Description
本出願は、米国特許法第119条の下で、2017年4月24日に出願された、米国仮特許出願第62/489,197号、発明の名称「Flexible Voltage Transformation System」の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示内容全体は、参照により本願に組み込まれる。

Claims (7)
- マトリクス電力変圧器システムにおいて、
前記マトリクス電力変圧器システムは、それぞれが複数の変圧器モジュールアセンブリを含んでいる複数のブロックアセンブリを有しており、
前記複数のブロックアセンブリの入力が並列に結合されるとともに、前記複数のブロックアセンブリの出力が並列に結合され、
前記複数の変圧器モジュールアセンブリは、複数行および複数列を形成し、少なくとも1つの行の入力が直列に結合され、直列に結合された変圧器モジュールアセンブリの入力同士が一緒に結合され、少なくとも1つの列の出力が直列に結合され、直列に結合された変圧器モジュールアセンブリの出力同士が一緒に結合され、
各変圧器モジュールアセンブリは、各変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記入力に結合された一次巻線および各変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記出力に結合された二次巻線を含んでおり、1つのブロックアセンブリにおける各変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記入力は、一緒に結合されており、各変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記出力は、一緒に結合されており、
前記二次巻線のうちの1つは、関連する変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記出力と、関連する変圧器モジュールアセンブリの別の二次巻線とのうちのいずれか一方に選択的に結合されるように構成された複数のタップを含み、
前記複数のタップを含む前記二次巻線は、グラウンド端子に物理的に近接する行または列に配置される、マトリクス電力変圧器システム。 - 各ブロックアセンブリは、40トン未満の重量を有するように構成されており、前記マトリクス電力変圧器システムは、100メガボルトアンペア(MVA)超の定格電力を有している、
請求項1記載のマトリクス電力変圧器システム。 - 各変圧器モジュールアセンブリは、直列または並列に結合された複数の一次巻線を含んでおり、各変圧器モジュールアセンブリは、直列または並列に結合された複数の二次巻線を含んでいる、請求項1記載のマトリクス電力変圧器システム。
- 各変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記入力は、2つの入力端子を含んでおり、各入力端子は、別の変圧器モジュールアセンブリの少なくとも1つの入力端子に結合されており、各変圧器モジュールアセンブリの前記出力は、2つの出力端子を含んでおり、各出力端子は、別の変圧器モジュールアセンブリの少なくとも1つの出力端子に結合されている、請求項3記載のマトリクス電力変圧器システム。
- 前記複数の変圧器モジュールアセンブリは、直列に結合された複数の入力を備えた、第1のセットの変圧器モジュールアセンブリと、直列に結合された複数の入力を備えた、第2のセットの変圧器モジュールアセンブリと、を含んでおり、前記第1のセットの変圧器モジュールアセンブリおよび前記第2のセットの変圧器モジュールアセンブリは、前記直列に結合された入力同士が並列に結合されている、
請求項4記載のマトリクス電力変圧器システム。 - 各ブロックアセンブリは、外箱によって包囲されるように構成されている、
