Claims (5)
- アルミニウムマトリックスと前記マトリックス中に分散した炭素粒子とを含むアルミニウム−炭素粒子複合材製の塑性加工用素材であって、
塑性加工が施される塑性加工予定部と、塑性加工が施されない非塑性加工予定部とを備え、
前記塑性加工予定部における炭素粒子の含有率が前記非塑性加工予定部の少なくとも一部における炭素粒子の含有率よりも低い塑性加工用素材。 - 前記塑性加工予定部における炭素粒子の含有率が30体積%未満である請求項1記載の塑性加工用素材。
- 前記塑性加工予定部における炭素粒子の含有率が前記非塑性加工予定部の前記少なくとも一部における炭素粒子の含有率よりも10体積%以上低い請求項1又は2記載の塑性加工用素材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塑性加工用素材の塑性加工予定部に塑性加工が施されている塑性加工体。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塑性加工用素材で形成されるとともに、前記素材の塑性加工予定部に塑性加工が施されており、
受熱部と放熱部を備え、
前記受熱部及び前記放熱部のうち少なくとも一方が前記素材の非塑性加工予定部の少なくとも一部で形成されている熱伝導体。
