Description
Claims (11)
- 骨と接続するように取り付けられる骨髄アクセス装置であって、
骨の骨髄腔の内部に開くように構成された奥側の端と手前側の端とに開口を有する通路が内部に設けられた骨穿刺部材と、
前記骨穿刺部材の一部分の周囲に位置する弁キャップであって、前記通路が塞がれていない開状態と、前記通路を通る物質の流れを防止する閉状態とを取る開口部を有する弁を備えた、前記弁キャップと
を備えており、
前記弁キャップは、前記骨穿刺部材の上方に設けられた上壁を備えており、
前記弁は、前記上壁に設けられており、
前記弁キャップは、前記骨穿刺部材の前記一部分の外周面の外側に位置する周辺壁を更に備えており、前記上壁は、前記周辺壁の上縁部に繋がっており、
前記弁キャップは、前記周辺壁の下縁部に繋がった下側環状部を更に備えており、
前記弁キャップは、弾性体からなり、
前記下側環状部は、前記周辺壁から内側に張り出して前記骨穿刺部材の一部の下に位置しており、これにより、前記弁キャップを前記骨穿刺部材に固定しており、且つ、骨と前記骨穿刺部材の前記一部との間にクッションを提供している
装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置であって、
前記骨穿刺部材は、軸方向に延びる挿入部と、前記挿入部よりも大きな断面を有する頭部とを備えており、
前記通路は、前記挿入部及び前記頭部を通って、前記手前側の端の前記開口と前記奥側の端の前記開口との間を延びており、
前記通路の前記手前側の端の前記開口および前記通路の前記奥側の端の前記開口は、いずれも、前記軸方向に延びる前記挿入部の中心軸上に設けられている
装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の装置であって、
前記骨穿刺部材は、前記骨穿刺部材の外面上のネジと、前記骨穿刺部材の奥側の端における、溝が彫られた縁部とを備えており、
前記溝が彫られた縁部は、前記通路の前記奥側の前記開口の周囲の複数箇所に設けられている
装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置であって、
前記骨穿刺部材は、軸方向に延びる挿入部と、前記挿入部よりも大きな断面を有する頭部とを備えており、
前記頭部は、前記挿入部に隣接する底面と、前記底面の外周部に位置する段部とを有しており、前記頭部の外周面には、前記段部によって窪みが設けられており、
前記弁キャップの前記下側環状部は、前記周辺壁から、前記窪みの内部まで内側に張り出している
装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれかに記載の装置であって、
前記骨穿刺部材は、上面と、前記上面の下方に位置する座部とを有しており、前記座部は、前記骨穿刺部材の内部に位置しており、前記座部は、前記骨穿刺部材を骨に着脱するための着脱器具と係合可能であり、
前記座部は、前記弁キャップの前記上壁の下方に位置している
装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかに記載の装置であって、
前記弁は、前記弁キャップの前記弁の前記開口部を構成する少なくとも1つのスリットを規定する複数の小片を備えている
装置。 - 請求項6記載の装置であって、
前記骨穿刺部材は、前記通路の前記手前側の端において前記弁キャップの上部よりも下方に位置する中空部を備えており、前記中空部は、弁緩衝空間を形成しており、前記弁を通して器具を挿入することで前記弁が開いたとき、前記弁の前記小片を収容する
装置。 - 請求項1から請求項7までのいずれかに記載の装置であって、
前記弁は、スリット弁である
装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれかに記載の装置であって、
前記弁キャップ全体が単一部材である
装置。 - 請求項1から請求項9までのいずれかに記載の装置であって、
前記弾性体は、5〜50のショアAデュロメータ硬さを有している
装置。 - 請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかに記載の装置であって、
前記骨髄アクセス装置は、全体的に、患者の体内に皮下的に埋め込まれるように構成されている
装置。
