さらに、本発明によるガラスのための実施例A12〜A14、および比較例としての比較用ガラスV1〜V4を製造し、これらの特性を調査した。以下の表2および3には、その組成および特性が記載されている。
比較例V1:このガラスは、ZrO2:K2O=1.2から1.4:1という、本発明による質量比に相当しない。
比較例V2:このガラスは、Li2Oを含有する。
比較例V3:このガラスは、Li2Oおよびアルカリ土類金属酸化物を含有する。
比較例V4:このガラスは、Li2Oを含有する。
Claims (16)
- ZrO2:K2Oの質量比が、1.22から1.4:1の範囲、好ましくは1.23から1.39:1の範囲、さらに好ましくは1.24から1.38:1の範囲、特に好ましくは1.25から1.37:1の範囲、最も好ましくは1.25から1.35:1の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- Na2O+K2Oの合計が、3.8〜12.5質量%、さらに好ましくは4.15〜12質量%、極めて特に好ましくは4.3〜11質量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- K2O:Na2Oの質量比が、>1.0:1、さらに好ましくは>1.5:1、極めて特に好ましくは>2.0:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記ガラス組成が、不可避の不純物を除いて、アルカリ土類金属不含であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記ガラス組成が、不可避の不純物を除いて、酸化アルミニウム、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、酸化リチウム、酸化亜鉛、および酸化チタンを含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、700〜1115℃の結晶化範囲、および<1000℃の温度T(KGmax)で測定して、≦0.05μm/分、好ましくは≦0.04μm/分の最大結晶化速度(KGmax)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、ISO 720またはUSPに準拠して加水分解クラス1に従った耐加水分解性、DIN 12 116に準拠して耐酸性クラスS1に従った酸に対する耐性、およびISO 695に準拠して耐アルカリ溶液性クラスA1に従ったアルカリ溶液に対する耐性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 医薬品一次包装材としての、特に、好ましくは瓶、例えば大瓶もしくは小瓶、特に薬瓶、例えば注射用薬瓶もしくはバイアル、アンプル、カートリッジ、または注射器から選択
される医薬品製品のための容器としての、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの使用。 - 1〜11の範囲、好ましくは4〜9の範囲、極めて特に好ましくは5〜7の範囲にあるpH値を有する液状内容物質を収容および保管するための医薬品一次包装材としての、請求項10記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの使用であって、前記液状内容物質が、好ましくは作用物質溶液、緩衝溶液、または注射目的のための水から選択されている使用。
- 特に医薬品一次包装材へとさらに加工するための半製品の形態で管状ガラスを製造するための、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のホウケイ酸ガラスの使用。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のアルミニウム不含ホウケイ酸ガラスから成る、医薬品一次包装材。
- 瓶、例えば大瓶もしくは小瓶、特に薬瓶、例えば注射用薬瓶もしくはバイアル、アンプル、カートリッジ、または注射器から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の医薬品一次包装材。
- 1〜11の範囲、好ましくは4〜9の範囲、極めて特に好ましくは5〜7の範囲にあるpH値を有する液状内容物質を含有する請求項13または14記載の医薬品一次包装材を有する、医薬品組み合わせ物であって、ここで前記液状内容物質は好ましくは、作用物質溶液、緩衝溶液、または注射目的のための水から選択されている医薬品組み合わせ物。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のアルミニウム不含のホウケイ酸ガラスから成る、半製品の形態の管状ガラス。
