Description
Claims (4)
- 濃縮化学製品と、ある濃度の液体とから溶液を形成する方法において、
第1の液体を投入して、濃縮化学製品と接触させて、前記溶液を形成する段階と、
前記溶液を回収する段階と、
前記第1の液体の温度に基づき、サーマルバルブアセンブリを通じて、第2の液体を回収済み溶液に投入して、別の溶液の別の濃度を得るとともに、保持する段階と、
前記第1の液体の温度の変化に基づいてばね付勢されたサーマルアクチュエータのサーマルシャフトを延ばすように構成することで、前記回収済み溶液に投入する前記第2の液体の量を調節する段階であって、前記サーマルシャフトの伸びは、前記第2の液体の圧力とは無関係に、前記第1の液体の温度に対して線形に変化する、前記第2の液体の量を調節する段階とを含む方法。 - 希釈化学製品と液体とから溶液を得るためのディスペンサにおいて、
ハウジングと、
前記希釈化学製品を保持するために、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内にあるキャビティと、
前記液体を供給して、前記希釈化学製品と接触させて、前記溶液を形成させるための液体源と、
形成済み溶液を回収するために、前記ハウジングに連結している回収区域と、
希釈液体を前記回収区域内の前記溶液に供給するための希釈液体源と、
ばねとサーマルシャフトとを備えるサーマルバルブアセンブリであって、前記サーマルバルブアセンブリは、前記液体の温度に基づき、変動する量の希釈液体を前記回収区域に自動的に投入して、前記液体の流速を調節して、前記溶液の濃度を制御するために、前記希釈液体源に連結しており、前記サーマルシャフトの伸びは、前記形成済み溶液の圧力とは無関係に、前記希釈液体の温度に対して線形に変化する、サーマルバルブアセンブリと、
を備えるディスペンサ。 - 濃縮化学製品と接触する液体によって形成される溶液で、回収区域で回収される溶液の濃度を連続的に調節するためのアセンブリにおいて、
前記回収区域に隣接する希釈液体源と、
前記液体の温度に基づき、連続的に変化可能な量の希釈液体を前記回収区域に自動的に投入して、前記液体の流速を調節して、前記溶液の濃度を制御するように、前記希釈液体源に連結しているサーマルバルブアセンブリであって、前記流速は、前記希釈液体の圧力とは無関係に、前記濃縮化学製品と接触する液体の温度に対して線形に変化する、サーマルバルブアセンブリと、を備えるアセンブリ。 - 液体と濃縮化学製品とから形成される溶液の濃度を制御するために、希釈液体の流速を自動調節するためのサーマルバルブアセンブリにおいて、
前記希釈液体の温度が上昇する時にそのサーマルアクチュエータから延びるように構成されたサーマルシャフトを有するサーマルアクチュエータで、前記サーマルシャフトの長さが、前記サーマルアクチュエータと接触する前記液体の温度に基づき、前記希釈液体の圧力とは無関係に、連続的にかつ線形に変化可能であるサーマルアクチュエータと、
前記サーマルシャフトに連結しているばねと、
前記ばねに連結しているスリーブと、を備え、
前記温度の変化により、前記サーマルシャフトが前記ばねに作用し、それにより、前記サーマルシャフトが、前記温度の変化と実質的に相対的な関係で、連続的に変化可能に移動するサーマルバルブアセンブリ。
