Claims (16)

1. Инструмент для коагуляции и, при необходимости, для разрезания биологической ткани
с оснасткой (17), содержащей по меньшей мере два коагуляционных электрода (22, 29), которые выполнены с возможностью перемещения друг относительно друга для захвата ткани между ними, и содержащей по меньшей мере один разрезающий электрод (36) для разрезания ткани, захваченной между коагуляционными электродами (22, 29),
с электрической схемой (44), которая соединена с коагуляционными электродами (22, 29) и с разрезающим электродом (36) и содержит источник (55) разрезающего напряжения, а также источник (54) коагуляционного напряжения, или которую можно подключить к такому источнику,
причем электрическая схема (44) содержит силовой переключатель (58) для выборочного отключения разрезающего электрода (36) от источника (55) разрезающего напряжения или для выборочного подключения разрезающего электрода (36) к источнику (55) разрезающего напряжения, а также содержит приводной переключатель (62) для выборочного включения источника (47) выходного напряжения высокой частоты,
причем приводной переключатель (62) и силовой переключатель (58) являются управляемыми последовательно посредством общего исполнительного элемента (61).
2. Инструмент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что силовой переключатель (58) и приводной переключатель (62) соединены с исполнительным элементом (61) так, что при приведении в действие исполнительного элемента (61) силовой переключатель (58) замыкается до замыкания приводного переключателя (62), при этом при разъединении исполнительного элемента (61) приводной переключатель (62) размыкается до размыкания силового переключателя (58).
3. Инструмент по любому из пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что в состоянии покоя силовой переключатель (58) не обеспечивает электрическое соединение между источником (55) разрезающего напряжения и разрезающим электродом (36), а во включенном состоянии соединяет разрезающий электрод (36) и источник (55) разрезающего напряжения.
4. Инструмент по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что в состоянии покоя силовой переключатель (58) соединяет разрезающий электрод (36) с источником (54) коагуляционного напряжения или с низковольтным источником (57) или обесточивает его.
5. Инструмент по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что низковольтный источник (57) представляет собой трансформатор (49), который первичной обмоткой соединен с источником (54) коагуляционного напряжения.
6. Инструмент по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что в состоянии покоя силовой переключатель (58) соединяет разрезающий электрод (36) с токоограничивающим средством (С3).
7. Инструмент по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что инструмент (11) содержит переключатель (59) для включения коагуляции, предназначенный для включения источника (47) выходного напряжения высокой частоты.
8. Инструмент по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что инструмент (11) содержит переключатель (60) для включения разрезания, предназначенный для включения источника (47) выходного напряжения высокой частоты.
9. Инструмент по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что инструмент (11) содержит переключатель (60) для включения разрезания, предназначенный для включения источника (47) выходного напряжения высокой частоты, при этом переключатель (60) для включения разрезания и переключатель (59) для включения коагуляции выполнены так, что можно включить только один из них.
10. Инструмент по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что источник (55) разрезающего напряжения представляет собой трансформатор (49), установленный в инструменте (11).
11. Инструмент по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что трансформатор (49) соединен или может быть соединен с источником (54) коагуляционного напряжения.
12. Инструмент по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающийся тем, что источник (54) коагуляционного напряжения расположен за пределами инструмента (11).
