Description
ここで、前記冷却ユニットは、ペルチェ素子を用いた冷却器と、前記冷却器と接触し、前記チップ先端を収容する穴が形成された伝熱材とを備えることができる。
また、前記冷却ユニットは、前記吸引後のチップを前記検体ラックに格納する際に開けられる開閉式の断熱カバーを備えることができる。
Claims (3)
- 細胞培養容器中の細胞群の中から特定の細胞あるいは細胞成分を吸引する作業を支援する細胞吸引支援システムであって、
前記細胞群の顕微鏡画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記取得した画像から細胞を識別し、それぞれの細胞についての特徴量を算出するとともに、特徴量が所定の条件を満たす細胞を検出する画像処理部と、
検出された細胞が区別できる状態で、前記細胞群に関する情報を表示する表示部と、
前記細胞群に関する情報において、特定の細胞の指定を受け付けると、その細胞が所定の吸引位置に来るように前記細胞培養容器を移動させるとともに、前記吸引位置に吸引用のチップを移動させる動作制御部と、
吸引後のチップを格納する複数個の貫通穴が形成された検体ラックを保持するとともに、前記チップを冷却する冷却ユニットと、
を備え、
前記冷却ユニットは、冷却器と、
前記冷却器と接触する伝熱材であって、前記チップ先端を収容する穴が、前記検体ラックに形成された貫通穴に対応して複数個形成された伝熱材とを備えている
ことを特徴とする細胞吸引支援システム。 - 前記冷却器は、ペルチェ素子を用いていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞吸引支援システム。
- 前記冷却ユニットは、
前記吸引後のチップを前記検体ラックに格納する際に開けられる開閉式の断熱カバーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の細胞吸引支援システム。
