Claims (6)
- 自動車用の燃料給油管であって、
燃料給油管は、両端に開口を備える胴部と、胴部の先端側に配され、給油管内を気密にするためのシール材の受座とを備えており、
胴部及び受座は鋼材から構成されており、
胴部は、胴部を構成する鋼材と、金属メッキ層と、防食塗膜とが記載された順に積層された状態であり、
受座は、受座を構成する鋼材と、金属メッキ層と、保護用の合成樹脂層とが記載された順に積層されており、金属メッキ層と保護用の合成樹脂層の間には防錆塗膜が形成されていない状態である燃料給油管。 - 胴部又は受座は、溶接による接合部分を有する請求項1に記載の燃料給油管。
- 胴部は、鋼板を菅状にして構成された形状であり、
胴部及び受座は、胴部の軸方向に沿って鋼板の端部の溶接による接合部分を有する請求項1又は2に記載の燃料給油管。 - 燃料給油管は、ブリーザー管と胴部との溶接による接合部分を有する請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の燃料給油管。
- 胴部及び受座を構成する鋼材は、炭素鋼である請求項1又は2に記載の燃料給油管。
- 自動車用の燃料給油管の製造方法であって、
製造される燃料給油管は、両端に開口を備える胴部と、胴部の先端側に配され、給油管内を気密にするためのシール材の受座とを備えており、
胴部及び受座は鋼材から形成されており、
受座の部分にマスキングを施した後、胴部を構成し金属メッキ層を有する鋼材に、防食塗膜を積層する工程を含み、
受座を構成し金属メッキ層を有する鋼材に、保護用の合成樹脂層を積層する工程を含む燃料給油管の製造方法。
