Description
Claims (3)
- 或るデバイス(6)の動作の少なくとも1つの側面を制御するために当該デバイスへの作動液の供給を操作するように構成された液圧装置(4)であって、
当該デバイスに流体連通関係に接続されるように構成された第1の制御レグ(10)と、
当該デバイスに流体連通関係に接続されるように構成された第2の制御レグ(12)と、
当該第1の制御レグと当該第2の制御レグの間に流体連通関係に接続され、当該第1の制御レグから当該第2の制御レグへの作動液の流れを阻止し、当該第2の制御レグから当該第1の制御レグへの作動液の流れを許容する逆止弁(46)と、
当該第1の制御レグと当該第2の制御レグの間に流体連通関係にかつ当該逆止弁と並列に接続され、第1の状態と第2の状態の間で作動可能であり、当該第1の状態にあるとき当該第1の制御レグと当該第2の制御レグの間の作動液の流れを阻止し、当該第2の状態にあるとき当該第1の制御レグと当該第2の制御レグの間の作動液の流れを許容するバイパス装置(48)と、
当該第1の制御レグ、加圧された作動液の供給管(22)および減圧された排出管(24)と流体連通関係に接続された多数の第1の弁(18A、18B、18C)と、
当該第2の制御レグ、当該供給管および当該排出管と流体連通関係に接続された多数の第2の弁(34A、34B、34C)とより成り、
当該多数の第1の弁は第1の状態と第2の状態の間で作動可能であり、
当該多数の第1の弁が当該第1の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第1の状態にあるとき、
当該第1の制御レグは当該供給管と流体連通し、
当該多数の第1の弁が当該第2の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第1の状態にあるとき、
当該第1の制御レグは当該排出管と流体連通し、かつ
当該第2の制御レグは当該逆止弁を介して当該排出管と流体連通し、
当該多数の第1の弁が当該第1の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第2の状態にあるとき、
当該第1の制御レグは当該供給管と流体連通し、かつ当該バイパス装置を介して当該第2の制御レグと流体連通し、
当該多数の第1の弁が当該第2の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第2の状態にあるとき、
当該第1の制御レグは当該排出管と流体連通し、かつ
当該第2の制御レグは当該逆止弁および当該バイパス装置を介して当該排出管と流体連通し、
当該多数の第2の弁は第1の状態と第2の状態の間で作動可能であり、
当該多数の第2の弁が当該第1の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第1の状態にあるとき、
当該第2の制御レグは当該供給管と流体連通し、
当該多数の第2の弁が当該第2の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第1の状態にあるとき、
当該第2の制御レグは当該排出管と流体連通し、
当該多数の第2の弁が当該第1の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第2の状態にあるとき、
当該第2の制御レグは当該供給管と流体連通し、かつ当該バイパス装置を介して当該第1の制御レグと流体連通し、
当該多数の第2の弁が当該第2の状態で、かつ当該バイパス装置が当該第2の状態にあるとき、
当該第2の制御レグは当該排出管と流体連通し、かつ
当該第1の制御レグは当該バイパス装置を介して当該排出管と流体連通することを特徴とする液圧装置。 - 前記バイパス装置は多数のポペット式ロジック弁(58)から成る、請求項1の液圧装置。
- 前記バイパス装置はさらに、前記多数のポペット式ロジック弁と流体連通する多数の電磁弁(54)から成る、請求項2の液圧装置。
