Claims (2)
- 単段遠心ポンピングユニットであって、遠心単段両吸込ポンプと、電気駆動モータと、これらのシャフトを連結するカップリングとを備え、前記ポンプは、ベースおよびカバーからなるハウジングと、マニホールドと、インペラがその上に装着されるロータであって、前記シャフトとして支持軸受け内に設置されるロータと、ボリュートと、前記ポンプハウジングおよび前記電気駆動モータをその上に装着するための支持フレームとを備え、前記ボリュートは、別個の独立した構成要素の形態で構成され、前記ポンプの前記カバーおよび前記ベース内に設けられたクレイドル内に収容されるように形成された前記ボリュートの外側表面の部分は、前記クレイドルの表面の形状に対応し、前記インペラおよび前記ボリュートは対として交換可能であり、各対内の前記インペラおよび前記ボリュートのパラメータは、必要な送りおよび圧力を確実にしながら、最大効率性をもたらすように算出されており、
前記カバーおよび前記ベースは、一方向から相対移動させて突き合わせ可能な突き合わせ面を備え、前記突き合わせ面内に前記一方向から相対移動される前記ボリュートの外側表面に接する形状の前記クレイドルの表面が形成されている単段遠心ポンピングユニット。 - 前記交換可能なボリュートは、一体化された鋳造構成要素として作製され、移動する流体の流れを分離するバッフルを備える請求項1に記載の単段遠心ポンピングユニット。
