Claims (4)
- 基材上に碁盤目状に区切られたパターンで形成され、複数の電極を有する下部電極が形成され、
下部電極上に絶縁層が形成され、
絶縁層上に上部電極が形成され、
前記下部電極の各々の前記電極の一つずつに対応して、それぞれACドライブ回路が一つずつ接続され、
前記ACドライブ回路はドライブ回路を介して処理部と接続され、
前記ACドライブ回路は、前記ドライブ回路から受け入れる2つ以上の入力と、前記下部電極の各々の前記電極に交流信号を出力する1つの出力を持ち、前記ドライブ回路からの入力信号パターンに応じて、前記下部電極の各々の前記電極の一つずつに対し、それぞれ交流信号を加える回路であり、
前記上部電極は信号変換部を介して処理部と接続される静電容量検出装置。 - 前記下部電極と上部電極との間の静電容量値の変化を検出して、
前記上部電極の上部押圧面から加わる押圧力の圧力分布またはせん断力分布を測定する、請求項1記載の静電容量検出装置。 - 前記ACドライブ回路がロジック回路から構成された、
請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の静電容量検出装置。 - 前記ACドライブ回路が、薄膜トランジスタからなることを特徴とする、
