Claims (12)
- 放射状に分割された複数の分割領域を有する円筒状の吸着反応器と、
前記円筒状の吸着反応器に回転可能に構成され、前記複数の分割領域のうちの少なくとも一部の分割領域に再生空気を供給するガス分配板であって、前記複数の分割領域を、前記再生空気が供給されてVOCsが排出される再生領域と、前記再生空気が供給されずVOCsが吸着される吸着領域とのいずれかの領域で選択的に動作するように構成されるガス分配板と、
前記円筒状の吸着反応器の周縁に沿って前記複数の分割領域にそれぞれ対応するように配置される複数のマイクロウエーブモジュールと、
を含み、
前記複数のマイクロウエーブモジュールは、
対応する分割領域が前記再生領域で動作するときは、前記再生領域にマイクロウエーブを照射する作動状態で動作し、前記吸着領域で動作するときは、マイクロウエーブの照射を停止する作動停止状態で動作する、
ガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記ガス分配板は、
前記再生領域に再生空気を供給する供給管を備え、前記円筒状の吸着反応器の上部に配置される回転型上部ガス分配板と、
前記再生領域から脱着されたVOCsを含有している再生空気を吐出する吐出管を備え、前記円筒状の吸着反応器の下部に配置される回転型下部ガス分配板と、
を含む、
請求項1に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記複数の分割領域は、前記吸着領域のときにVOCsが吸着され、前記再生領域のときに前記吸着領域で吸着されたVOCsが脱着されるように構成される、
請求項1に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記円筒状の吸着反応器と前記上部ガス分配板及び下部ガス分配板の断面積が一致する、
請求項2に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記上部ガス分配板及び下部ガス分配板は、周期的に同じ方向に回転し、回転周期が同一である、
請求項2に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記再生領域に再生空気が供給されて前記マイクロウエーブモジュールが作動状態を保持する間に、前記上部ガス分配板及び下部ガス分配板は前記円筒状の吸着反応器に密着され、
前記再生領域に再生空気の供給が中断されて前記マイクロウエーブモジュールが作動状態を停止すれば、前記上部ガス分配板及び下部ガス分配板は前記円筒状の吸着反応器から遠ざかるように構成される、
請求項2に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記複数のマイクロウエーブモジュールは、前記円筒状の吸着反応器の側面を取り囲むケースの一部として含まれたものである、
請求項1に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記上部ガス分配板及び下部ガス分配板、そして、前記マイクロウエーブモジュールを取り囲む追加的なケースと、
前記追加的なケースに備えられた圧縮空気注入口をさらに含み、
前記圧縮空気注入口を介して圧縮空気を注入又は排出させることで、前記上部ガス分配板及び下部ガス分配板と前記円筒状の吸着反応器の密着程度を調整する、
請求項2に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記上部及び下部ガス分配板の回転軸を中心に複数の供給管及び吐出管が放射状に一定の間隔に配置され、前記円筒状の吸着反応器に複数の再生領域を実現することを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記再生領域で脱着されたVOCsを酸化させる触媒反応器をさらに備える、
請求項1に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記触媒反応器で発生する廃熱を熱交換して前記再生空気に供給する熱交換器をさらに備える、
請求項10に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。 - 前記複数のマイクロウエーブモジュールのそれぞれは、前記円筒状の吸着反応器の周縁に沿って複数のスロットを含む導波管を備え、前記複数のスロットを介してマイクロウエーブが均一に照射される、
請求項1に記載のガス分配板を用いたVOCs除去システム。
