Claims (5)
- 作業ラインを構成する複数のモジュールと、前記複数のモジュールが並ぶラインに沿って移動して各モジュールに必要な部材を補給する移動体と、前記作業ラインの一部を構成するライン構成部材と、を備える作業システムであって、
前記ライン構成部材は、前記移動体の移動経路上に設置可能であり、前記移動体の移動経路に沿うように該移動体に向かって投光する投光部を有し、
前記移動体は、干渉物の有無を検知するセンサと、前記投光部からの光を受光する受光部と、前記センサの検知範囲内で干渉物の有無を監視すると共に前記ライン構成部材が前記移動体の移動経路上に設置された場合に前記受光部による受光状況に基づいて前記ライン構成部材との間の移動経路における干渉物の有無を監視し移動中に干渉物が検知されたときに移動を停止する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記ライン構成部材が前記移動体の移動経路上に存在しないときには前記センサの検知範囲を第1検知範囲とし、前記ライン構成部材が前記移動体の移動経路上に存在するときには前記センサが該ライン構成部材を検知しないように該センサの検知範囲を前記第1検知範囲よりも狭い第2検知範囲とする、
作業システム。 - 請求項1に記載の作業システムであって、
前記第2検知範囲は、前記第1検知範囲から前記投光部および前記受光部による監視範囲を除いた検知範囲である、
作業システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の作業システムであって、
前記制御部は、前記受光部が前記投光部からの光を受光していないときには前記センサの検知範囲を前記第1検知範囲とし、前記受光部が前記投光部からの光を受光しているときには前記センサの検知範囲を前記第2検知範囲とする、
作業システム。 - 請求項1ないし3いずれか1項に記載の作業システムであって、
前記制御部は、前記移動体が前記ライン構成部材から所定距離以上離れているときには前記センサの検知範囲を前記第1検知範囲とし、前記移動体が前記ライン構成部材から前記所定距離以上離れていないときには前記センサの検知範囲を前記第2検知範囲とする、
作業システム。 - 請求項1ないし4いずれか1項に記載の作業システムであって、
前記モジュールは、電子部品を対象物に実装する部品実装装置を含み、
前記ライン構成部材は、前記部品実装装置に対して電子部品を供給する部品供給装置を含む、
作業システム。
