Description

Claims (10)
- プロセスパラメータを計測するフィールド機器であって、
前記プロセスパラメータを検出するように構成されたセンサと、
前記センサに結合されたコントローラであって、前記センサからの信号に基づいてプロセスパラメータ出力を提供するように構成され、また、前記フィールド機器に関する少なくとも1つの自己修復動作を実行するように構成された、前記コントローラと、
前記コントローラに結合された、並びにプロセス通信セグメントに結合するように且つプロセス通信プロトコルに従って、前記プロセス通信セグメントを用いて、通信するように構成された、プロセス通信モジュールと、
を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記フィールド機器に関する誤り状態を検出し、自己修復の試みの許可を得るための要求を含む警告状態通知を、前記プロセス通信セグメントを用いて、ホストワークステーションに送信してオペレータに前記要求を提供させ、前記要求に対して前記オペレータが許可した応答をホストワークステーションから受信し、且つ前記要求に対して許可した応答に基づいて、前記フィールド機器上の自己修復動作を自動的に実行させるように、構成される、
上記フィールド機器。 - さらに、前記コントローラに結合された、且つ前記自己修復動作を規定するデータを記憶する不揮発性メモリを備える、請求項1に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記自己修復動作は、前記フィールド機器内の機能ブロックとして実装される、請求項1に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記プロセス通信モジュールは、Fieldbusプロセス通信プロトコルに従って通信するように構成される、請求項3に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記プロセス通信モジュールは、Profibusプロセス通信プロトコルに従って通信するように構成される、請求項3に記載のフィールド機器。
- 前記コントローラは、前記自己修復動作が成功したか否かに関する結果を送信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のフィールド機器。
- フィールド機器を動作させるための方法であって、前記方法は、
前記フィールド機器内で、前記フィールド機器のコントローラにより検出された誤り状態を検出すること、
前記コントローラを用いて、前記フィールド機器の不揮発性メモリに記憶された自己修復動作が前記誤り状態に適用できるか否かを決定すること、
前記コントローラにより、プロセス通信ネットワークを用いて、前記フィールド機器に自己修復を試みさせるための許可を得る要求を含む警告状態通知を、ホストワークステーションに送信してオペレータに前記要求を提供させること、及び、
前記コントローラにより、前記誤り状態から回復するために、前記プロセス通信ネットワークを用いて、前記ホストワークステーションから受信した前記要求に対して前記オペレータが許可した応答に基づいて、前記要求に対応する前記フィールド機器内の前記自己修復動作を自動的に適用させること、
を包含する、上記方法。 - さらに、前記自己修復動作が適用されている間、前記フィールド機器が休止中の状態に入るようにされること、を包含する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記自己修復動作の適用後、選択的に前記フィールド機器が再開始させられることを包含する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記フィールド機器の機能ブロック内で実現される、請求項7に記載の方法。
