Claims (28)
- 第1の端部と、第2の端部と、長手方向軸とを有する細長本体と、
前記長手方向軸を含む第1の平面と、
前記第1の平面の第1の側にある第1の体積部と、
前記第1の平面の第1の側と反対側の第2の側にある第2の体積部と、
前記細長本体から延在する少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材であって、それぞれが複数の電極を含み、前記第1の体積部内で電極アレイを形成するように前記第1の体積部に配置される少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材と、
前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材のそれぞれを貫通して延在する導電性要素であって、電流を流し、前記電極アレイ内の前記電極の2つ以上の組み合わせに電気刺激エネルギーを送達するように構成される導電性要素と、
前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材のうちの少なくとも2つの間に延在するメッシュ構造と、
を備える、カテーテル。 - 前記メッシュ構造は、送達状態と展開状態とを有する、
請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記展開状態は、前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材のうち前記少なくとも2つを配置し、位置決めするように構成される所定の形状を含む、
請求項2に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記メッシュ構造は、間に開口のパターンを形成されるように接続される複数のストランドを含む、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材は、前記第1の体積部内のみにある、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 - 前記第2の体積部内には電極が含まれない、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 - 第2の平面が前記長手方向軸を含み、前記第1の平面に垂直に交差し、前記第1の体積部を第1の四分体積部及び第2の四分体積部に分断し、前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材は第1の細長刺激部材及び第2の細長刺激部材を含み、前記第1の細長刺激部材は前記第1の四分体積部内に存在し、前記第2の細長刺激部材は、前記第2の四分体積部に存在する、
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 - センサと、
前記細長本体を貫通して延在するとともに、前記センサからの電気信号を伝達するように構成されるセンサ導電性要素と、

カテーテルシステム。 - 前記バルーンは、血流に運ばれて肺動脈まで達するように構成される、

前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材のうちの少なくとも2つの間に延在するメッシュ構造であって、薄型の送達状態と展開状態とを有し、前記展開状態は、前記少なくとも2つの細長刺激部材のうち前記少なくとも2つを配置し、位置決めするように構成される所定の形状を含むメッシュ構造と、
