- エネルギー源(5)により硬化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択照射して硬化させる三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置(1)であって、当該付加製造装置(1)は測定ビーム(7)を生成するように構成される測定ビーム源(4,17)を備え、プロセスチャンバー内で前記測定ビーム(7)を造形面(6)に案内するように構成されるビーム案内ユニット(20)が設けられ、判断装置(8)が干渉に基づいて前記三次元物体(2)および/または造形材料層(9)についての少なくとも1つのパラメータを判断するように構成される付加製造装置(1)において、前記造形材料層(9)を選択的に照射するために、前記造形材料層(9)上に案内されるエネルギービーム(5)に関連して、前記造形面(6)を横断して測定要素(12)を移動させるように構成される少なくとも1つの移動ユニット(28)を備え、当該移動ユニット(28)は前記造形面(6)内において無限ループで前記測定ビームを案内するように構成され、
前記測定ビーム(7)を、基準要素(11)と前記測定要素(12)とに分けるように構成されるビームスプリッタ(10)を備え、当該ビームスプリッタ(10)はさらに、前記基準要素(11)を参照ミラー(13)に案内し、前記測定要素(12)を前記造形面(6)に案内するように構成され、前記ビームスプリッタ(10)はさらに、前記参照ミラー(13)で反射した前記基準要素(11)と、前記造形面(6)で反射した前記測定要素(12)とを合成して、その合成要素(15)を、干渉パターンを生成する検出器ユニット(14)に向けて案内するように構成され、
前記判断装置(8)は、前記干渉パターンに基づいて前記三次元物体(2)および/または造形材料層(9)についての高さ情報を判断する
ことを特徴とする三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。 - 前記ビーム案内ユニット(20)が、前記測定ビーム(7)と、前記造形材料(3)に照射するために生成されるエネルギービーム(5)とを、一列になって、および/または、焦点を共有して案内するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの移動ユニット(28)が搖動ユニットであり、前記移動ユニット(28)が、前記造形材料層(9)を選択的に照射するために、前記造形材料層(9)上に案内されるエネルギービーム(5)に関連して、前記造形面(6)を横断して測定要素(12)を移動させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記造形材料の塗布、および/または、エネルギービーム行路(23)に先行する造形面(6)の位置情報を判断するために、前記移動ユニット(28)が、前記測定要素(12)を、前記エネルギービーム行路(23)に先行する、前記造形面(6)内の少なくとも1つの先行領域(25)に案内するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記造形材料(3)の少なくとも1つの照射されたエリアの圧密挙動、および/または、エネルギービーム行路(23)の後に続く前記造形面(6)の位置情報を判断するために、前記移動ユニット(28)が、前記測定要素(12)を、前記エネルギービーム行路(23)の跡に続く、前記造形面(6)の少なくとも1つの後続領域(27)に案内するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記造形材料(3)の溶融挙動、および/または、溶融たまり(16)における前記造形面(6)の位置情報を判断するために、前記移動ユニット(28)が、前記測定要素(12)を、前記エネルギービーム(5)の実際の位置に一致する、前記造形面(6)の少なくとも1つの一致領域(26)に案内するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記移動ユニット(28)が、前記測定ビーム(7)を、ループ(22)であって、八の字形状のループに案内するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記判断装置(8)が、検出器ユニット(14)上の干渉パターンの変化に基づき、すなわち干渉縞および周期的な交差を数えて、前記造形面(6)の対応する部分の高さ情報を生成するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記測定ビーム源(4,17)が、可干渉性の測定ビーム(7)および/または、非干渉性の測定ビーム(7)を生成するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記移動ユニット(28)が、少なくとも2つのビーム移動素子を備え、少なくとも1つの前記ビーム移動素子が、前記測定要素(12)を、前記造形面(6)内の少なくとも1つの方向に移動させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 前記測定ビーム源(4,17)が、少なくとも2つの測定ビーム(7)を生成するように構成され、前記少なくとも2つの測定ビーム(7)が、異なる測定ビーム源(7)を用いて、別々にまたは同調して案内されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の、エネルギービーム(5)により硬化させることができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択照射して硬化させる三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置(1)、のための判断装置(8)であって、前記付加製造装置(1)が、当該付加製造装置(1)のプロセスチャンバー内部での少なくとも1つの照射パラメータを判断するための前記判断装置(8)と、測定ビーム(7)を生成するように構成される測定ビーム源(4,17)とを備え、前記測定ビーム(7)を前記プロセスチャンバー内の造形面(6)に案内するように構成されるビーム案内ユニット(20)が設けられ、前記判断装置(8)は、干渉パターンに基づいて、前記三次元物体(2)および/または造形材料層(9)についての高さ情報を判断するように構成される判断装置(8)において、前記造形材料層(9)を選択的に照射するために、前記造形材料層(9)上に案内されるエネルギービーム(5)に関連して、前記造形面(6)を横断して測定要素(12)を移動させるように構成される少なくとも1つの移動ユニット(28)を備え、当該移動ユニット(28)は前記造形面(6)内において無限ループで前記測定ビーム(7)を案内するように構成されることを特徴とする判断装置(8)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の、エネルギービーム(5)により硬化させることができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択照射して硬化させる三次元物体(2)の付加製造装置(1)、の操作方法であって、前記付加製造装置(1)のプロセスチャンバー内部で少なくとも1つの照射パラメータを判断するための判断装置(8)が設けられ、測定ビーム(7)が測定ビーム源(4,17)を用いて生成され、前記測定ビーム(7)がプロセスチャンバー内の造形面(6)に案内され、前記三次元物体(2)および/または造形材料層(9)についての高さ情報が干渉パターンに基づいて判断される付加製造装置(1)の操作方法において、前記測定ビーム(7)が、前記造形面(6)内において無限ループで案内されることを特徴とする付加製造装置(1)の操作方法。
