Description
製造されることになるパーツの本体の長手方向に対応する長手方向を有するファイバブランクを形成するために、縦糸の複数の層間の複数層織込みを使用することであって、ファイバブランクが、その厚さ方向において、ファイバブランクの端部の一方に隣接した少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーンの第1の部分、第2の部分、および第3の部分に分割され、第1の部分が第2の部分と第3の部分との間に位置し、この第2の部分と第3の部分とに対し、第1の部分が前記少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーンの外側の織込みによって接続されている、縦糸の複数の層間の複数層織込みを使用することと、
第1の部分の両側において第1の部分と相互連結していない第2の部分および第3の部分のセグメントを外に折り曲げることによって、製造されることになるパーツのプラットフォームのためのプリフォーム部分を形成するように、第2の部分および第3の部分の外に折り曲げられるセグメントを成形することによって、および第2の部分と第3の部分との間のギャップに存在する溝を充填するために、第1の部分のセグメントを折りたたむこととによって、形成されることになるパーツのためのプリフォームを形成するためにファイバブランクを使用することと、
少なくとも1つの統合プラットフォームを有する複合材料で形成されたパーツを得るために、マトリクスでプリフォームを緻密化することと、を含む、製造する方法を提供する。
Claims (7)
- 本体(12)であって、前記本体の一方の端部に存在する少なくとも1つのプラットフォーム(14;16)に固定された本体(12)を有する複合材料パーツ(10)を製造する方法であって、
製造されることになるパーツ(10)の本体(12)の長手方向に対応する長手方向を有するファイバブランク(101)を形成するために、縦糸の複数の層間の複数層織込みを使用することであって、ファイバブランクが、その厚さ方向において、ファイバブランクの端部の一方に隣接した少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーン(103;105)の第1の部分、第2の部分、および第3の部分(102、104、106;112、114、116)に分割され、第1の部分(102;112)が第2の部分と第3の部分(104、106;114、116)との間に位置し、この第2の部分と第3の部分とに対し、第1の部分が前記少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーン(103;105)の外側の織込みによって接続されている、縦糸の複数の層間の複数層織込みを使用することと、
第1の部分の両側において第1の部分と相互連結していない第2の部分および第3の部分のセグメント(104a、106a;114a、116a)を外に折り曲げることによって、製造されることになるパーツ(10)のプラットフォーム(14;16)のためのプリフォーム部分を形成するように、第2の部分および第3の部分の外に折り曲げられるセグメント(104a、106a;114a、116a)を成形することによって、および第2の部分と第3の部分(104、106;114、116)との間のギャップに存在する溝(108;118)を充填するために、第1の部分のセグメント(102a;112a)を折りたたむことによって、形成されることになるパーツのためのプリフォームを形成するためにファイバブランク(101)を使用することと、
少なくとも1つの統合プラットフォーム(14;16)を有する複合材料で形成されたパーツ(10)を得るために、マトリクスでプリフォームを緻密化することと、を含む、製造する方法。 - 第1の部分、第2の部分、および第3の部分(102、104、106;112、114、116)が、ともに、前記少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーン(103;105)の外側に位置するファイバブランク(101)の残部(120)と同じ数の、縦糸の層を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の部分、第2の部分、および第3の部分(312、314、316)が、ともに、前記少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーン(305)の外側に位置するファイバブランク(301)の残部(320)に存在する縦糸の層の数より大である数の、縦糸の層を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の追加の縦糸層の層が、少なくとも第2の部分および第3の部分(314、316)の縦糸の層に織り込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第1の部分、第2の部分、および第3の部分(412、414、416)が、ともに、前記少なくとも1つの非相互連結ゾーン(405)の外側に位置するファイバブランク(401)の残部(420)に存在する縦糸の層の数より小である数の、縦糸の層を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたは複数の縦糸層の層が、少なくとも前記第2の部分および第3の部分(414、416)の織込みの間に取り除かれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 複合材料パーツが、タービンエンジンベーン、タービンエンジンブレード、補強材、およびフィッティングの少なくとも1つから選択された航空機のパーツに対応することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
