Description
Claims (15)
- 3次元(3D)プリントオブジェクトであって、
非導電性材料からなる本体と、
該本体内に埋設された導電性チャネルと、
該導電性チャネルと電気的に連絡している検知装置であって、該導電性チャネルを介して印加された電流の途絶による影響を受け、及び前記本体内に埋設されている、検知装置と、
該検知装置が前記印加された電流の途絶による影響を受けたことに応じて無線信号を発する信号発生器であって、前記本体内に埋設されている、信号発生器と
を備えている、3Dプリントオブジェクト。 - 前記導電性チャネルが、前記非導電性材料と導電性薬剤との混合物からなる、請求項1に記載の3Dプリントオブジェクト。
- 前記本体内に埋設されたバッテリーを更に備えており、該バッテリーが、前記導電性チャネル及び前記信号発生器と電気的に連絡しており、前記導電性チャネル、前記検知装置、前記信号発生器、及び前記バッテリーの全ての側面が前記本体の前記非導電性材料により取り囲まれている、請求項1に記載の3Dプリントオブジェクト。
- 交換可能なバッテリーを受容するためのスロットを更に備えており、前記導電性チャネルが、該交換可能なバッテリーが該スロット内に挿入された際に該交換可能なバッテリーと電気的に連絡するように該スロットで終端する接続部を含む、請求項1に記載の3Dプリントオブジェクト。
- 受信した誘導エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するための電力変換器を更に備えており、該電力変換器が前記導電性チャネル及び前記信号発生器と電気的に連絡している、請求項1に記載の3Dプリントオブジェクト。
- 前記導電性チャネルが、前記検知装置と電気回路を形成するループを含み、及び前記本体の複数の領域を通って延びる、請求項1に記載の3Dプリントオブジェクト。
- 非導電性材料から積層造形的に本体を形成し、
該本体の積層造形的な形成中に該本体の内部に導電性材料を構成して埋設された導電性構成要素を形成し、
前記本体の内部に検知装置を構成し、該検知装置が、前記埋設された導電性構成要素を介して印加された電流の途絶による影響を受けるように該埋設された導電性構成要素に接続され、
前記本体の内部に信号発生器を構成し、該信号発生器が、前記埋設された導電性構成要素を通る電流の途絶による影響を前記検知装置が受けたことに応じて無線信号を発する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記本体を積層造形的に形成することが、
前記本体を複数の層内に積層造形的に形成し、
該複数の層のうちの1つの層における非導電性材料の造形材料粒子と導電性材料とを混合することにより該1つの層上に前記埋設された導電性構成要素を形成し、前記導電性材料が流体である
ことを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記本体を積層造形的に形成することが、
前記本体を複数の層内に積層造形的に形成し、
前記埋設された導電性構成要素を前記複数の層のうちの複数の層間に延びるように形成する
ことを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記本体を積層造形的に形成することが、前記本体を複数の層内に積層造形的に形成することを更に含み、
前記検知装置及び前記信号発生器を構成することが、前記複数の層のうちの複数の層間で前記非導電性材料の造形材料粒子と融剤とと混合して前記検知装置、前記信号発生器、又はその両方を形成することを更に含む、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記本体を積層造形的に形成することが、前記本体を複数の層内に積層造形的に形成することを更に含み、
前記検知装置及び前記信号発生器を構成することが、前記検知装置、前記信号発生器、又はその両方を前記複数の層のうちの1つの層上に配置し、及び該配置された該検知装置、該信号発生器、又はその両方の周囲への前記本体の形成を続行することを更に含む、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - バッテリー、誘導エネルギーから電気エネルギーへの電力変換器、又はその両方を前記本体内に構成することを更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。

前記本体内に信号発生器を構成し、該信号発生器が、前記埋設された導電性チャネルを介して印加された電流の途絶による影響を受け、及び該埋設された導電性チャネルを介して印加された電流の途絶による影響を受けたことに応じて無線信号を発するように、該信号発生器が該埋設された導電性チャネルに接続される、
装置。 - 前記コントローラが、前記本体を複数の層内に積層造形的に形成し、及び該複数の層から、該複数の層の間、又はその両方に前記導電性チャネル及び前記信号発生器を構成するように、前記形成構成要素を制御する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、バッテリー、誘導エネルギーから電気エネルギーへの電力変換器、又はその両方を前記本体内に構成するように前記形成構成要素を更に制御する、請求項13に記載の装置。
