Description
本発明は、例えば触媒改質(reformage catalytique)、改質再生(regenerateurs de reformage)、脱水素反応を用いたその他の処理、より一般的には円筒壁を用いて流体中の任意の固体微粒子を濾過処理する分野で使用できる。
(1)少なくとも一つの多孔板で作られた長手方向に延びた有孔シリンダー、
(2)固体粒子と接触する、円筒形状を有するグリッド組立体(ensemble de grille)、このグリッド組立体と上記有孔シリンダーとは同心であり、有孔シリンダーは少なくとも1つの格子要素(element de grille)を有し、有孔シリンダーはそれぞれが長手方向に延びた複数のストランドを有し、
(3)円筒形状を有する少なくとも1つのグリッド組立体を形成するための少なくとも1つの上記格子要素の組立手段(moyens d'assemblage)、この組立手段は上記グリッド組立体を多孔板に着脱自在に固定できる。
(1)グリルシリンダの長さの少なくとも一部、好ましくは全長にわたって長手方向に延びる一つまたは複数のシーリングプレート、このシーリングプレートは上記ストランドと多孔板との間を固体粒子が通過するのを防ぐために格子要素の端縁部上に配置され、必要な場合には、このシーリングプレートは厚さが最大のストランドの厚さに近いかそれと同じ厚さだけ放射方向に延ばすことができ、
(2)互いに隣接する2つのグリッド素子の2つの端縁部を覆うように延びるか、グリッド組立体に含まれる格子要素が単一である場合には格子要素の両端縁部縁を覆うように延びる一つまたは複数のカバープレート。従って、このカバープレートはシーリングプレートよりも多孔板に向かって下流側への通過を阻止することができる。
(1)各格子要素が厳密に360°以下の角度範囲、有利1180°以下の角度範囲、例えば、所定高さの所に2つの格子要素がある場合には厳密に180°より小さい角度範囲で、接線方向に延び、組立手段が長手方向に延びる一つの部分を有することができか、または、複数の局所的な組立手段が長手方向に互いに離れて配置され、および/または
(2)各格子要素がグリルシリンダの高さ方向の一部のみを占めるように長手方向に延び、組立手段は例えば一般的な円弧または円の形状を有する部分を有するか、複数の局所的な組立手段が円弧状に配置される。
Claims (12)
- 流体中の固体粒子を濾過し、流体は通過可能である円筒壁(100)であって、
少なくとも一つの多孔板で作られた長手方向に延びた有孔シリンダー(30)と、固体粒子と接触する、円筒形状を有するグリッド組立体(110)とを有し、
上記グリッド組立体と上記有孔シリンダーとは同心であり、上記グリッド組立体は少なくとも1つの格子要素(113)を有し、この格子要素はそれぞれが長手方向に延びた複数のストランド(111)を有し、
さらに、少なくとも1つの上記格子要素を組み合せて円筒形状を有する少なくとも1つのグリッド組立体を形成するための組立手段(101、102、104、120)を有し、この組立手段は上記格子要素を上記有孔シリンダーの多孔板に着脱自在に固定でき、
上記組立手段(101、102、104、120)は有孔シリンダー(30)の孔(31‘)中に挿入または貫通可能なロッド(101)を有し、このロッド(101)は上記格子要素の端縁部を覆う保持部(103,103')を有するフランジ要素(120)を有している、
ことを特徴とする円筒壁(100)。 - 上記組立手段(101、102、104、120)自体が有孔シリンダー上に着脱自在に設置できるように構成されている請求項1に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- 上記組立手段(101、102、104、120)が少なくとも1つの格子要素を有孔シリンダーに着脱自在に取付けできるように構成されており、上記組立手段は格子要素の端縁部の少なくとも一部を収容するための少なくとも1つの凹部を規定している請求項1または2に記載の壁(100)。
- 上記保持部(103,103')が上記端縁部を押圧して上記凹部内に収容された格子要素の端縁部を有孔シリンダーに固定する請求項3に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- グリッド組立体(110)が複数の格子要素(113)を有し、各格子要素が厳密に360°以下の角度範囲を占める状態で接線方向に延びている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- グリッド組立体(110)が複数の格子要素(113)を有し、各格子要素が180°以下の角度範囲を占める状態で接線方向に延びている請求項5に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- 有孔フィルム(140)を含む追加の有孔シリンダーをさらに有し、この追加の有孔シリンダーがグリッド組立体(110)と有孔シリンダー(30)との間に同心状に配置されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- 格子要素(110)と有孔シリンダー(30)との間の流れ通路を少なくとも1つの格子要素の一端部で密封するように配置されたシール手段(50、50')をさらに有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- 放射流触媒床の壁である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒壁(100)。
- 請求項9に記載の放射流触媒床を有する反応装置。
- 請求項10に記載の反応装置を含む触媒改質ユニット。
- 請求項10に記載の放射流触媒床の壁が内側円筒壁である請求項11に記載の触媒改質ユニット。
