Claims (4)
- 骨と係合する先端部および少なくとも一部に球面を有する基端部を有する骨係合部材と、前記骨係合部材の前記基端部の位置を基準とする前記骨係合部材の3次元的な揺動を可能とするように前記基端部を保持するヘッド部と、を備えた脊椎固定具に接合される脊椎固定具用アダプタであって、
前記骨係合部材は、前記基端部の基端側に開口された被係合部を備え、
前記ヘッド部は、下端部と上端部との間で前記骨係合部材の前記基端部を収容可能な収容部を画する内壁を有するヘッド部本体と、前記収容部内に挿通され、下端部が前記骨係合部材の前記基端部の球面に対応した形状を有する押さえ部材と、を備え、前記下端部から前記骨係合部材の前記先端部が露出するように前記骨係合部材が前記収容部内に収容されるように構成され、
前記押さえ部材は、前記脊椎固定具用アダプタを挿通可能な挿通孔を有し、前記収容部内において前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁に接した状態となるように構成され、
前記脊椎固定具用アダプタは、
前記被係合部に係合するよう下方に突出した係合部と、
前記係合部から上方に延出され、前記ヘッド部の前記収容部内において前記係合部が前記骨係合部材の前記被係合部に係合された状態で、前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁に前記押さえ部材を介して間接的に接することにより、前記脊椎固定具用アダプタと一体となった前記骨係合部材の前記3次元的な揺動を規制する規制部と、を備え、
前記規制部は、前記挿通孔の内壁の少なくとも一部に接することにより、前記骨係合部材の前記3次元的な揺動を規制するように構成される、脊椎固定具用アダプタ。 - 前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁は、円筒状に形成され、
前記押さえ部材の外側面は、前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁に対応する外径を有する円柱面状に形成され、
前記規制部の外側面は、前記挿通孔の内径に対応する外径を有する円柱面状に形成される、請求項1に記載の脊椎固定具用アダプタ。 - 脊椎固定具および脊椎固定具用アダプタを備えた脊椎固定システムであって、
前記脊椎固定具は、
骨と係合する先端部および少なくとも一部に球面を有する基端部を有する骨係合部材と、
前記骨係合部材の前記基端部の位置を基準とする前記骨係合部材の3次元的な揺動を可能とするように前記基端部を保持するヘッド部と、を備え、
前記骨係合部材は、前記基端部の基端側に開口された被係合部を備え、
前記ヘッド部は、下端部と上端部との間で前記骨係合部材の前記基端部を収容可能な収容部を画する内壁を有するヘッド部本体と、前記収容部内に挿通され、下端部が前記骨係合部材の前記基端部の球面に対応した形状を有する押さえ部材と、を備え、前記下端部から前記骨係合部材の前記先端部が露出するように前記骨係合部材が前記収容部内に収容されるように構成され、
前記押さえ部材は、前記脊椎固定具用アダプタを挿通可能な挿通孔を有し、前記収容部内において前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁に接した状態となるように構成され、
前記脊椎固定具用アダプタは、
前記被係合部に係合するよう下方に突出した係合部と、
前記係合部から上方に延出され、前記ヘッド部の前記収容部内において前記係合部が前記骨係合部材の前記被係合部に係合された状態で、前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁に前記押さえ部材を介して間接的に接することにより、前記脊椎固定具用アダプタと一体となった前記骨係合部材の前記3次元的な揺動を規制する規制部と、を備え、
前記規制部は、前記挿通孔の内壁の少なくとも一部に接することにより、前記骨係合部材の前記3次元的な揺動を規制するように構成される、脊椎固定システム。 - 前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁は、円筒状に形成され、
前記押さえ部材の外側面は、前記ヘッド部本体の前記内壁に対応する外径を有する円柱面状に形成され、
前記規制部の外側面は、前記挿通孔の内径に対応する外径を有する円柱面状に形成される、請求項3に記載の脊椎固定システム。
