Description

In the present invention, in constructing traceability, which is the basis of distribution that can trace from the production stage to the final consumption of livestock from the parents of the livestock to birth, growth, and slaughter, an individual identification number or the like is assigned to each living body. , An identification member for constructing a traceable mechanism, particularly relating to an individual identification member for birds.

Identification numbers and the like given to individual individuals are used so that the production stage from the parents of livestock to birth, growth, and slaughter can be traced to the final consumption. This has been introduced worldwide as an important management method in recent years, such as enabling measures such as quickly identifying products using the relevant meat and removing them from the market when there is a problem. There is.
However, in the case of food products that are subdivided toward the end and distributed, tracking to the packed state incurs enormous costs both in terms of human resources and equipment, so there was a problem that it was difficult to proceed. ..
However, on the other hand, consumers' interest in food has increased, and a style has also emerged in which consumers choose whether or not to purchase food according to the brand of origin or producer. Especially for food imported from overseas, there is a problem of food safety due to BSE that caused mad cow disease, grains produced by genetic manipulation, post-harvest pesticides, etc., and it is consumed even for food distribution. There is a growing tendency for people to be interested in it, and the importance of traceability of various foods is beginning to be recognized in many fields.

By the way, since it is necessary to assign individual identification numbers to many types of livestock and a large number of livestock as described above, the number of digits of the number will increase more complicatedly, and it is expected that the complexity will increase more and more in the future. Be done. In particular, since the individual is a living livestock, it is not easy to confirm the individual identification number, and there is a problem that a lot of labor is required.

To solve the above problem, Patent Document 1 uses a tag provided with an antenna and a data carrier. This uses a tag that can read the individual identification number and build a retouchable management mechanism even from a distance using printing technology and integrated circuit technology instead of reading optically. , Proposing ear tags for livestock management such as cattle and pigs.

Ear tags that pierce a needle with a sharp tip, such as this ear tag for livestock management, do not cause a big problem in large livestock such as cows and pigs, but small livestock such as chickens. Then, there was a problem that it was difficult to stab and it was easy to pull out (and it took a lot of effort to catch an individual).

Further, Patent Document 2 proposes an identification display tool in which mounting portions on a pair of flat plates having insertion holes in the legs of a bird are continuously provided at both ends of the identification display portion.

Since the mounting portions at both ends of this identification display are bent and mounted in a U shape, the identification display is not flat and difficult to read. Moreover, since it is attached to the leg, it is often dirty and misread, and it is necessary to catch the individual and fix the display unit toward the reading side, which is troublesome and difficult to identify in a short time. There was a problem such as.

In particular, in the case of birds such as chickens, it has been common to use an ankle ring with an identification display consisting of several digits of alphanumeric characters. However, with the increase in the amount of information in recent years, it is necessary to add at least the amount of information of QR code (registered trademark), whereas the number of flat surfaces is small, so that a large ankle ring is required.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can be used for small animals such as chicken chicks. The individual identification display portion is surely made flat, and the display portion and the piercing portion are provided. An object of the present invention is to provide an identification tag that is easy to be attached integrally, is light, inexpensive, has less burden on the animal to be identified, is hard to get dirty, and can be attached to a position that is easily optically recognized. Is.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and at least includes a flat plate and a receiving plate, and the flat plate and the receiving plate are integrally connected by a hinge.
The flat plate has a needle-shaped portion on the back surface, and the receiving plate has a receiving portion into which the tip of the needle-shaped portion can be inserted.
The receiving portion has a retaining structure that does not come off when the needle-shaped portion is inserted, and can display identification information on the front surface of the flat plate .
The receiving portion is a tag for identification having a bottom surface and a needle tip receiving hole for protecting the tip of the inserted needle-shaped portion on the bottom surface .

In the identification tag of the present invention, when the individual identification display unit is a flat plate, does not bend, and displays a barcode, QR code (registered trademark), or the like as identification information, the identification information can be easily read by a machine. In addition, since the receiving plate and the flat plate are integrated by a hinge, they do not fall apart and workability is high. In particular, this identification tag is securely attached and has high workability by simply sandwiching the bird's feather between the receiving plate and the flat plate and inserting the needle-shaped portion into the receiving hole.
In addition, since it has a retaining structure, the tip of the needle-shaped portion does not easily come off from the receiving plate.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are an example of the identification tag of the present invention, and are a five-view view showing an unused state in which the hinge is not bent immediately after molding, and a cross-sectional view thereof.
The identification tag of the present invention comprises a flat plate 1 and a receiving plate 2. The flat plate 1 and the receiving plate 2 are integrally connected by a hinge 3, the flat plate 1 has a needle-shaped portion 11 on the back surface, and the receiving plate 2 has a receiving portion 21 into which the tip of the needle-shaped portion can be inserted. have.
An undercut 211 that protrudes inward is provided on the upper peripheral edge of the receiving portion 21, and has a retaining structure that fits and does not come off when the needle-shaped portion 11 is inserted.
The front surface 10 of the flat plate 1 is a flat surface, and an identification surface on which a label printed with an identification tag characterized by recording identification information can be attached is formed. Of course, printing may be performed directly on the front surface 10.

In order to form the front surface 10 more reliably on a flat surface, as shown in FIG. 5-1 in the cross-sectional view and FIG. 5-2 in the bottom view, vertical ribs are formed on the peripheral edge of the flat plate 1 on the front surface 10 side. 12 may be provided. The vertical rib 12 may be provided on the back surface side as shown in FIG. 5-3. When the vertical rib 12 is provided on the back surface side, the vertical rib 12 is formed on the peripheral edge in a state of stealing meat.

As shown in FIG. 1-1, the needle-shaped portion 11 of the flat plate 1 has a needle-shaped rib 111 and has a T-shaped cross section. This makes it difficult to bend and has low resistance when the needle-shaped portion 11 is pierced into the blade, making it easy to pierce smoothly.
Making the needle-shaped portion 11 easy to pierce is an important requirement for the target bird so that it is less damaged and does not cause problems in growth.
At the tip of the needle-shaped portion 11, there is a sharp needle-shaped portion tip 110, the tip is sharply pointed in a substantially triangular shape, and as shown in FIGS. 1-4 and 1-5, the root suddenly becomes sharp. It's getting thinner. Therefore, the needle-shaped tip 110 once pierced by the receiving portion 21 is inserted into the receiving portion 21 beyond the undercut, but since the root is formed to be thin, the undercut 211 of the receiving portion 21 is inserted. It is engaged and is difficult to come off from the receiving portion 21.

As shown in FIGS. 1-2 and 2, the receiving plate 2 has a shape having a large curved surface provided on the hinge side and a flat surface at the end portion of the curved surface opposite to the hinge. This curved surface may be an inclined surface or a vertically standing surface. When the flat plate 1 is rotated around the hinge, the curved surface, the inclined surface, or the vertical surface is provided with a constant gap between the flat plate 1 and the flat surface portion provided with the receiving portion 21.
As shown in FIG. 2, a receiving portion 21 is provided at the end of the plane opposite to the hinge. The receiving portion 21 is provided with an undercut 211 at the peripheral entrance. In FIG. 1-4, the undercut 211 forms an inclined surface. The distance between the left and right undercuts 211 is made narrower than the width of the needle-shaped tip 110 on the root side. Further, the depth of the receiving portion 21 is set to be deeper than the height of the needle-shaped portion tip 110 so that the needle-shaped portion tip 110 of the needle-shaped portion 11 does not enter the receiving portion 21 and come off. There is.
A bottom surface 213 is provided at the lower end of the receiving portion, so that the tip 110 of the needle-shaped portion penetrates the receiving portion 21 and does not protrude to the back surface side, and protects the individual from being damaged.
Further, a needle tip receiving hole 212 is provided on the bottom surface 213 to fix the position of the needle tip end 110.

3 and 4 are examples of the identification tags of the present invention, which are a five-view view showing a state in which the tip 110 of the needle-shaped portion is inserted into the receiving portion 21 by rotating around the hinge 3 and the needle-shaped portion thereof. It is an enlarged sectional view of the part where the part tip 110 was inserted into the receiving part.
As shown in FIGS. 3-1 and 3-2, the identification tag is compactly folded, and only the front surface 10 of the flat plate 1 appears large on the outer surface to form a flat surface that is easy to identify. Can be fixed to.
The front surface 10 can be printed, but it can also be used by attaching a sticker or the like on which a two-dimensional code such as a QR code (registered trademark) is printed.
Therefore, it is possible to handle high-precision print codes and improve productivity.

In the state of being rotated 180 degrees around the hinge 3, as shown in FIGS. 3-4 and 3-5, the flat surface portion on the receiving plate 2 side and the flat plate 1 are fitted with a certain gap. , A ring-shaped space can be secured. This gap is the interval at which the bird's feathers are sandwiched and pressed.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view in which the tip 110 of the needle-shaped portion is inserted into the receiving portion. The base of the needle-shaped tip 110 is thin, but the left and right ends of the needle-shaped tip 110 are formed by the left and right undercuts 211 so as not to come off. Further, the bottom surface 213 controls the needle tip so as not to pop out to the back surface side, and the needle tip receiving hole 212 controls the needle tip of the needle tip 110 so that the needle tip 110 does not easily shift to the receiving hole 212. It is inserted in 21.

FIG. 6 is a plan view and a front view, a right side view and a left side view, and a bottom view thereof showing an embodiment in which the width of the receiving plate and the front plate is narrowed and ribs are provided on the receiving plate. ..
In the case of a small chick such as a newborn chick, the wings (wing membrane) are also small, so if a large identification tag is attached, the wings will easily move through the gap between the tags. When the tag passes through the wings, when reading the identification information, not only is the tag hidden in the feathers and the identification number cannot be read normally, but it also prevents the wings from growing as the chick grows. In the worst case, there was a risk of necrosis.
Therefore, as an identification tag to be applied to small chicks such as those born, the width of the front plate 1 and the receiving plate 2 is set to 10 mm or less, preferably 5 to 8 mm.
Further, a rotation prevention rib 4 is provided on the curved surface of the receiving plate 2 near the hinge. The height of the anti-rotation rib 4 is such that when the tip of the needle-shaped portion 110 is inserted into the receiving portion 21 by rotating around the hinge 3, the tip of the anti-rotation rib 4 hits the front plate 1. The height was set so that it could be touched. Further, the width of the rotation prevention rib 4 is narrower than the width of the front plate 1, and the thickness of the rib root is set so as not to exceed the thickness of the receiving plate 2.
Although the rotation prevention rib 4 is provided, since the width is narrow, the weight of the identification tag is light and small, so that the identification tag is not dragged and walked, and the burden on the chick is small.
In the case of a newborn chick, a polyethylene terephthalate sheet on which a QR code (registered trademark) for identification is printed may be perforated and inserted into the needle-shaped portion 11 of the identification tag of the present invention.

In order to attach the identification tag of the present invention to the wing (wing membrane), even two fingers sandwiching the upper and lower parts can be sufficiently penetrated and fixed. Even if the needle-shaped portion was pushed in with an unnecessarily large force, the tip of the needle-shaped portion did not pop out from the receiving plate 2, a space could be secured, and the tip of the needle-shaped portion did not get stuck in the finger and was not injured.
Also, if it is attached to the wing (wing membrane), it will not get dirty easily, so there is no misunderstanding. Moreover, even if you do not catch each bird individually, you can read the code efficiently by simply arranging them and pointing them in the same direction, so you can check them efficiently and in a short time.

The identification tag of the present invention can be efficiently produced by using only one injection molding die.
As the base material for injection molding, olefin resins such as polypropylene, ethylene / propylene copolymer, high density polyethylene and medium density polyethylene, polymethyl methacrylate and the like can be used.

The identification tag of the present invention is as described above. When the individual identification display unit is a flat plate, does not bend, and records a barcode or QR code (registered trademark) as identification information, the identification information can be easily read by a machine. .. In addition, since the receiving plate and the flat plate are integrated with a hinge, productivity is high.
In particular, this identification tag is integrated with a hinge so that the backing plate and the flat plate do not fall apart, and the bird's wings (wing membrane), which is not easily soiled, is simply sandwiched between the receiving plate and the flat plate with a finger and a needle. By simply pushing the shaped part into the receiving hole and inserting it, it can be securely attached and workability is high.
Further, since it has a retaining structure, the tip of the needle-shaped portion is less likely to come off from the receiving plate, and the operator is less likely to be injured.
Further, the identification tag of the present invention has a great merit, such as being able to read a large amount of inexpensive information such as a QR code (registered trademark) in a short time without hassle when attached to a wing (wing membrane).
