Description
The present invention is clear and colorless and viscous, which exerts effects such as inactivation, suppression of growth, and elimination of non-enveloped non-enveloped viruses such as norovirus, poliovirus, and adenovirus as well as bacteria. Regarding disinfectants with.
Conventionally, as a disinfectant having an effect of suppressing the growth of non-enveloped non-enveloped viruses such as norovirus, poliovirus, and adenovirus as well as bacteria, a preparation containing alcohol and an acidic substance as active ingredients has been used. It has become known.
For example, Patent Document 1 describes at least ethanol or isopropyl alcohol alcohol, lactic acid, citric acid, and zinc-containing compounds as disinfectants having high effectiveness against non-enveloped viruses that are ineffective with general disinfectant ethanol. Disinfectants contained in each predetermined amount are disclosed.
However, in the market, there are demands that it does not easily spill from the palm when it is attached to the hand, that it does not scatter more than necessary when sprayed and does not adhere to the wall, and that it does not suck alcohol etc. when sprayed, so it is thickened. In other words, there are cases where a disinfectant having a higher viscosity than water, ethanol, or the like is desired. Although various thickeners are described in paragraph 0026 of the specification of Patent Document 1, in Examples. There is no specific example containing a thickener.
When we actually tried to improve the viscosity of the disinfectant containing ethanol and acid by using various thickeners, the thickener did not dissolve in ethanol and became cloudy and precipitated. The disinfectant and cosmetics of No. 1 were rubbed into the hands, and the paste-like exfoliated material, which was twisted, was sticky, and the feeling of use was poor. Overall, the properties were far from commercialization.
Therefore, in the present invention, the disinfectant containing ethanol and acid is uniformly dissolved without becoming cloudy even when the thickener is added, and the disinfectant or cosmetic containing the thickener is rubbed into the hand. It is an object of the present invention to provide a disinfectant having a good usability, which does not cause twisting or stickiness, which is a paste-like peeled product that may occur at the time.
(1) i.e., ethanol and 0.3% to 3.0 with phosphoric acid, which is contained by weight%, and trisodium phosphate salts, hydroxy sheet ethylcellulose is 0.1 wt% to 10 wt% a稠消toxicant viscosity containing thickening compound is, pH that put the 2 5 ° C. is稠消toxicant viscosity, characterized in that 2.5 to 5.0.
( 2 ) The viscous disinfectant according to (1) above, wherein the viscosity at 25 ° C. is 100 to 6000 mPa · s.
With this configuration, the disinfectant containing ethanol and acid dissolves uniformly without becoming cloudy even when a thickener is added, and the disinfectant or cosmetics containing the thickener is rubbed into the hand. It is possible to improve the usability without causing twisting or stickiness, which is a paste-like peeled product that may occur at that time.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the viscous disinfectant of the present invention will be described in detail. In addition, when there is a notation indicating a range in the explanation, it includes an upper limit and a lower limit.
Ethanol in the present invention inhibits the growth of bacteria and kills them, and by coexisting with acid, it inactivates non-enveloped viruses such as norovirus, poliovirus, and adenovirus, and suppresses their growth. It is an effective active ingredient.
The content ratio of ethanol is preferably 40% by weight to 99% by weight, more preferably 50% by weight to 85% by weight, and most preferably 55% by weight to 80% by weight with respect to the disinfectant. When the content ratio of ethanol is within this range, it has effects such as inactivating bacteria and viruses and suppressing their growth, and the thickening compound can be uniformly dispersed.
The acid in the present invention inhibits the growth of bacteria and kills them, and by coexisting with ethanol, it inactivates non-enveloped viruses such as norovirus, poliovirus, and adenovirus, and suppresses their growth. The content ratio of the acid is preferably 0.1% by weight to 5.0% by weight, more preferably 0.2% by weight to 4.0% by weight, and 0.3% by weight to 3.0% by weight with respect to the disinfectant. % Is the most preferable. When the acid content is in this range, it has effects such as inactivating bacteria and viruses and suppressing their growth, and the thickening compound can be uniformly dispersed.
The thickening compound in the present invention is represented by the following formula (1).
The thickening compound is a compound for improving the viscosity of the disinfectant and improving the feeling of use when spread on the skin such as hands. Specifically, hydroxy is a cellulose derivative into which a hydroxyethyl group has been introduced. Ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, which is a cellulose derivative into which a hydroxypropyl group has been introduced, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, which is a cellulose derivative into which a methyl group has been introduced among hydroxypropyl groups and lower alkyl groups, and hydrophobicity such as stearyl glycidyl ether into hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose obtained by reacting glycidyl ether having a sex alkyl group, hydroxyethyl hydroxypropyl cellulose which is a cellulose into which a hydroxyethyl group and a hydroxypropyl group have been introduced, and the like. Further, in the hydrophobic hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, not only a stearyl group but also a medium-chain and long-chain alkyl group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms can be used as the hydrophobic group. The introduced hydroxyethyl group and hydroxypropyl group can be added one or more to one hydroxyl group in cellulose, and it is preferable that 1 to 10 are added. In particular, the use of hydroxyethyl cellulose is suitable in that not only no white turbidity or precipitation is observed when the disinfectant is composed, but also no white turbidity or precipitation is observed even when stored for a long period of time, and the storage stability is excellent. is there.
Although the viscosity of the disinfectant is improved by blending the thickening compound, the viscosity of the disinfectant in a state where various components are blended and stirred to form a uniform colorless and clear solution is described in JIS K7117-1. In the measurement using the field type rotational viscometer B type (manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd., trade name "TVB-10M"), it is preferably 100 to 6000 mPa · s under 25 ° C. conditions, and 200 to 5000 mPa · s. It is more preferable, and it is most preferably 300 to 2000 mPa · s. If the viscosity is in this range, even if the disinfectant adheres to the skin such as hands, it will not immediately run off, and it will be easy to spread when spreading.
The content ratio of the thickening compound is preferably 0.1% by weight to 20% by weight, more preferably 0.2% by weight to 15% by weight, and most preferably 0.5% by weight to 10% by weight with respect to the disinfectant. .. When the content ratio of the thickening compound is within this range, even if the disinfectant adheres to the skin such as hands, it does not immediately run off, it is easy to spread when spreading, and it is evenly dispersed in the disinfectant. Can be done.

The evaluation method of the disinfectant was confirmed by the following method.
The appearance was visually confirmed by allowing the blended disinfectant to stand for 1 hour. A colorless and clear substance was evaluated as ◯, when white turbidity and dullness were slightly generated, it was evaluated as Δ, and when white turbidity, dullness and precipitation were large, it was evaluated as ×. Of these, ○ and Δ were judged to be good, and × was judged to be bad. These results are also shown in Table 1.
Regarding pH, pH 7 (neutral phosphate) standard solution (pH 6.86 at 25 ° C) is set as the zero point, and pH 4 (phthalate) standard solution (pH 4.01 at 25 ° C) or pH 9 (borate). ) Using a pH meter (manufactured by Horiba Seisakusho Co., Ltd., trade name F-52) calibrated with a standard solution (pH 9.18 at 25 ° C.), the value was measured as a value corrected to 25 ° C. These results are also shown in Table 1.
The feeling of use was evaluated by the sensuality when the blended disinfectant was dropped on the palm and spread. Those without twist or stickiness were evaluated as ◯, those with some stickiness were evaluated as Δ, and those with at least one of twist or stickiness were evaluated as ×. Of these, ○ and Δ were judged to be good, and × was judged to be bad. These results are also shown in Table 1.
In addition, the disinfectant of Example 1 was allowed to stand in a constant temperature room at 40 ° C. for 6 months, and then the appearance, viscosity, pH, and usability were evaluated in the same manner as above.
