Claims (4)
- 単一波長でグルコースによる光の吸収が有る第一波長からなる測定光と、単一波長でグルコースによる光の吸収は第一波長の吸収率より低く水分による光の吸収率が第一波長より大きい第二波長からなる参照光を単一偏光状態で同軸上に出力する光源と、
前記光源から出力され、被測定物の中で反射された各々の波長の光を検出する検出器と、
前記検出器で得た前記測定光による検出値と、前記検出器で得た前記参照光による検出値との差分を演算する測定値補正手段を備えた血糖値変化量測定装置において、
前記検出器による検出と前記測定値補正手段による補正処理を一定の時間経過ごとに繰り返し、少なくとも第1測定値、第2測定値、第3測定値を得て、前記第1測定値と前記第2測定値の時間的微分を演算し、前記第3測定値と前記第1測定値の相対変化量を演算することを特徴とする血糖値変化量測定装置。 - 請求項1に示す第1測定値と第2測定値の時間的微分値と、第3測定値と第1測定値の相対変化量の両値から演算された最終的な測定結果を表示する表示装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血糖値変化量測定装置。
- 被測定部位に照射する光の照射位置、角度を補正する機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載に記載の血糖値変化量測定装置。
- 光の出射部を被測定部位に一定の圧力をかける作用点として使用し、被測定部位に一定の圧力を印加した状態で被測定部位内部の血流を抑制した状態で血糖値を検出する構造を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の血糖値変化量測定装置。
