Description
実施例1
ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)繊維を含む原料不織布を用意した。前記原料不織布の繊維は、断面直径が2μm〜4μmであるPET繊維および断面直径が12μm〜13μmであるPET繊維が混合した形態であり、前記原料不織布の厚みは128μmであった。前記原料不織布に対し、150Wの電力で360秒の間酸素(O2)プラズマを処理した。前記酸素(O2)プラズマの酸素ガス供給速度は50mL/minであった。次いで、バリアコーティング液としてイソプロピルアルコール(IPA)97.5重量%および二酸化チタン(TiO2)粒子2.5重量%を含む二酸化チタン(TiO2)ゾルを製造しており、前記バリアコーティング液をスプレーコーティング方法によって前記原料不織布に噴射して、前記PET繊維の表面にバリアコーティング層を形成した。前記バリアコーティング液を噴射した後、80℃で30分間熱処理した。次いで、酸化タングステン粒子の表面に白金ナノ粒子が光−蒸着した可視光活性光触媒粒子(Pt/WO3)5重量%および二酸化チタン(TiO2)ゾルバインダーを含む光触媒コーティング液を製造しており、前記バインダーは、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)98.75重量%および二酸化チタン(TiO2)粒子1.25重量%を含むことを用いた。前記光触媒コーティング液をスプレーコーティング方法によって前記原料不織布に噴射して、前記バリアコーティング層の表面に光触媒コーティング層を形成した。前記光触媒コーティング液を噴射した後、80℃で30分間熱処理した。これによって、光触媒機能性不織布を製造した。
前記実施例1のポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)繊維を含む原料不織布の代りに、繊維の断面直径が1μm〜3μmであるPET繊維と断面直径が10μmであるPET繊維とが混合しており、厚みは60μmであるポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)原料不織布を用いたことを除いて、前記実施例1と同じ方法で光触媒機能性不織布を製造した。
前記実施例1のポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)繊維を含む原料不織布の代わりに、繊維の断面直径が0.5μm〜2μmであるPP繊維を含み、厚みは180μmであるポリプロピレン(PP)原料不織布を用いたことを除いて、前記実施例1と同じ方法で光触媒機能性不織布を製造した。
前記実施例1−3の原料不織布それぞれを比較例1−3とした。
実験例1:有害ガス分解性能の測定
前記実施例1〜3及び前記比較例1〜3の不織布に対し、スモールチャンバ試験法(ISO 18560−1:2014)によって有害ガス分解性能を測定した。具体的には、チャンバに不織布を位置させ、アセトアルデヒド有害ガスを0.1ppmの濃度に注入した後、光源として1000luxの白色LEDを用いた。その結果は、下表1に記載したとおりである。
前記実施例1−3の光触媒機能性不織布製造過程において、(a)バリアコーティング層が形成された後のSEM写真、及び(b)光触媒コーティング層が形成された後のSEM写真を撮影した。その結果は、下記図3に示した。

Claims (12)
- 有機繊維を含み、前記有機繊維の表面が改質による親水性基を含み、
前記有機繊維の一部または全部の表面にバリアコーティング層および光触媒コーティング層をこの順で含み、
前記バリアコーティング層は、二酸化チタンを含み、
前記光触媒コーティング層は、二酸化チタンと、酸化タングステン及びその表面の白金ナノ粒子を含む可視光活性光触媒粒子とを含み、
光触媒機能性不織布。 - 前記可視光活性光触媒粒子は、粒径(particle diameter)が20nm〜100nmである、請求項1に記載の光触媒機能性不織布。
- 前記可視光活性光触媒粒子は、金属酸化物100重量部に対し、金属粒子0.1〜5重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の光触媒機能性不織布。
- 前記有機繊維は、ポリプロピレン(PP)繊維、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された1つを含む、請求項1に記載の光触媒機能性不織布。
- 前記有機繊維は、断面直径が0.5μm〜15μmである、請求項4に記載の光触媒機能性不織布。
- i)有機繊維を含む原料不織布上の酸素(O2)プラズマを処理して、有機繊維の表面に親水性作用基を形成する段階、
ii) 前記有機繊維の一部または全部の表面に 二酸化チタンを含むバリアコーティング液によりバリアコーティング層を形成する段階、
iii) 二酸化チタンと、酸化タングステン及びその表面の白金ナノ粒子を含む可視光活性光触媒粒子とを含む光触媒コーティング液により光触媒コーティング層を形成する段階、
を順に含む、光触媒機能性不織布の製造方法。 - 有機繊維の表面に親水性作用基を形成する段階によって、水との接触角を10度〜5度とする、請求項6に記載の光触媒機能性不織布の製造方法。
- 前記バリアコーティング層は、前記バリアコーティング液をスプレー(spray)コーティング方法で噴射することで形成される、請求項6に記載の光触媒機能性不織布の製造方法。
- 前記光触媒コーティング層は、前記光触媒コーティング液をスプレー(spray)コーティング方法で噴射することで形成される、請求項6に記載の光触媒機能性不織布の製造方法。
- 前記酸素(O2)プラズマを処理する段階において、酸素(O2)ガスの供給速度は30mL/min〜60mL/minである、請求項6に記載の光触媒機能性不織布の製造方法。
- 前記バリアコーティング層を形成する段階は、
