Description

第1の態様によれば、本開示は、炭化水素供給物流の塩化物含有量を減少させるためのプロセスであって、i)60〜400℃の温度及び25〜35bargの圧力で水素ガスの存在下で、塩化物含有熱分解油を含む炭化水素供給物流を、Co、Mo、及びNiのうちの少なくとも1種を含む硫化触媒と接触させて、炭化水素供給物流に存在する1種以上の有機塩化物化合物を還元し、炭化水素生成物流及びHClを形成することであって、塩化物含有熱分解油が、塩化物含有熱可塑性材料を分解することによって得られる、形成することと、ii)炭化水素生成物流からHClを除去することと、を含み、塩化物含有熱分解油が400℃未満の沸点を有し、炭化水素生成物流が、塩化物の総重量及び炭化水素供給物流の総重量を基準として、炭化水素供給物流よりも低い塩化物含有量を有する、プロセスに関する。

触媒装填:0.6426gのNiMo触媒
触媒前処理−硫化(最大で180℃での水素での還元の後、最大で345℃でヘキサデカン中3重量%のS(DMDS)を使用して硫化。
供給物(上述されている)4000ppmwのCl及び3重量%のDMDSの形態のS
供給速度1.27g/h
H2/HC比は1に等しい(塩化物種を含む炭化水素供給物の全て)
温度=300℃、反応器入口圧力=30barg。
図4を参照すると:
触媒装填:0.6426gのNiMo触媒
触媒前処理−硫化(最大で180℃での水素での還元の後、最大で345℃でヘキサデカン中3重量%のS(DMDS)を使用して硫化。
供給物(上述されている)4000ppmwのCl及び3重量%のDMDSの形態のS
供給速度1.27g/h
H2/HCモル比=1(n−ヘキサデカン及び塩化物種を含む)
温度=200℃、反応器入口圧力=30barg。

Claims (8)
- 炭化水素供給物流の塩化物含有量を減少させるためのプロセスであって、
塩化物含有熱可塑性材料を分解することによって塩化物含有熱分解油を得ること、
硫黄流の総重量に対して8重量%以下の硫黄含有材料を含む硫黄流を、Co、Mo、及びNiのうちの少なくとも1種を含む触媒と接触させて硫化触媒を形成すること、
前記塩化物含有熱分解油を含む炭化水素供給物流を、60〜400℃の温度及び25〜35bargの圧力で水素ガスの存在下において、Co、Mo、及びNiのうちの少なくとも1種を含む前記硫化触媒と接触させて、前記炭化水素供給物流に存在する1種以上の有機塩化物化合物を還元し、かつ、炭化水素生成物流及びHClを形成すること、
前記炭化水素生成物流から前記HClを除去すること、を含み、
前記塩化物含有熱分解油が400℃未満の沸点を有し、
前記炭化水素供給物流が、前記炭化水素供給物流の総重量に対して3000ppmwを超え5000ppmw未満の塩化物含有量を有し、
前記塩化物含有量は塩素換算であり、
前記水素ガスの前記炭化水素供給物流に対するモル比が10:1〜1:1.5であり、
前記硫化触媒が、CoMo、NiMo、及びNi/Al 2 O 3 からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含み、
前記硫化触媒がCoMo/Al 2 O 3 の場合、該触媒組成物は、10〜25重量%のMo、2〜10重量%のCo、及び50〜80重量%のAl 2 O 3 を含んでなり、
前記硫化触媒がNiMo/Al 2 O 3 の場合、該触媒組成物は、10〜20重量%のNi、2〜10重量%のMo、及び50〜80重量%のAl 2 O 3 を含んでなり、
前記硫化触媒がNi/Al 2 O 3 の場合、該触媒組成物は、10〜20重量%のNi及び80〜90重量%のAl 2 O 3 を含んでなる、ことを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 前記炭化水素供給物流が、前記炭化水素供給物流の総重量に対して最大で200ppmwの硫黄含有材料を更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記有機塩化物化合物が、p−クロロトルエン、クロロベンゼン、クロロシクロペンタン、1−クロロオクタン、及び2−クロロ−2−メチルブタンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記硫化触媒が、NiMo/Al 2 O 3 である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記硫化触媒が、反応器容器内の触媒室に存在し、前記接触が、前記炭化水素供給物流を前記反応器容器の前記触媒室に1〜6h−1の重量時間空間速度で供給することを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記硫化触媒が、100μm〜3mmの最大寸法を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記塩化物含有熱分解油が、190℃未満の沸点を有する低沸点留分を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記除去することが、前記炭化水素生成物流から前記HClをストリッピングすること、洗浄すること、及び中和することのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
