Description
Claims (5)
- 希釈剤を固体にスプレーして、使用溶液を生成するためのディスペンサーであって、
a)前記固体を保持するためのハウジングと、
b)希釈剤を固体に当てて、使用溶液を形成する際に使用するためのスプレーノズルと、
c)前記スプレーノズルと流体連通している第1の流入希釈剤通路と、
d)ある圧力範囲内において前記希釈剤の圧力と無関係な第1の流れ範囲を維持するために、前記第1の流入希釈剤通路に配置された第1の流れ制御部と、
e)前記使用溶液と流体連通している第2の流入希釈剤通路と、
f)前記圧力範囲内において前記希釈剤の圧力と無関係な第2の流れ範囲を維持するために、前記第2の流入希釈剤通路に配置された第2の流れ制御部であって、前記使用溶液の濃度が前記圧力範囲にわたって維持される第2の流れ制御部と、
を備えるディスペンサーにおいて、
前記第1と第2の流れ制御部は、エラストマ製品から構成されており、前記第1と第2の流れ制御部は、前記第1と第2の流れ制御部の可変オリフィスを、前記希釈剤の圧力の変化に応じて形状を変化させることにより制限して、それにより、前記第1と第2の流れ制御部を制御するための電子装置を使用することなく、前記ある圧力範囲にわたって前記第1と第2の流れ範囲を提供する、ディスペンサー。 - 前記第1と第2の流れ制御部の各々は、圧力変化に応答してサイズが変化する可変オリフィスを有するので、前記流れ範囲は維持される、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。
- a)前記使用溶液用の経路を提供するために前記スプレーノズルの下に配置されたディスペンサー出口を有するディスペンサー出口通路と、
b)前記使用溶液と流体連通している第3の流入希釈剤通路と、
c)前記圧力範囲内において前記希釈剤の圧力と無関係な第3の流れ範囲を維持するために、前記第3の流入希釈剤通路に配置された第3の流れ制御部と、
d)前記第3の流入希釈剤通路に作動するように接続されるバイパスバルブであって、前記バイパスバルブが温度制御バルブを有し、前記温度制御バルブがバイパス通路を有し、前記バイパス通路が、前記第3の流入希釈剤通路を前記ディスペンサー出口に作動するように接続し、追加の希釈剤が前記使用溶液に加えられ、これによって前記使用溶液の濃度を制御するバイパスバルブと、
をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のディスペンサー。 - 請求項1または2に記載のディスペンサーを使用して、希釈剤を固体に当てることによって使用溶液を分配する方法であって、
a)ノズルと、固体を溶解してある量の溶存固形分を提供する程度に十分な流量の希釈剤と、を選択する工程と、
b)第1の圧力範囲内において希釈剤の圧力と無関係な第1の流量を維持するための前記第1の流れ制御部を流入希釈剤通路に配置する工程と、
c)目標濃度の使用溶液を提供するために必要な追加量の希釈剤を決定する工程と、
d)第2の圧力範囲内にある第2の流量範囲を維持するための前記第2の流れ制御部を前記第2の流入希釈剤通路に配置する工程であって、前記第2の流量範囲は、前記目標濃度の使用溶液を提供するのに十分である工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載のディスペンサーを使用して、希釈剤を固体に当てることによって使用溶液を分配する方法であって、
a)ノズルと、固体を溶解してある量の溶存固形分を提供する程度に十分な流量の希釈剤と、を選択する工程と、
b)第1の圧力範囲内において希釈剤の圧力と無関係な第1の流量を維持するための前記第1の流れ制御部を前記第1の流入希釈剤通路に配置する工程と、
c)目標濃度の使用溶液を提供するために必要な追加量の希釈剤を決定する工程と、
d)第2の圧力範囲内にある第2の流量範囲を維持するための前記第2の流れ制御部を前記第2の流入希釈剤通路に配置する工程であって、前記第2の流量範囲は、前記目標濃度の使用溶液を提供するのに十分である工程と、
を含む方法であって、
その分解が希釈剤の温度と共に増大する固体をさらに含み、前記方法が、
a)前記目標濃度の使用溶液を提供するのに十分な第3の流量の範囲を第3の圧力範囲内に維持するための前記第3の流れ制御部を、前記第3の流入希釈剤通路に配置する工程と、
b)前記希釈剤温度を感知する工程と、
c)希釈剤の温度が所定の温度に達したときに前記バイパスバルブを作動させて、前記第3の流入希釈剤通路を通る流れを可能にする工程と、を含む方法。
