- 電気活性層と、
前記電気活性層の一面で駆動信号を伝達する複数の駆動電極と、
前記電気活性層の他面で前記電気活性層の変形に対応して生成された電圧信号を伝達する複数の第1感知電極と、
前記電気活性層の反対側で複数の前記第1感知電極および複数の前記駆動電極と離隔される複数の第2感知電極とを含み、
前記第2感知電極は、前記駆動電極と前記第2感知電極との間の静電容量の変化に対する静電容量信号を伝達し、
複数の前記駆動電極は、第1方向に延び、複数の前記第1感知電極および複数の前記第2感知電極は、前記第1方向と異なる第2方向に延び、
複数の前記第1感知電極のそれぞれは、複数の前記駆動電極と重畳される複数のサブ電極および複数の前記サブ電極を連結する複数のブリッジ電極を含み、
