Description
少なくとも1つの電気活性フルオロターポリマーと、
電気活性フルオロターポリマーと相溶性であり、電気活性フルオロターポリマーよりも低いガラス転移温度を示す少なくとも1つの第2のポリマーと
を含む組成物に関する。
電気活性フルオロターポリマーは、200000から1500000、好ましくは250000から1000000、より詳細には300000から700000の分子量を示し、および/または
第2のポリマーは、500から700000、好ましくは2000から100000、より詳細には5000から20000の分子量を示す。
基板上に組成物をコーティングすること、溶媒を蒸発させること、金属堆積物、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)の蒸発またはスパッタリングによる電極のアニーリングおよび堆積、導電性ポリマーの層の堆積、銀に基づく導電性インク、銀ナノワイヤ、またはグラフェンから出発する導電性層の堆積などによって;または他に
例えば、スクリーン印刷、グラビア印刷、オフセット印刷などによって基板上に組成物を印刷し、次いで、金属堆積物、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)の蒸発またはスパッタリングによる電極のアニーリングおよび堆積、導電性ポリマーの層の堆積、銀に基づく導電性インク、銀ナノワイヤから出発する導電性層の堆積などによって製造できる。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの電気活性フルオロターポリマーであって、該電気活性フルオロターポリマーがフッ化ビニリデンとトリフルオロエチレンと第3のモノマーとのターポリマーであり、該第3のモノマーが1−クロロ−1−フルオロエチレンまたはクロロトリフルオロエチレンである、電気活性フルオロターポリマーと、
電気活性フルオロターポリマーと相溶性であり、電気活性フルオロターポリマーよりも低いガラス転移温度を示す少なくとも1つの第2のポリマーであって、該第2のポリマーがポリアジペート、ポリグルタレートおよびポリセバケートから選択されるポリエステルである、第2のポリマーと
を含む組成物。 - 第2のポリマーが、電気活性フルオロターポリマーのガラス転移温度よりも、少なくとも5℃低いガラス転移温度を示す、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 電気活性フルオロターポリマーのガラス転移温度が−50℃から+10℃の値を有し、および/または第2ポリマーのガラス転移温度は、−100℃から0℃の値を有する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 電気活性フルオロターポリマーおよび第2のポリマーが、50:50から99:1の重量比で存在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- テトラヒドロフラン、メチルエチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、テトラメチル尿素、ジメチルスルホキシド、リン酸トリメチル、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、アセトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、グリコールエーテル、グリコールエーテルエステル、n−ブチルアセテート、シクロヘキサノン、ジアセトンアルコール、ジイソブチルケトン、エチルアセトアセテート、ブチロラクトン、イソホロン、トリエチルホスフェート、カルビトールアセテート、プロピレンカーボネートおよびグリセリルトリアセテートから選択された少なくとも1つの溶媒を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 電気活性フルオロターポリマーは、200000から1500000の分子量を示し、および/または
第2のポリマーは、500から700000の分子量を示す、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - フッ化ビニリデンおよびトリフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニリデンおよびクロロトリフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニリデンおよびテトラフルオロエチレン、ならびにフッ化ビニリデンおよびヘキサフルオロプロピレンのコポリマーから選択されるフルオロコポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 電気活性フルオロターポリマーがリラクサーターポリマーである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 電気活性フルオロターポリマーを第2ポリマーと混合する段階を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の製造方法。
- 混合が、テトラヒドロフラン、メチルエチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、テトラメチル尿素、ジメチルスルホキシド、リン酸トリメチル、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、アセトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、グリコールエーテル、グリコールエーテルエステル、n−ブチルアセテート、シクロヘキサノン、ジアセトンアルコール、ジイソブチルケトン、エチルアセトアセテート、ブチロラクトン、イソホロン、トリエチルホスフェート、カルビトールアセテート、プロピレンカーボネートおよびグリセリルトリアセテートから選択される溶媒中にて行われる、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 基板と、基板上に堆積された請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物のフィルムとを含むデバイス。
- フィルムの両側に電極をさらに備える請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- フィルムを基板上に堆積させる段階を含む、請求項11または12に記載のデバイスの製造方法。
- 堆積の段階が、組成物を基板上にコーティングまたは印刷する段階である、請求項13に記載のデバイスの製造方法。
- 金属、酸化インジウムスズ、導電性ポリマーの層、銀に基づく導電性インク、銀ナノワイヤ、またはグラフェンの電極の堆積の追加段階を含む、請求項13または14に記載のデバイスの製造方法。
