Description
Claims (14)
- バルブクラッチ装置(10)であって、前記バルブクラッチ装置(10)は、
中心軸(A)に沿って延びる中心部材(100)であって、前記中心軸(A)周りの駆動トルクを受けるように設計される駆動カプラ(101)を含む中心部材(100)と、
前記中心軸(A)と平行に延びる少なくとも1つの連結ピン(111)を含む連結部材(110)と、
流入口バルブ位置と排出口バルブ位置との間で、前記中心軸(A)周りを回転可能に支持されるバルブ部材(120)と、
前記バルブ部材(120)に回転方向で係合するように設計され、少なくとも1つのクランプ部材(131)を含むスリーブ部材(130)と、
を含み、
前記バルブクラッチ装置(10)は、前記中心部材(100)が受ける駆動トルクが前記スリーブ部材(130)に伝達されない非係合配置と、前記少なくとも1つの連結ピン(111)が、細長い前記中心部材(100)と前記少なくとも1つのクランプ部材(131)との間にクランプされる係合配置との間で可逆的に変更可能であり、それによって、前記中心部材(100)が受ける駆動トルクを、前記スリーブ部材(130)を介して前記バルブ部材(120)に伝達する、
バルブクラッチ装置(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの連結ピン(111)が、前記中心部材(100)と摩擦係合する、請求項1記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの連結ピン(111)と前記中心部材(100)との前記摩擦係合は、前記中心部材(100)に対する前記少なくとも1つの連結ピン(111)の角度位置に依存して、および/または、前記中心軸(A)の周りでの前記中心部材(100)の回転方向に依存して、摺動摩擦係合と固着摩擦係合との間で変更可能である、請求項2記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記バルブクラッチ装置(10)は、角度的に互いに離間した連結ピンブロック(122a)を含み、クランプ部材(131)は、隣り合う2つの連結ピンブロック(122a)の間に角度的に対称に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記連結ピンブロック(122a)は、前記バルブ部材(120)のアーム部材(122)により形成され、前記アーム部材(122)は、前記中心軸(A)に略平行に延びる、請求項4記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記連結部材(110)は複数の連結ピン(111)を含み、前記スリーブ部材(130)は、複数のクランプ部材(131)を含み、前記クランプ部材(131)の数は、前記複数の連結ピン(111)の数に対応している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記中心部材(100)は、雄ねじを有する中心部材ねじ部分(102)を含み、前記バルブ部材(120)は、対応する雌ねじ(123)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記バルブクラッチ装置(10)は、バルブ部材ブロック(125)を含み、前記バルブ部材ブロック(125)は、前記流入口バルブ位置および前記排出口バルブ位置のそれぞれにおいて、前記バルブ部材(120)の回転運動を遮断する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記連結部材(110)は連結部材基部(112)を含み、前記連結部材基部(112)は、前記連結部材基部(112)から突出する前記少なくとも1つの連結ピン(111)を有して前記中心部材(100)の周りを回転可能に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記中心部材(100)、前記連結部材(110)、前記スリーブ部材(130)、および前記バルブ部材は、前記中心軸(A)と同軸に配置されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記中心部材(100)が、前記バルブ部材(120)の内部において密閉および摺動係合するように配置されることにより、前記中心部材(100)がピストン部材として機能する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記駆動カプラ(101)は、駆動ピン(30)を、前記中心軸(A)に沿って摺動係合するように、および前記中心軸(A)に対し実質的に強固に回転方向で係合するように、受容するように設計される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 前記バルブ部材(120)は、シリンダと、前記シリンダの内部容積に流体的に連通するバルブ部材開口部とを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)。
- 液体薬剤投与ユニット(1)であって、前記液体薬剤投与ユニット(1)は、
請求項13に記載のバルブクラッチ装置(10)と、
前記中心軸(A)の周りを密閉して回転可能である前記バルブ部材(120)を支持し、流入開口部および排出開口部を含む静止部材(20)と、
