Claims (7)
- 質量%で、Bi2O3 70〜87.5%、B2O3 7.5〜19.3%、SiO2 0〜3.1%、ZnO 0〜5%、TeO2 0〜3%、BaO 0〜3.5%、及びLi2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜1.7%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜3.5%、SiO2+B2O3 7.5〜19.3%、Bi 2 O 3 +B 2 O 3 +SiO 2 +TeO 2 99%以下を含有するガラス粉末と、蛍光体粉末と、からなる波長変換用原料粉末の焼結体からなることを特徴とする波長変換部材。
- 前記ガラス粉末が、鉛成分、ヒ素成分及びフッ素成分を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記ガラス粉末の着色度λ70が550nm以下、着色度λ5が450nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記ガラス粉末のガラス転移点が450℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記蛍光体粉末が、窒化物蛍光体、酸窒化物蛍光体、酸化物蛍光体、硫化物蛍光体、酸硫化物蛍光体、ハロゲン化物蛍光体及びアルミン酸塩蛍光体から選択される1種以上の粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換部材。
- 質量%で、Bi2O3 70〜87.5%、B2O3 7.5〜19.3%、SiO2 0〜3.1%、ZnO 0〜5%、TeO2 0〜3%、BaO 0〜3.5%、及びLi2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜1.7%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜3.5%、SiO2+B2O3 7.5〜19.3%、Bi 2 O 3 +B 2 O 3 +SiO 2 +TeO 2 99%以下を含有するガラスマトリクス中に蛍光体粉末が分散してなることを特徴とする波長変換部材。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換部材と、前記波長変換部材に対して、前記蛍光体粉末の励起光を照射する光源と、を備えることを特徴とする発光装置。
