Abstract

Para este fin, una unidad de bombeo centrífuga de una sola etapa comprende una bomba centrífuga de doble entrada de una sola etapa, un motor de impulsión eléctrico, un acoplamiento, que conecta sus ejes, un armazón de soporte para montar la carcasa de la bomba y el motor eléctrico en el mismo, una carcasa, que consiste en una base y una cubierta, múltiples de entrada y salida, un rotor con un impulsor montado en este, donde el rotor está instalado en rodamientos de soporte y una voluta configurada de acuerdo con la invención en forma de un componente separado independiente y las partes de la superficie externa de la misma, que están destinadas a estar alojadas en los apoyos proporcionados para este fin en la cubierta y la carcasa, corresponden a la forma de las superficies de dichos soportes. El impulsor y la voluta son reemplazables como un par, los parámetros del impulsor y la voluta en cada par se calculan para proporcionar máxima eficiencia mientras se garantiza la alimentación y la presión requeridas. Las volutas reemplazables se fabrican como un componente moldeado integrado y comprenden un deflector que separa el flujo de fluido durante el movimiento.
