IIIで示される三つのキャビティ604を有し、前記キャビティが多角形状の横断面を有し、一つのチャンバIIIが三角形の横断面を有するように構成されるが、二つのチャンバ(I、II)は四角形の横断面とそれぞれ面取りされた角部603を有するように構成される。外壁606と各々チャンバ604の間の接続シート605は、それぞれ4層4軸の織物からなり、前記4軸の織物が1.8mmの単一厚さと0°、 −45°、+45°及び90°の繊維配向を有する。下部縦梁602、上部ベルト607及び下部ベルト608の負荷を積載する領域は、異なる層構造を有する。

Claims (8)
- 横梁(411)を鉄道車両の車体(1)の二つの下部縦梁(602)に接続するための装置であって、前記横梁(411)が跨ぎ部分(4116)と縦方向部分(4117)を有し、前記跨ぎ部分がこの二つの縦梁(602)を、接続される領域において互いに接続し、前記縦方向部分が最近傍の車室前部までに伸び、前記下部縦梁(602)が前記車体(1)の全体長さに伸びるとともに、マルチチャンバの中空型材として繊維複合材料からなる装置において、
前記マルチチャンバの中空型材のチャンバ(604)の数が、前記接続される領域において減少されることで、少なくとも一つのチャンバ(604)の壁部材料が既に除去され、これによって、隣接するチャンバ(604)への接続シート(605)を露出させ、
一つまたは複数の負荷配分素子(613)が一つまたは複数の露出された前記接続シート(605)に固定され、
前記負荷配分素子(613)が歯付きのセクション(6131)を有し、前記歯付きのセクションが前記横梁(411)の跨ぎ部分(4116)の端部におけるペアリング部材(4112)に接合され、
前記横梁(411)が金属の接続素子によって固定され、前記接続素子が前記負荷配分素子(613)を通過し、相応的な前記下部縦梁(602)の一つまたは複数のチャンバ(604)に入り込むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記下部縦梁(602)は車体(1)の下部の側面のエッジに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記負荷配分素子(613)は折り曲げられている横断面を有することで少なくとも二つの接続シート(605)に固定され、または前記負荷配分素子(613)は折り曲げられている横断面を有することで、少なくとも一つの接続シート(605)と前記下部縦梁(602)の外壁(606)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記負荷配分素子(613)は金属の接続部材によって前記下部縦梁(602)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記横梁(411)の縦方向部分(4117)の端部は、前記車体(1)の端部に位置する端部ビーム(405)に支持され、前記端部ビーム(405)がこの二つの下部縦梁(602)の端部を接続することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- カプラー負荷を次の車室に伝送するための第一類横梁(411)は前記縦方向部分(4117)の端部においてカプラーを収容するための接続口(4113)を有するように設計され、前記端部が最近傍の車室前部に伸びることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第一類横梁(411)は付加的な強化型材(4115)を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 車室の頭部分に向いて配向される第二類横梁(411)は前記縦方向部分の端部において、車室の頭部分からの力を車室の縦方向に沿って伝達する衝突伝導素子を接続するための接続口を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
