Claims (14)
- 生物組織を凝固させ必要に応じて切開するための器具であって、
組織を把持するために互いに対して相対的に可動である少なくとも2つの凝固電極(22、29)と、前記凝固電極(22、29)間に把持された組織を切開するための少なくとも1つの切開電極(36)とからなるツール(17)を備え、
前記凝固電極(22、29)と前記切開電極(36)とに接続され、切開電圧源(55)と凝固電圧源(54)とからなり、またはそのような電圧源に接続可能な電気回路(44)を備え、
前記電気回路(44)は、前記切開電極(36)を前記切開電圧源(55)から選択的に切断するための、または前記切開電極(36)を前記切開電圧源(55)に選択的に接続するための電源スイッチ(58)と、前記切開電圧源(55)および前記凝固電圧源(54)の供給源である高周波出力電圧源(47)を選択的に作動させるための作動スイッチ(62)とからなり、
前記作動スイッチ(62)と前記電源スイッチ(58)とは、共有の作動素子(61)によって連続して制御され、
前記電気回路(44)は、コネクタ(M)、コネクタ(K)およびコネクタ(S)を有し、
前記コネクタ(M)は、グランドコネクタであり、前記凝固電極(22、29)のうちの凝固電極(29)へ接続され、
前記コネクタ(K)は、凝固コネクタであり、前記凝固電極(22、29)のうちの凝固電極(22)へ接続され、
前記コネクタ(S)は、前記切開電圧源(55)の切開電圧用のコネクタであり、前記切開電極(36)へ接続され、
前記電源スイッチ(58)は、前記切開電圧源(55)と前記切開電極(36)との間の電流経路上に位置し、
前記作動スイッチ(62)は、さらに、選択的に前記凝固電圧源(54)を作動させ、
前記作動スイッチ(62)は、前記電源スイッチ(58)と前記作動素子(61)とに機械的に接続された凝固作動スイッチ(59)からなり、
前記作動素子(61)が作動すると、前記凝固作動スイッチ(59)が閉じて前記高周波出力電圧源(47)を作動させる前に、前記電源スイッチ(58)が前記切開電圧源(55)と前記切開電極(36)との間の接続を切断し、かつ、前記作動素子(61)が解除されると、前記電源スイッチ(58)が前記切開電圧源(55)を前記切開電極(36)に接続する前に、前記凝固作動スイッチ(59)が開いて前記高周波出力電圧源(47)を停止させることを特徴とする
器具。 - 前記電源スイッチ(58)は、休止状態では前記切開電圧源(55)と前記切開電極(36)との間を電気接続せず、作動状態では前記切開電極(36)を前記切開電圧源(55)に接続することを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記電源スイッチ(58)は、休止状態では前記切開電極(36)を前記凝固電圧源(54)または低電圧源(57)へ接続し、あるいは電位フリーに切り替えられることを特徴とする
請求項2に記載の器具。 - 前記低電圧源(57)は、前記凝固電圧源(54)に一次側で接続される変圧器(49)であることを特徴とする
請求項3に記載の器具。 - 前記電源スイッチ(58)は、休止状態では前記切開電極(36)を電源制限手段(C3)に接続することを特徴とする
請求項2に記載の器具。 - 前記作動スイッチ(62)は、前記高周波出力電圧源(47)を作動させるために配置された凝固作動スイッチ(59)からなることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記作動スイッチ(62)は、前記高周波出力電圧源(47)を作動させるために配置された切開作動スイッチ(60)からなることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記作動スイッチ(62)は、前記高周波出力電圧源(47)を作動させるために配置された凝固作動スイッチ(59)および切開作動スイッチ(60)からなり、
前記切開作動スイッチ(60)および前記凝固作動スイッチ(59)は、それらが交互にのみ作動可能なように構成されることを特徴とする
