The anti-counterfeiting area 4011 is attached to the first plugboard 404 and the second plugboard 405 at the same time, so that when the first plugboard 404 or the second plugboard 405 is broken, the anti-counterfeiting area 4011 is destroyed and cannot be reused. Therefore, when the card punching device is removed, the card punching device can be placed at the protrusion 4013 by hands or tools, so that force is applied conveniently, the connecting belt 408 can be broken by breaking outwards by force, the first plugboard 404 or the second plugboard 405 is taken out, and the anti-counterfeiting area 4011 on the anti-counterfeiting label 4010 is damaged.
The inner side walls of the first plug 406 and the second plug 407 are respectively provided with a clamping table 409 protruding outwards, and the connecting clamping groove 301 is communicated with a side wall of the connecting plate 3 facing the plug 402, so that the clamping tables 409 are matched with the connecting clamping groove 301 and are inserted into the connecting clamping groove 301. In this embodiment, the clamping table 409 is inverted T-shaped, the width of the upper end of the clamping table 409 is smaller than the width of the upper end opening of the connection clamping groove 301, and the width of the lower end of the clamping table 409 is larger than the width of the upper end opening of the connection clamping groove 301 and smaller than the width of the lower end opening of the connection clamping groove 301, so that the lower end of the clamping table 409 is clamped in the connection clamping groove 301, and the upper end of the clamping table 409 is clamped in the upper end opening of the connection clamping groove 301.
In this embodiment, the width of the second plug 407 is smaller than the width of the first plug 406, and the protrusion 4013 is provided near one end of the second plug 407. Thereby facilitating breaking of the shorter width second plug 407 when the punch is removed.
When the card punching device is removed from the livestock and poultry body, the device is placed at the position of the protrusion 4013 by hands or pliers and other tools, the second plug 407 at the same end of the protrusion 4013 is broken outwards by force, after the second plug 407 is broken, the second plug 407 and the second plugboard 405 connected with the second plug 407 are taken out, and then the anti-counterfeiting area 4011 on the anti-counterfeiting label 4010 is damaged. So that the anti-counterfeit label 4010 is destroyed and cannot be reused; and then the second ring buckle 102 and the second silica gel pad 202 which are positioned on the same side of the second plugboard 405 are removed, so that the card punching device can be removed from the livestock and poultry bodies.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, in this embodiment, a silica gel pad 2 is added to the embodiment 2, and the silica gel pad is fixed inside the ring buckle 1, and can be fixed by glue. The silica gel pad 2 comprises an arc-shaped first silica gel pad 201 and a second silica gel pad 202, wherein the outer wall of the first silica gel pad 201 is the same as the inner wall of the first ring buckle 101 in shape; the outer wall of the second silica gel pad 202 has the same shape as the inner wall of the second ring buckle 102; and the first silica gel pad 201 and the second silica gel pad 202 are hollow, and can be set to be honeycomb-shaped with different shapes during implementation, so that the weight of the chicken can be reduced, and the impact between the chicken and the chicken leg can be further prevented to cause scratch interference. The inner walls of the first ring buckle 101 and the second ring buckle 102 are respectively provided with a first groove 107 and a second groove 108, and the first silica gel pad 201 and the second silica gel pad 202 are respectively arranged in the first groove 107 and the second groove 108; the opposite side walls of the first silica gel pad 201 and the second silica gel pad 202 are respectively provided with a notch, a fixing hole 205 for fixing the leg parts of the livestock and poultry is formed between the notches, a plurality of protrusions are formed on the inner wall of the fixing hole 205, and when the device is specifically implemented, the device can be prevented from moving and rotating by one or more combination of saw-tooth shape, arc shape and cylindrical shape, and meanwhile foreign matters in the gaps are prevented from being worn by the leg parts of the chickens, so that scratch infection is caused.
The first silica gel pad 201 includes a fixing block 203, the fixing block 203 is located at the lower end of the first silica gel pad 201, and an installation groove 303 matched with the fixing block 203 is provided at the upper end of the connection plate 3. So that the lower end of the first silica gel pad 201 is caught at the upper end of the connection plate 3. The outer wall of the second silica gel pad 202 is further provided with an outwardly extending bump 204, and the inner wall of the second ring buckle 102 is provided with a matching groove 113. So that the protrusion 204 can be positioned in the recess 113 for positioning.
When in use, the lower ends of the first ring buckle 101 and the second ring buckle 102 are clamped in the connecting clamping groove 301 at the upper end of the connecting plate 3; the first silica gel pad 201 is fixed in the first ring buckle 101, and meanwhile, the lower end of the first silica gel pad 201 is placed in the mounting groove 303 at the upper end of the connecting plate 3 and fixed by glue; the second silica gel pad 202 is fixed in the second ring buckle 102, and meanwhile, the convex block 204 on the second silica gel pad 202 is arranged in the groove 113 of the second ring buckle 102; inserting the plugboard 401 on the tag 4 into the connecting plate 3, and enabling the anti-counterfeiting tag 4010 to face the lower surface of the connecting plate 3, and performing plastic packaging on the plugboard 401 and the connecting plate 3 through ultrasonic welding, so that the card punching device is assembled; finally, the silica gel pad 2 of the punching device is sleeved on the foot of the livestock and poultry, and then the ring buckle clamping grooves 103 and the clamping blocks 105 at the upper ends of the first ring buckle 101 and the second ring buckle 102 are mutually buckled.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in this embodiment, an anti-disengaging tooth 110 and an anti-disengaging tooth clamping groove 109 are added on the basis of embodiment 3, the anti-disengaging tooth 110 is disposed at the upper end of the outer wall of the clamping block 105, and the anti-disengaging tooth clamping groove 109 is disposed at the inner wall of the upper end of the ring buckle clamping groove 103. By clamping the anti-disengagement tooth 110 in the anti-disengagement tooth clamping groove 109, the first ring buckle 101 and the second ring buckle 102 can be prevented from being disengaged during use. In this embodiment, the anti-disengaging teeth 110 are serrated, and the anti-disengaging teeth 110 incline toward the inner side of the clamping block 15, so that the anti-disengaging teeth 110 are conveniently clamped in the anti-disengaging teeth clamping grooves 109.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, in this embodiment, a rib 111 and a positioning groove 112 are added on the basis of embodiment 1, the rib 111 is disposed on the inner wall of the lower end of the snap ring slot 103, and the positioning groove 112 is disposed on the lower end of the outer wall of the snap block 105. By the cooperation of the ribs 111 and the positioning grooves 112, not only the positioning function can be performed, but also the positioning grooves 112 and the clamping blocks 105 can be prevented from sliding back and forth to be opened.
In the present embodiment, the width of the rib 111 gradually increases from the open end to the closed end of the snap ring slot 103, and correspondingly, the width of the positioning groove 112 gradually decreases from the outer end to the inner end of the locking block 105. The outer wall of the rib 111 is arc-shaped, and correspondingly, the positioning groove 112 is arc-shaped.

Claims (6)

1. A punching device suitable for livestock management, which is characterized in that: the tag comprises a ring buckle (1), a connecting plate (3) and a tag (4); the ring buckle (1) comprises a first ring buckle (101) and a second ring buckle (102), openings of the first ring buckle (101) and the second ring buckle (102) are oppositely arranged, a ring buckle clamping groove (103) is formed in the upper end of the first ring buckle (101), and a first clamping part (104) is formed in the lower end of the first ring buckle; the upper end of the second ring buckle (102) is provided with a clamping block (105) matched with the ring buckle clamping groove (103), and the lower end of the second ring buckle is provided with a second clamping part (106);
the connecting plate (3) is connected to the lower end of the ring buckle (1), a connecting clamping groove (301) matched with the first clamping part (104) and the second clamping part (106) is formed in the upper end of the connecting plate (3), a slot (302) is formed in the side wall of the connecting plate (3), and the connecting plate (3) is made of transparent materials from the lower end of the slot (302) to the lower surface of the connecting plate (3);
the label tag (4) comprises a plugboard (401) and a plug (402) which are fixedly connected, an RFID tag (403) is arranged on the upper surface of the plugboard (401), an anti-counterfeiting tag (4010) is arranged on the lower surface of the plugboard, the plugboard (401) is inserted into the slot (302), and the plug (402) is positioned outside the slot (302);
the device also comprises a silica gel pad (2) arranged on the inner side of the ring buckle (1), wherein the silica gel pad (2) comprises an arc-shaped first silica gel pad (201) and a second silica gel pad (202), the first silica gel pad (201) is arranged inside the first ring buckle (101), the second silica gel pad (202) is arranged inside the second ring buckle (102), and a fixing hole (205) is formed between the inner walls of the first silica gel pad (201) and the second silica gel pad (202);
the first silica gel pad (201) comprises a fixed block (203), the fixed block (203) is positioned at the lower end of the first silica gel pad (201), and an installation groove (303) matched with the fixed block (203) is formed in the upper end of the connecting plate (3);
the outer wall of the second silica gel pad (202) is also provided with a convex block (204) extending outwards, and the inner wall of the second ring buckle (102) is provided with a matched groove (113);
the plug board (401) comprises a first plug board (404) and a second plug board (405) which are arranged at intervals, the plug (402) comprises a first plug (406) fixedly connected with the first plug board (404) and a second plug (407) fixedly connected with the second plug board (405), and the first plug (406) and the second plug (407) are connected through a connecting belt (408); the anti-counterfeiting label (4010) comprises an anti-counterfeiting area (4011), and the anti-counterfeiting area (4011) is arranged on a first plugboard (404) and a second plugboard (405);
when in use, the lower ends of the first ring buckle (101) and the second ring buckle (102) are clamped in the connecting clamping groove (301) at the upper end of the connecting plate (3); the first silica gel pad (201) is fixed in the first ring buckle (101), and meanwhile, the lower end of the first silica gel pad (201) is placed in a mounting groove (303) at the upper end of the connecting plate (3) and fixed by glue; the second silica gel pad (202) is fixed in the second ring buckle (102), and meanwhile, a convex block (204) on the second silica gel pad (202) is arranged in a groove (113) of the second ring buckle (102); inserting the plugboard (401) on the tag (4) into the connecting plate (3), and enabling the anti-counterfeiting tag (4010) to face the lower surface of the connecting plate (3), and performing plastic packaging on the plugboard (401) and the connecting plate (3) through ultrasonic welding, so that the card punching device is assembled; finally, the silica gel pad (2) of the punching device is sleeved on the foot of the livestock and poultry, and then the ring buckle clamping grooves (103) and the clamping blocks (105) at the upper ends of the first ring buckle (101) and the second ring buckle (102) are mutually buckled.
