Claims (10)
- 第1の材料供給管(4);
外側ノズル固定部分(5);
第2のチャネルを備え、前記外側ノズル固定部分(5)に着脱可能で接続される外側ノズル(1); 及び
第1の材料チャネル(A)を備え、前記第2のチャネル内に同軸上で設けられ、前記第1の材料供給管(4)に着脱可能で接続される内側ノズル(2)を含むバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリであって、ここで、前記外側ノズル(1)と前記内側ノズル(2)の間の環状空間が、第2の材料チャネル(B)を形成し、及び前記第2の材料チャネル(B)が、前記第1の材料チャネル(A)の外側で、前記第1の材料チャネル(A)を取り囲み、前記第2の材料チャネル(B)の出口から噴霧された第2の材料を、前記第1の材料チャネル(A)の前記出口から噴霧された第1の材料に向かって収束させ、流体プリンティングユニットを形成する、バイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。 - 異なる仕様の複数のノズルからなるノズルキット群を含むバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリであって、ここで、前記外側ノズル(1)及び前記内側ノズル(2)が、前記ノズルキット群から選択される、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の材料チャネル(B)の前記出口で、前記外側ノズル(1)の開口部が、前記内側ノズル(2)より下部にある、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記外側ノズル(1)が、第1のガイド部分(11)を含み、及び前記内側ノズル(2)が、第2のガイド部分(21)を含み、前記第1のガイド部分(11)及び前記第2のガイド部分(21)が、前記スプレーヘッドの出口に隣接して設けられ、及び前記第1のガイド部分(11)と前記第2のガイド部分(21)の間の第1の環状空間が、前記第2の材料チャネル(B)の前記出口に向かう方向に沿ってテーパになっている、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記外側ノズル(1)が、前記第1のガイド部分(11)に接続された第1の本体部分(12)をさらに含み、及び前記内側ノズル(2)が、前記第2のガイド部分(21)に接続された第2の本体部分(22)をさらに含み、ここで、前記第1の本体部分(12)と前記第2の本体部分(22)の間の第2の環状空間が、前記第2の材料チャネル(B)の前記出口の方向に向かって少なくとも部分的にテーパになっている、請求項4に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の環状空間において、前記第1の材料チャネル(A)の部分が、延長され、及び前記第2の環状空間において、前記第1の材料チャネル(A)の部分が、前記第1の材料チャネル(A)の前記出口の方向に向かって少なくとも部分的にテーパになっている、請求項5に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリを含む、バイオプリンター。
- 前記第1の材料チャネル(A)及び前記第2の材料チャネル(B)内の各流体圧力を制御するための圧力調整装置をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記第1の材料チャネル(A)及び前記第2の材料チャネル(B)の各温度を制御するための温度コントロール装置(9)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記スプレーヘッドアセンブリの初期プリンティング位置を判断するための位置検出装置(13)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバイオプリンター。
