Description
Claims (16)
- 基板を制御可能にトラバースするように適合されている可動のキャリッジと、
粉末を受けるように適合されている第1の開口部と当該粉末を放出するように適合されている第2の開口部とを有する粉末貯留部と、
放出端を具備する下方に傾斜した部分を有し、当該第2の開口部から放出された粉末を受け、当該受けた粉末を粉末カーテン状に発散させるように、当該粉末貯留部と作動的に連通しているコンベアベルトと
を含むリコータであって、
当該粉末貯留部と当該コンベアベルトが当該キャリッジによって担持されており、
さらに粉末ディフレクタをも含み、当該粉末ディフレクタが当該コンベアベルトの下方に傾斜した部分の放出端から発散する粉末カーテンを当該基板の上へと偏向させるように配置されているリコータ。 - さらにならし装置を含む請求項1のリコータ。
- さらに角度を調節可能なドクターブレードを含む請求項1のリコータ。
- さらに反転ローラーを含む請求項1のリコータ。
- 前記粉末貯留部の第2の開口部は底部開口部であり、前記コンベアベルトは当該底部開口部と作動的に連通している請求項1のリコータ。
- 前記粉末貯留部の第2の開口部は側部開口部であり、前記コンベアベルトは当該側部開口部と作動的に連通している請求項1のリコータ。
- さらに前記コンベアベルト上の造形粉末の層の厚さを制御するように適合されているゲートを含む請求項1のリコータ。
- 基板を制御可能にトラバースするように適合されている可動のキャリッジと、
粉末を収容するように適合されており、当該粉末を受けるように適合されている第1の開口部と当該粉末を放出するように適合されている第2の開口部とを有する粉末貯留部と、
当該第2の開口部から放出された粉末を受け、当該受けた粉末を粉末カーテン状に発散させるように、当該粉末貯留部と作動的に連通しているコンベアベルトと、
当該コンベアベルトから発散する当該粉末カーテンを受けるように配置された下方に傾斜したシュートと
を含むリコータであって、
当該粉末貯留部、当該コンベアベルト、および当該シュートが当該キャリッジによって担持され、当該シュートによって当該粉末が放出され、
さらに粉末ディフレクタを含み、当該粉末ディフレクタが当該シュートから発散する粉末カーテンを当該基板の上へと偏向させるように配置されているリコータ。 - さらにならし装置を含む請求項8のリコータ。
- さらに角度を調節可能なドクターブレードを含む請求項8のリコータ。
- さらに反転ローラーを含む請求項8のリコータ。

粉末を受けるように適合されている第1の開口部と当該粉末を放出するように適合されている第2の開口部とを有する粉末貯留部と、
放出端を具備する下方に傾斜した部分を有し、当該第2の開口部から放出された粉末を受け、当該受けた粉末を粉末カーテン状に発散させるように、当該粉末貯留部と作動的に連通しているコンベアベルトと
を有するリコータを含む3次元プリンタであって、
当該粉末貯留部と当該コンベアベルトが当該キャリッジによって担持されており、
さらに粉末ディフレクタをも含み、当該粉末ディフレクタが当該コンベアベルトの下方に傾斜した部分の放出端から発散する粉末カーテンを当該基板の上へと偏向させるように配置されている3次元プリンタ。 - 基板を制御可能にトラバースするように適合されている可動キャリッジと、
粉末を収容するように適合されており、当該粉末を受けるように適合されている第1の開口部と当該粉末を放出するように適合されている第2の開口部とを有する粉末貯留部と、
当該第2の開口部から放出された粉末を受け、当該受けた粉末を粉末カーテン状に発散させるように、当該粉末貯留部と作動的に連通しているコンベアベルトと、
当該コンベアベルトから発散する当該粉末カーテンを受けるように配置された下方に傾斜したシュートと
を有するリコータを含む3次元プリンタであって、
当該粉末貯留部、当該コンベアベルト、および当該シュートが当該キャリッジによって担持され、当該シュートによって当該粉末が放出され、
さらに粉末ディフレクタを含み、当該粉末ディフレクタが当該シュートから発散する粉末カーテンを当該基板の上へと偏向させるように配置されている3次元プリンタ。
