Description
本出願は、台湾知的財産局に2018年8月23日に出願した台湾特許出願第107129513号の優先権を主張し、その開示は参照によりその全体が本明細書に援用される。
背景技術
(1)対照群:細胞を[調製実施例A−2]によって得た条件培地(すなわち、BPのない培地)に10日間連続して培養した。
(2)「BP(5)」群、「BP(10)」群、「BP(20)」群、「BP(50)」群、及び「BP(100)」群:対照群の条件に従って細胞を培養したが、条件培地にBP(Sigma−Aldrich社から購入、製造番号:W333301)をそれぞれ5、10、20、50及び100μMの最終濃度でさらに加えた。
Claims (10)
- 細胞を移植する前に有効成分を含むドーパミン作動性前駆細胞培地でドーパミン作動性前駆細胞を培養することを含み、前記有効成分がn−ブチリデンフタリド(BP)、BPの薬学的に許容される塩又はそれらの組み合わせであるドーパミン作動性神経のニューロスフェアからの移動を促す方法であり、さらにドーパミン作動性前駆細胞培地は塩基性培地と神経誘導因子を含み、前記神経誘導因子は線維芽細胞増殖因子−2(FGF−2)、線維芽細胞増殖因子−8b(FGF−8b)、SB−431542、BIO及びパルモルファミンの少なくとも1つであるドーパミン作動性神経のニューロスフェアからの移動を促す方法。
- 前記培地中の前記有効成分の量が、前記培地のmLあたり0.5μg(BPとして)〜20μg(BPとして)の範囲にある請求項1に記載の方法。
- パーキンソン病に対するドーパミン作動性前駆細胞移植の治療効果を高めるためにある請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- (1)塩基性培地及び神経誘導因子を含む条件培地、ならびに
(2)n−ブチリデンフタリド(BP)及び/又はBPの薬学的に許容される塩を含む組み合わせであって、その組み合わせはキット又は組成物であり、神経誘導因子は線維芽細胞増殖因子、トランスフォーミング増殖因子阻害剤、グリコーゲンシンターゼキナーゼ阻害剤及びパルモルファミンの少なくとも1つであり、前記線維芽細胞増殖因子が、線維芽細胞増殖因子−2(FGF−2)及び線維芽細胞増殖因子−8b(FGF−8b)の少なくとも1つであり、トランスフォーミング増殖因子阻害剤がSB−431542であり、グリコーゲンシンターゼキナーゼ阻害剤がBIOである組み合わせ。 - 前記神経誘導因子が、線維芽細胞増殖因子−8b(FGF−8b)及びパルモルファミンの少なくとも1つである請求項4に記載の組み合わせ。
- ドーパミン作動性前駆細胞と組み合わせて投与され、n−ブチリデンフタリド(BP)及び/又はBPの薬学的に許容される塩を含む、細胞移植のための医薬組成物であって、神経誘導因子を含むドーパミン作動性前駆細胞培養培地において、ドーパミン作動性前駆細胞がn−ブチリデンフタリド(BP)及び/又はBPの薬学的に許容される塩で前処理され、かつ神経誘導因子が線維芽細胞増殖因子−2(FGF−2)、線維芽細胞増殖因子−8b(FGF−8b)、SB−431542、BIO及びパルモルファミンの少なくとも1つである医薬組成物。
- ドーパミン作動性前駆細胞の処理が、前記培地のmLあたり0.5μg(BPとして)〜20μg(BPとして)の量で、n−ブチリデンフタリド(BP)及び/又はBPの薬学的に許容される塩を含むドーパミン作動性前駆細胞培地において行われる請求項6に記載の医薬組成物。
- パーキンソン病を治療するためにある請求項6又は7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 経口投与、経鼻投与、皮質脊髄注入、くも膜下腔内注射、脳内注入、静脈注射、腹膜注入、又は皮下注射のための形態である請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ドーパミン作動性前駆細胞が、皮質脊髄注入、くも膜下腔内注射、脳内注入、静脈注射、腹膜注入、又は皮下注射のための形態である請求項6〜9の何れか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
