Description

Claims (10)
- シート状熱可塑性材料をレリーフに成形する熱成形アセンブリであって、このアセンブリは下型部(20)と上型部(34)を備え、2つの型部は、これらの2つの型部(20、34)が相互に分離される開放位置とこれらの2つの型部の一方が他方の内部に係合される閉塞位置との間で、略垂直方向に相互に相対的に並進的に移動することが可能であり、かかるアセンブリは、2つの型部間で略水平な平均平面Pmに軟化された熱可塑性材料のシート(10)を保持できるように保持部材(28)を更に備えており、
前記下型部(20)は、ベース(24)及びベース(24)から突出部として延出するオス部(26)とを有し、
前記保持部材は、前記下型部(20)の前記ベース(24)内部で移動可能に搭載された複数のロッド(28)を備え、
前記ロッド(28)は、それぞれ点状に形作られた自由端(30)を有し、前記軟化された熱可塑性材料のシート(10)を略水平な平均平面に保持できるように、前記2つの型部(20、34)が前記開放位置にある際に、前記自由端(30)が前記オス部(26)の端部と同一高さとなるように、下型部(20)から突出して延びることを特徴とする熱成形アセンブリ。 - 前記複数のロッド(28)におけるロッド(28)は、前記下型部(20)内で実質的に均一に離間されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 前記ロッド(28)は、前記下型部(20)から実質的に垂直に延びることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 前記ロッド(28)は、前記2つの型部(20、34)の一方が他方の内部に係合する際に、後退することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 前記ロッドの自由端(30)は、前記ロッドが下型部(20)から突出部として延出する際に、受容平均平面を定義することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 前記ロッドの自由端(30)は、前記オス部(26)の上方に延出する受容平均平面を定義することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 前記上型部(34)は凹部(36)を有し、前記オス部(26)は、前記2つの型部(20、34)の一方が他方の内部に係合する際に、前記凹部(36)内に延出するように企図されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 更に、前記熱可塑性材料のシートを加熱する加熱装置(18)を備え、加熱装置は前記2つの型部(20、34)の近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 更に、前記加熱装置(18)から前記2つの型部(20、34)に向かって前記軟化された熱可塑性材料のシート(10)を転移させることができるようにグリッパ(19)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
- 前記グリッパ(19)は、針(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱成形アセンブリ。
