Description
2液型接着剤の主剤及び開始剤を混合して接着剤組成物を調製し、得られた接着剤組成物を表面未処理のシリコーンゴム試験片(K−125)に直接塗布した。その直後に、別の表面未処理のシリコーンゴム試験片で、被覆領域が1cm×2cm、厚さが1mmとなるように接着剤組成物を被覆した。接着剤を所定温度(10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、及び35℃)で1日養生して硬化させた。引張試験機RTC−1325A(株式会社エー・アンド・ディー、日本国東京都豊島区)を用いて、温度23℃、クロスヘッド速度5cm/分にて、接着試験片を180度方向に剥離(T字剥離)したときの剥離力をkN/mで記録し、剥離後の試験片を目視観察して破壊モードを確認した。
<α−メチルスチレン基含有オリゴマーの合成(AMSPU)>
120.60gのTMIと600.00gのJEFFAMINE(商標)D2000を混合し、室温中にて温度調整なしで一昼夜反応させた。IRスペクトル測定の結果、波数2265cm−1のイソシアネートによるピークが消えていることから、反応が完結していることを確認した。このようにしてα−メチルスチレン基含有オリゴマー(AMSPU)を得た。
表1に開始剤に使用した材料を示す。トリエチルボラン:1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミン錯体の35%CX−100溶液(TEB/HMDA/CX−100)は、モル比率が2:1であるトリエチルボラン:1,6−ヘキサンジアミン錯体を濃度が35質量%となるようにCX−100に溶解して調製した。TEB/HMDA/CX−100 33.90g、AMSPU 62.30g、TS720 3.60g、M460 0.20gを200mLのガラス瓶に秤量し、「あわとり練太郎」ARE−500(自転公転ミキサー、株式会社シンキー、日本国東京都千代田区)を用いて2000rpmにて2分間撹拌して開始剤を得た。得られた開始剤を例1〜5及び比較例1〜13で使用した。
表1に主剤に使用した材料を示す。表2に例1〜5及び比較例1〜13の主剤の組成を示す。臭化銅(II)の25%NMC溶液(CuBr2/NMC)は、臭化銅(II)を濃度が25質量%となるようにNMCに溶解して調製した。主剤の全質量が100gになるよう各成分を200mLのガラス瓶に秤量し、70℃で20分間放置後、「あわとり練太郎」ARE−500(自転公転ミキサー、株式会社シンキー、日本国東京都千代田区)を用いて2000rpmにて2分間撹拌して主剤を得た。
体積比10:1のデュアルシリンジアプリケーター(ミックスパック CD050−10−PP、エーディーワイ株式会社、日本国大阪府大阪市)の体積比1側に開始剤を、体積比10側に主剤を充填した後、10cmの長さの17ステージのスタティックミックスノズル(MX5.4−17−S、エーディーワイ株式会社、日本国大阪府大阪市)を装着し、主剤及び開始剤を同時に押し出すことにより、スタティックミックスノズル中で混合した接着剤の塗布を行った。剥離試験による接着剤硬化物の評価結果を表4に示す。

オルガノボランを含む開始剤
からなる2液型接着剤であって、前記主剤が、重合性成分の質量を基準として、前記フェノキシエチルメタクリレートを60〜95質量%含む、2液型接着剤。

前記主剤が、重合性成分の質量を基準として、前記テトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレートを5〜40質量%含む、態様1に記載の2液型接着剤。
[態様3]
前記主剤が、重合性成分の質量を基準として、前記フェノキシエチルメタクリレート及びテトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレートを合計して95質量%又はそれより多く含む、態様1又は2のいずれかに記載の2液型接着剤。
[態様4]
前記主剤の重合性成分の親フッ素性が0.1〜1.4である、態様1〜3のいずれかに記載の2液型接着剤。
[態様5]
前記主剤が、アルキル部位の炭素数が5以上の直鎖又は分岐アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含まない、態様1〜4のいずれかに記載の2液型接着剤。
[態様6]
シリコーンゴム基材の接着に使用される態様1〜5のいずれかに記載の2液型接着剤。
[態様7]
第1のシリコーンゴム基材と、
第2の基材と、
態様1〜6のいずれかの2液型接着剤の硬化物と
を含む、構造体であって、前記2液型接着剤の硬化物を介して前記第1のシリコーンゴム基材と前記第2の基材とが接合されてなる構造体。

前記第2の基材がシリコーンゴム、フッ素樹脂又は金属を含む、態様7に記載の構造体。

Claims (7)
- フェノキシエチルメタクリレートと、テトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレートとを含む主剤、及び
オルガノボランを含む開始剤
からなる2液型接着剤であって、前記主剤が、重合性成分の質量を基準として、前記フェノキシエチルメタクリレートを60〜95質量%含み、前記主剤の重合性成分の親フッ素性が0.2〜1.2であり、前記主剤の重合性成分の親フッ素性(φ blend )が、
φ blend =Σ(X n ・φ n )
(式中、X n は重合性成分の全質量に対する個々のモノマーの質量分率であり、φ n は個々のモノマーの親フッ素性である。)で定義される、2液型接着剤。 - 前記主剤が、重合性成分の質量を基準として、前記テトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレートを5〜40質量%含む、請求項1に記載の2液型接着剤。
- 前記主剤が、重合性成分の質量を基準として、前記フェノキシエチルメタクリレート及びテトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレートを合計して95質量%又はそれより多く含む、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の2液型接着剤。
- 前記主剤が、アルキル部位の炭素数が5以上の直鎖又は分岐アルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含まない、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の2液型接着剤。
- シリコーンゴム基材の接着に使用される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の2液型接着剤。
- 第1のシリコーンゴム基材と、
第2の基材と、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項の2液型接着剤の硬化物と
