Claims (3)
- 鉄鋼製のシェルター本体と、
前記シェルター本体に設けた鉄鋼製の防火扉と、を備え、
少なくとも水深5mの水圧に耐え、密閉状態において、前記シェルター本体の内部空間に酸素を供給する酸素供給装置と、前記シェルター本体の内部空間の二酸化炭素を吸着する二酸化炭素除去装置と、酸素の濃度を計測する酸素濃度計と、二酸化炭素の濃度を計測する二酸化炭素濃度計と、前記酸素濃度計と前記二酸化炭素濃度計の検出結果を示す出力信号が入力されるとともに、前記出力信号を受けて所定の演算により制御信号を出力することで電磁弁の開閉を制御するコントローラと、を設けることにより、前記酸素供給装置と前記二酸化炭素除去装置を調整することにより、交流電源が喪失した場合でも少なくとも48時間以上生存できる生命維持環境とすることができ、
前記酸素供給装置は、酸素缶と、前記酸素缶を着脱自在に複数個着装する配管と、前記配管に設けた電磁弁とを備え、前記電磁弁の開閉により配管出口から酸素をパルス的に前記内部空間に放出し、
前記二酸化炭素除去装置は、前記シェルター本体の内壁に装着するための二酸化炭素吸着剤を含浸あるいは塗布させたシート状部材を備えたカートリッジであることを特徴とする避難装置。
- 前記シェルター本体が鉄板を備え、前記鉄板が地中に突出する放熱構造を備える請求項1の避難装置。
- 出入口を備えた密閉空間を備え、密閉状態において、前記シェルター本体の内部空間 に酸素を供給する酸素供給装置と、前記シェルター本体の内部空間の二酸化炭素を吸着する二酸化炭素除去装置と、酸素の濃度を計測する酸素濃度計と、二酸化炭素の濃度を計測する二酸化炭素濃度計と、前記酸素濃度計と前記二酸化炭素濃度計の検出結果を示す出力信号が入力されるとともに、前記出力信号を受けて所定の演算により制御信号を出力することで電磁弁の開閉を制御するコントローラと、を設けることにより、前記酸素供給装置と前記二酸化炭素除去装置を調整することにより、交流電源が喪失した場合でも少なくとも48時間以上生存できる生命維持環境とすることができ、
