Claims (9)
- エネルギービーム(4)によって固化させることができる粉末状の造形材料(3)の層の、連続的な層毎の選択的照射及び固化によって三次元物体(2)を付加製造するための装置(1)を操作する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの第1の照射パラメータに基づいて第1の層(7)の少なくとも一部が照射され、
少なくとも1つの第2の照射パラメータに基づいて第2の層(8)の少なくとも一部が照射され、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の照射パラメータ及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の照射パラメータが、前記少なくとも2つの層(7、8)に対して異なり、
少なくとも第1の層群及び第2の層群が形成され、
各群が少なくとも1つの層を含み、
前記第1の層群が少なくとも1つの第1の照射パラメータに基づいて照射され、
前記第2の層群が少なくとも1つの第2の照射パラメータに基づいて照射され、
前記第1の層群及び前記第2の層群が、事前定義されたパターンで、交互に、物体(2)上に分布し、
第1の層群の第1の層(7)の輪郭の少なくとも一部が、前記エネルギービーム(4)の強度及び/又はパワー、及び/又はスポットサイズ及び/又はスポット径及び/又はビーム経路に関連する、第1のパラメータセットを用いて、第1の位置に照射され、
前記第2の層群の第2の層(8)の輪郭の少なくとも1つの対応する部分が、前記エネルギービーム(4)の強度及び/又はパワー、及び/又はスポットサイズ及び/又はスポット径及び/又はビーム経路に関連する、第2のパラメータセットを用いて第2の位置に照射され、
前記第1のパラメータセットと前記第2のパラメータセット及び/又は前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 照射パラメータが物体(2)の輪郭の位置(10、11)を含み、
前記輪郭が少なくとも2つの層(7、8)に対して異なるように配置される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の層群が物体(2)の偶数の層(7、8)を含み、前記第2の層群が奇数の層(7、8)を含み、
又はその逆も可能である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の層群及び/又は前記第2の層群が、少なくとも2つの連続する層を含む、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の層群の第1の層(7)の輪郭の少なくとも一部が、第1のエネルギー入力により第1の位置に照射され、
前記第2の層群の第2の層(8)の輪郭の少なくとも1つの対応する部分が、第2のエネルギー入力により第2の位置に照射され、
前記第1のエネルギー入力と前記第2のエネルギー入力、及び/又は前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - エネルギービーム(4)によって固化させることができる粉末状の造形材料(3)の層(7、8)の、連続的な層毎の選択的照射及び固化によって三次元物体(2)を付加製造するための装置(1)であって、
前記装置(1)が、前記エネルギービーム(4)を生成し、かつこれを粉末状の造形材料(3)の層が付着される造形面を横切って誘導するように適合された照射装置(5)を含み、
前記照射装置(5)が、少なくとも1つの第1の照射パラメータに基づいて第1の層(7)の少なくとも一部を照射し、及び少なくとも1つの第2の照射パラメータに基づいて第2の層(8)の少なくとも一部を照射する、ように適合され、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の照射パラメータ及び前記少なくとも1つの第2の照射パラメータが、前記少なくとも2つの層(7、8)に対して異なり、
少なくとも第1の層群及び第2の層群が形成され、
各群が少なくとも1つの層を含み、
前記第1の層群が少なくとも1つの第1の照射パラメータに基づいて照射され、
前記第2の層群が少なくとも1つの第2の照射パラメータに基づいて照射され、
前記第1の層群及び前記第2の層群が、事前定義されたパターンで、交互に、物体(2)上に分布し、
第1の層群の第1の層(7)の輪郭の少なくとも一部が、前記エネルギービーム(4)の強度及び/又はパワー、及び/又はスポットサイズ及び/又はスポット径及び/又はビーム経路に関連する、第1のパラメータセットを用いて、第1の位置に照射され、
前記第2の層群の第2の層(8)の輪郭の少なくとも1つの対応する部分が、前記エネルギービーム(4)の強度及び/又はパワー、及び/又はスポットサイズ及び/又はスポット径及び/又はビーム経路に関連する、第2のパラメータセットを用いて第2の位置に照射され、
前記第1のパラメータセットと前記第2のパラメータセット及び/又は前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 照射パラメータが物体(2)の輪郭の位置を含み、
前記照射装置(5)が、前記第1の層(7)の輪郭の部分と前記第2の層(8)の輪郭の部分とが、前記粉末状の造形材料(3)の前記第1の層(7)及び前記第2の層(8)の積層方向で、異なるように位置決めするように適合されている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の層群が物体(2)の偶数の層(7、8)を含み、前記第2の層群が奇数の層(7、8)を含み、
又はその逆も可能である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の層群の第1の層(7)の輪郭の少なくとも一部が、第1のエネルギー入力により第1の位置に照射され、
前記第2の層群の第2の層(8)の輪郭の少なくとも1つの対応する部分が、第2のエネルギー入力により第2の位置に照射され、
前記第1のエネルギー入力と前記第2のエネルギー入力、及び/又は前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置が異なる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項6〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載の装置。
