つの結合体を互いに機能的に連結させ、かつ、少なくともまたは専ら前記第二の移動下での前記結合体のそれぞれの移動のみが互いに対して鏡映対称であるように構成される。
任意に過ぎないが、前記脊柱復位器具では、調整可能な連結機構が設けられ、当該連結機構は、前記第一の移動下では、前記結合体が当該連結機構の第一の調整状態において当該連結機構によって提供される第一の軸周りに鋏のような旋回を行い、当該第一の調整状態が当該旋回運動のみを可能にし、前記第二の移動下では、前記結合体が当該連結機構の第二の調整状態においてそれぞれの第二の軸周りに反対方向の回転を行い、当該第二の調整状態が当該結合体の互いに対する並進移動を可能にし、前記二つの第二の軸が前記第二の移動下で互いに対して相対的に固定されるように、前記二つの結合体を接続する。

Claims (14)
- 椎弓根スクリュ(70)に直接的または間接的に結合するように適応させた第一の結合体(10)、および別の椎弓根スクリュ(70)に直接的または間接的に結合するように適応させた第二の結合体(20)を含む脊柱復位器具において、
該脊柱復位器具(1)は、脊椎復位のための第一の移動を行うように、かつ、該第一の移動からは独立した整復のための第二の移動を行うように構成され、該第一の移動下では、前記第一および第二の結合体(10、20)が、該結合体(10、20)に結合されているときの前記椎弓根スクリュ(70)間の距離を変化させるためにそれぞれ移動され、
該第二の移動下では、前記結合体(10、20)が、該結合体(10、20)に結合されているときの前記椎弓根スクリュ(70)の長手軸間の角度を変化させるようにそれぞれ移動され、
該脊柱復位器具(1)は、前記二つの結合体(10、20)を互いに機能的に連結させる同期機構または伝動装置を備え、少なくともまたは専ら前記第二の移動下にある該結合体(10、20)のそれぞれの移動のみが互いに対して鏡映対称であるように構成され、
調整可能な連結機構が設けられ、該調整可能な連結機構が、前記第一の移動下では、前記結合体(10、20)が該連結機構の第一の調整状態において該連結機構によって提供される第一の軸(A1)周りに鋏のような旋回を行い、該第一の調整状態が該旋回移動のみを可能にし、前記第二の移動下では、前記結合体(10、20)が該連結機構の第二の調整状態においてそれぞれの第二の軸(A2)周りに反対方向の回転を行い、該第二の調整状態が該結合体(10、20)の互いに対する並進移動を可能にし、該二つの第二の軸(A2)が該第二の移動下では互いに相対的に固定されるように、前記二つの結合体(10、20)を接続する、脊柱復位器具。 - 各結合体(10、20)が、少なくとも一つの柱状部(14、24)であって、当該少なくとも一つの柱状部(14,24)の先端部においてそれぞれの椎弓根スクリュと直接的または間接的に結合するように適応させた当該少なくとも一つの柱状部(14、24)、および、少なくとも一つの弧状部(13、23)であって、当該少なくとも一つの弧状部(13、23)のそれぞれの結合体の前記第二の軸(A2)に弧の中心を有し、前記柱状部(14、24)に実質的に垂直な方向に延在する当該少なくとも一つの弧状部(13、23)を含み、
前記二つの弧状部(13、23)同士が前記連結機構にて接続される、請求項1に記載の脊柱復位器具。 - 前記連結機構が、該連結機構が前記第二の調整状態にあるとき、前記弧状部(13、23)の長手方向に沿う当該弧状部(13、23)の相対移動を可能にするために各弧状部(13、23)をスライド可能に案内するためのそれぞれのガイド(30、40)を含む、請求項2に記載の脊柱復位器具。
- 前記ガイド同士が旋回可能に接続され、該旋回の軸が前記第一の軸(A1)である、請求項3に記載の脊柱復位器具。
- 前記第二の移動下では、前記同期機構または伝動装置が、前記連結機構からの案内の下で同一の速度で前記二つの弧状部をスライドさせるように構成される、請求項2に記載の脊柱復位器具。
- 前記第二の移動下では、前記同期機構または伝動装置が、前記連結機構からの案内の下で同一の速度で前記二つの弧状部をスライドさせるように構成される、請求項3に記載の脊柱復位器具。
- 前記同期機構または伝動装置が少なくとも一つのピニオン(50)を含み、

- 各結合体(10、20)にそれぞれの多軸椎弓根スクリュ(70aから70d)が直接的または間接的に結合され、かつ、
該脊柱復位システムが、前記脊柱復位器具のうちの一つ(1a)に直接的または間接的に結合された二つの多軸椎弓根スクリュ(70a、70b)がロック解除されていても二つの椎体(81、82)の相対的な位置および向きを保持するように構成される、請求項13に記載の脊柱復位システム。
