Description
粉状及び/又は粒状の搬送物が重力で搬送される上流側配管と下流側配管の接続部に生じる変位を吸収する伸縮管継手であって、
下流側端部が前記下流側配管と結合される外筒と、
前記外筒に挿入され、前記外筒よりも軸方向の寸法が小さく、上流側端部が前記上流側配管と結合される内筒と、
前記外筒の上流側端部と結合された外側取付部と、前記内筒の前記上流側端部と結合された内側取付部と、前記外側取付部と前記内側取付部との間に設けられて前記内側取付部に対する前記外側取付部の変位を吸収するように伸縮可能な伸縮部とを一体的に有し、前記外筒の前記上流側端部と前記内筒の前記上流側端部との間隙を塞ぐようにそれらの間に渡された閉塞部材とを備え、
前記下流側配管が振動を停止している状態において前記外筒の上流側端部の軸方向の位置と前記内筒の上流側端部の前記軸方向の位置とが実質的に同じであることを特徴としている。
前記振動機器へ前記焼却灰を送る配管と、
前記配管の出口と前記振動機器の入口との間に設けられた前記伸縮管継手とを備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (6)
- 粉状及び/又は粒状の搬送物が重力で搬送される上流側配管と下流側配管の接続部に生じる変位を吸収する伸縮管継手であって、
下流側端部が前記下流側配管と結合される外筒と、
前記外筒に挿入され、前記外筒よりも軸方向の寸法が小さく、上流側端部が前記上流側配管と結合される内筒と、
前記外筒の上流側端部と結合された外側取付部と、前記内筒の前記上流側端部と結合された内側取付部と、前記外側取付部と前記内側取付部との間に設けられて前記内側取付部に対する前記外側取付部の変位を吸収するように伸縮可能な伸縮部とを一体的に有し、前記外筒の前記上流側端部と前記内筒の前記上流側端部との間隙を塞ぐようにそれらの間に渡された閉塞部材とを備え、
前記下流側配管が静止している状態において前記外筒の上流側端部の軸方向の位置と前記内筒の上流側端部の前記軸方向の位置とが実質的に同じである、
伸縮管継手。 - 前記外筒が、前記上流側端部に設けられた上フランジと、前記下流側端部に設けられ且つ前記上フランジよりも内径の小さい下フランジと、前記上フランジと前記下フランジとを繋ぐテーパ形状の胴部とを有する、
請求項1に記載の伸縮管継手。 - 前記外筒の前記上流側端部から前記軸方向の中央部までの間に、前記外筒と前記内筒との間に流体を供給する供給管及び/又は前記外筒と前記内筒との間から流体を排出する排出管が接続された、
請求項1又は2に記載の伸縮管継手。 - 前記外筒の前記上流側端部から前記軸方向の中央部までの間に、内部監視手段が設けられた、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮管継手。 - 前記内筒又は前記外筒に、前記外筒と前記内筒との間を塞いでそれらの間への前記搬送物の侵入を防ぐ侵入防止部材が設けられた、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮管継手。 - 焼却灰を処理する振動機器と、
前記振動機器へ前記焼却灰を送る配管と、
前記配管の出口と前記振動機器の入口との間に設けられた、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮管継手とを備える、
焼却灰処理設備。
