Claims (8)
- 貫通する入口開口部(1)を有するシェル(5)を備えた高圧ガス貯蔵容器をリザーバから充填する充填方法であって、
ガスをリザーバから取り出し、
前記シェル(5)内に配置された前記入口開口部(1)に設けられたジェットポンプであって、該ジェットポンプの反対側のシェル(5)の壁上に案内される流れを形成するように位置決めされたジェットポンプにガスを送り、
少なくとも部分的に高圧ガス貯蔵容器の壁の内側に沿って案内されるリング状の流れを形成するステップを備え、
前記シェル(5)が、前記ジェットポンプの反対側の壁の領域にボス(6)上に設けられた球状の衝突面を有しており、前記開口部から流れるガスが前記リング状の流れを形成するように前記球状の衝突面によって偏向されることを特徴とする充填方法。 - ジェットポンプは、ノズル(2)としてラバルノズルまたはコアンダノズルを有し、このノズルによって、ノズル(2)の反対側の壁に向かって、ガスがジェットガイドによって該ノズルの軸に平行に加速されるとともに偏向されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充填方法。
- ガス管路を通してガスを送ることは、予冷なしに行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の充填方法。
- ガス管路を通してガスを送ることは、予冷の程度に対応する圧力上昇を伴って、予冷を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の充填方法。
- 高圧ガス貯蔵容器であって、熱に弱い層(4)を内側に有し、かつシェル(5)と前記層(4)を貫通する入口開口部(1)を有するシェル(5)を備え、入口開口部にはガス管路が恒久的または取外し可能に接続可能となっている、高圧ガス貯蔵容器において、入口開口部(1)に設けられたジェットポンプがシェル(5)の内部に配置され、ジェットポンプは、該ジェットポンプの反対側のシェル(5)の壁上に案内される流れを形成するように位置決めされ、この流れは偏向されて熱に弱い層(4)に沿って流れるリング状の流れが形成され、
前記シェル(5)が、熱に弱い層として内側ライナ(4)を有するFRPシェルとして形成され、ジェットポンプの反対側の壁の領域にボス(6)上に設けられた球状の衝突面を有することを特徴とする高圧ガス貯蔵容器。 - ジェットポンプが、ジェットノズルとしてラバルノズルまたはコアンダノズルを有し、混合室(3)が、方向づけられたガスの放出のためのジェットガイドとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器。
- ジェットポンプと混合室(3)は、シェル(5)の長手方向軸に平行に並んでおり、混合室(3)の長さが、シェル(5)の長手方向長さの5%〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の高圧ガス貯蔵容器を特徴とする燃料電池を有する乗物。
