Description
Claims (19)
- 複合シート材料の製造方法であって、
不透明材料の不透明層を繊維材料の層の第1の面に形成するステップと、
透明または透光性のプラスチック材料の層を、不透明層において繊維材料の層とは反対の面に形成するステップとを含み、
前記繊維材料の層は、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド、ポリプロピレンおよびホウ素のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記不透明層の前記面はプラスチック材料の層を通して見ることができ、
前記不透明層は繊維材料の色とは異なる色であり、前記不透明層およびプラスチック材料の層は複合シート材料に着色された外観を提供するように相互作用し、
前記繊維材料の層の前記第1の面がテクスチャ加工されており、
前記不透明層の前記面の表層の凹凸形状が前記繊維材料の層の第1の面の前記テクスチャ加工の凹凸形状に対応するように、前記不透明層が、前記繊維材料の層の第1の面にコーティングされた、複合シート材料の製造方法。 - 前記プラスチック材料が熱可塑性材料または熱硬化性材料である、請求項1に記載の複合シート材料の製造方法。
- 前記不透明層が、アルミニウム、ニッケル、クロム、スズ、インジウム、銀、金、および白金のうちの1つからなる、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の複合シート材料の製造方法。
- 不透明材料の不透明層を形成するステップが、繊維材料の層の第1の面への不透明材料の蒸着によって行われる、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート材料の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料が熱硬化性材料であり、前記熱硬化性材料の形成後に、前記熱硬化性材料が部分的に硬化される、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プラスチック材料の層が透光性で着色されている、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の複合シート材料の製造方法。
- 複合構造体の製造方法であって、
先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法と、
プリプレグを繊維材料の層の第2の面に接着し、プリプレグおよび複合シート材料を硬化および/または成形して、複合構造体を形成するステップとを含む、複合構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に従属する、請求項7に記載の複合構造体の製造方法であって、
前記透明または透光性層の前記プラスチック材料が熱可塑性樹脂であり、
前記複合シート材料を必要な形状に成形するステップをさらに含み、前記成形は、複合シート材料を前記熱可塑性樹脂の軟化点より上で軟化させることを含む、複合構造体の製造方法。 - プリプレグを繊維材料の層の第2の面に接着する前に、複合シート材料を成形または硬化させるステップと、
成形または硬化された複合シート材の欠陥を検査するステップと
欠陥が存在しない場合、プリプレグを繊維材料の層の第2の面に接着し、接着した複合シート材料でプリプレグを硬化または成形するステップとをさらに含む、請求項7または8に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記複合構造体が管状であり、前記複合シート材料が一対の長手方向縁部を有し、
プリプレグを細長い工具の周囲に配置するステップを含み、
プリプレグを繊維材料の層の第2の面に接着するステップが、プリプレグの上に複合シート材料を接着するステップを含み、複合シート材料は、複合シート材料がプリプレグの上に配置されるときに長手方向縁部が互いに近接して配置されるように成形され、
硬化および/または成形中、長手方向縁部は、長手方向縁部において透明または透光性材料が硬化または成形後に互いに融合するように、互いに近接して配置される、請求項8に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記複合シート材料は、前記複合シート材料が前記プリプレグの上に位置するときに前記長手方向縁部が重なり合うように成形され、前記長手方向縁部が硬化中に一緒に融合して接合部が見えなくなる、請求項10に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 前記プリプレグが熱硬化性プリプレグである、請求項7、10、および11のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に従属する、請求項7に記載の複合構造体の製造方法であって、
前記プラスチック材料層が熱可塑性材料であり、
前記接着は、熱可塑性プリプレグを繊維材料の層の第2の面に接着することを含み、前記硬化および/または成形は、熱可塑性プリプレグおよび複合シート材料を成形して複合構造体を形成する、複合構造体の製造方法。 - 熱可塑性プリプレグを接着する前に、複合シート材料を必要な形状に成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に従属する、請求項9〜15および請求項7に記載の複合構造体の製造方法であって、
前記プリプレグが熱硬化性プリプレグであり、前記プラスチック材料層は熱可塑性材料で形成され、前記熱硬化性プリプレグの硬化が前記熱可塑性材料の軟化点を超えない温度で行われる、複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記プリプレグが炭素繊維プリプレグである、請求項7〜15のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 繊維材料の層と、不透明材料の不透明層と、透明または透光性プラスチック材料の層とを含み、
不透明材料の層の第1の面が繊維材料の層の第1の面に結合され、プラスチック材料の層が不透明材料の層の第2の面に対向して配置され、
前記繊維材料の層は、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド、ポリプロピレンおよびホウ素のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
不透明材料の不透明層の第2の面がプラスチック材料の層を通して見ることができ、
不透明層は繊維材料の色とは異なる色であり、不透明層およびプラスチック材料の層は相互作用して着色された外観を複合シート材料に提供し、
繊維材料の層の第1の面がテクスチャ加工され、不透明材料の第2の面の表層の凹凸形状が、繊維材料の層の第1の面の前記テクスチャ加工の凹凸形状に対応する、複合シート材料。 - 複合構造体であって、
請求項17に記載の複合シート材料と、
前記複合シート材料の第2の面に接合された複合材料とを含み、
前記複合材料は、プリプレグ材料として第2の面に対して配置され、前記複合材料および複合シート材料は一緒に硬化および/または成形されて、複合構造体を形成する、複合構造体。 - 請求項17に記載の複合シート材料の繊維層の第2の面へプリプレグを接着するステップと、
プリプレグおよび複合シート材料を硬化および/または成形して複合構造体を形成するステップとを含む、複合構造体の製造方法。
