Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の排ガスを後処理する排ガスシステムであって、
排ガスが通流可能な環状触媒(1)を備えており、
前記環状触媒(1)は、流入箇所(3)と流出箇所(11)とを有しており、前記環状触媒(1)は、管状の第1の流路区間(2)と環状の第2の流路区間(7)とをさらに有しており、前記流路区間(2,7)は、互いに同心に位置決めされていて相前後して通流可能であり、
前記第1の流路区間(2)は、半径方向外側で前記第2の流路区間(7)によって取り囲まれている、排ガスシステムにおいて、
半径方向に管(12)が外側から前記第2の流路区間(7)を通って延びており、
前記管(12)は、前記環状触媒(1)内に開口し、前記管(12)は、少なくとも内側の前記第1の流路区間(2)内までの半径方向延在部を有していることを特徴とする、排ガスシステム。 - 前記環状触媒(1)の第1の軸方向端部領域(9)の排ガスは、前記流入箇所(3)を通って半径方向内側の前記第1の流路区間(2)に流入可能であり、前記環状触媒(1)の前記流入箇所(3)とは反対側の第2の軸方向端部領域(5)の排ガスは、流れの向きを変えることによって半径方向外側の前記第2の流路区間(7)に流入可能であり、該第2の流路区間(7)には、排ガスは、半径方向内側の前記第1の流路区間(2)の通流方向(4)とは逆向きに前記第1の軸方向端部領域(9)まで戻るように流入可能であり、前記第1の軸方向端部領域(9)の排ガスは、流出箇所(11)に通じる通路(10)に流入可能である、請求項1記載の排ガスシステム。
- 尿素水溶液を、半径方向で前記管(12)内へ調量供給可能である、請求項1または2記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)は、半径方向内側の前記第1の流路区間(2)を通って半径方向外側の前記第2の流路区間(7)まで貫通する半径方向延在部を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)は、円錐状に先細になる断面を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)は、前記環状触媒(1)の前記軸方向端部領域(9)に配置されており、該軸方向端部領域(9)での排ガスは、前記流入箇所(3)を通って前記環状触媒(1)に流入可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)の内周面および/または外側面が、表面積を拡大させる要素を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)は、熱伝達を改善するために、自身の内周面および/または自身の外側面が構造化されて形成され、かつ/またはコーティングされている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)により、前記第1の流路区間(2)の排ガスと前記第2の流路区間(7)の排ガスとがその周囲を流れることができる第3の流路区間が形成される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
- 前記管(12)に、加水分解触媒が組み込まれている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスシステム。
