Description
液体炭化水素原料を水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程、
前記水素化分解ユニット内でそのように水素化分解された流れを、芳香族含有量が多い流れと、C2〜C4パラフィン、水素およびメタンを含む気体流とに分離する工程、
その気体流からC2〜C4パラフィンを分離する工程、および
そのように分離されたC2〜C4パラフィンを水蒸気分解ユニットの炉区域に供給する工程、
を有してなる方法に関する。

Claims (8)
- 水蒸気分解ユニット内で炭化水素原料を分解する方法であって、
液体炭化水素原料を水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程、
前記水素化分解ユニット内でそのように水素化分解された流れを、芳香族含有量が多い流れと、C2〜C4パラフィン、水素およびメタンを含む気体流とに分離する工程、
前記気体流からC2〜C4パラフィンを、溶媒抽出により分離し、さらに各々が主にC2パラフィン、C3パラフィンまたはC4パラフィンをそれぞれ含む個々の流れに分離する工程、および
前記分離された主にC2パラフィン、C3パラフィンまたはC4パラフィンをそれぞれ含む個々の流れを水蒸気分解ユニットの特定の炉区域に供給する工程を含み、
前記水素化分解ユニットの反応装置は、沸騰床反応装置およびスラリー反応装置の群から選択され、
前記水素化分解ユニットにおける工程条件が、300〜450℃の温度、300〜5000kPaのゲージ圧および0.1〜10h-1の重量空間速度であり、
前記水素化分解ユニットへの炭化水素原料が、ナフサ、灯油、ディーゼル燃料、常圧軽油(AGO)、コンデンセート、蝋、またはそれらの組合せのタイプのものであり、
さらに
前記芳香族含有量が多い流れを、重質芳香族化合物の流れと、単環芳香族炭化水素が多い流れに分離する工程、
前記単環芳香族化合物が多い流れからC7からC9芳香族化合物の豊富な分画を分離する工程、および該C7からC9芳香族化合物の豊富な分画をベンゼンの豊富な分画に転化させる工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記分離された主にC2パラフィンを含む流れを水蒸気分解装置に供給する一方で、主にC3パラフィンを含む流れをプロパン脱水素化ユニットに供給し、主にC4パラフィンを含む流れをブタン脱水素化ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記気体流から、主に水素とメタンを含む流れを回収する工程、および該流れを前記水素化分解ユニットに再循環させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化分解ユニットにおける工程条件が、350〜450℃の温度、600〜3000kPaのゲージ圧および0.2〜2h-1の重量空間速度である、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水素化分解ユニットへの前記炭化水素原料が、ナフサ、灯油、ディーゼル燃料、常圧軽油(AGO)、蝋、またはそれらの組合せのタイプのものである、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族含有量が多い流れの分離が蒸留タイプのものである、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットの生成物流から水素を回収する工程、および該水素を前記水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットの生成物流からC5+炭化水素を回収する工程、および該C5+炭化水素を前記水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
