Abstract
La invención se relaciona con ingeniería mecánica, a saber, con instalaciones de bombeo diseñadas para bombear agua, soluciones de agua, así como con petróleo, productos derivados del petróleo y similares a través de tuberías principales, de procedimiento y auxiliares, y está dirigida a proporcionar una unidad de bombeo centrífuga de una sola etapa, lo que demuestra una eficiencia máxima en modos no nominales al tiempo que tiene un diseño simplificado y es de naturaleza universal; para este fin, una unidad de bombeo centrífuga de una sola etapa comprende una bomba de doble entrada centrífuga de una sola etapa, un motor de accionamiento eléctrico, un acoplamiento, que conecta sus ejes, un bastidor de soporte para montar el alojamiento de la bomba y el motor eléctrico en ella, un alojamiento, que consiste en una base y una cubierta, múltiples de entrada y salida, un rotor con un impulsor montado en él, el rotor se instala en los cojinetes de soporte y una voluta configurada de conformidad con la invención en forma de un componente independiente y separado, y partes de la superficie exterior de la misma, que están destinadas a ser alojadas en las cunas provistas para este propósito en la cubierta y el alojamiento, corresponden a la forma de las superficies de dichas cunas; el impulsor y la voluta son reemplazables como un par, los parámetros del impulsor y la voluta en cada par se calculan para proporcionar la máxima eficiencia al tiempo que garantizan la alimentación y la presión necesarias; las volutas reemplazables se hacen como un componente de fundición integrado y comprenden un deflector que separa el flujo de fluido durante el movimiento.
